Unlike standard promo cards, every active-player FUTTIES card launches with zero PlayStyles and zero PlayStyle+. This is intentional. EA's PlayStyle Lab Evolutions let you slot in exactly the styles that fit your system — no locked-in stats you don't want.
Here is what matters for Team 3:
Cap raised to 4 PlayStyle+. FUTTIES is the only event in FC 26 with a 4 PS+ cap. Standard cards max at 2–3. That means an Olise or Mbeumo card can carry four gold-star styles simultaneously.

Mbeumo has a premium finish rating and 5-star weak foot in the leaked specs, which makes him usable in any meta system. He is the Striker equivalent of Olise — versatile, upgradeable, and sells well if you later decide to move on. Target in the first day-two price dip.
Value pick: William Saliba (CB, Arsenal)
Defenders rarely get this level of PS+ customisation. Saliba at CB with Intercept+, Block+, and Anticipate+ is a wall that also contributes to build-up (he has the pace to play a high line). Cheaper than forwards, better long-term return.
Icon consideration: Johan Cruyff
Cruyff is the face of Team 3. His fixed PlayStyles are suited to a classic 4-3-3, and his passing and dribbling ratings will be among the highest Icon numbers in the game.
