The Fiendish Hellfire Core drops from Gul’dan on Mythic difficulty in the Nighthold and teaches the red Hellfire Infernal mount. Its current drop chance is roughly 1% per kill. The Nighthold uses a weekly, per-character raid lockout, so one character receives one eligible Mythic Gul’dan attempt every 7 days. One fixed attempt starts at $5.39.
This is a bounded attempt service, not an until-drop guarantee. Choose exactly 1, 5, 10, or 25 Mythic Gul’dan kills. At about 1% per attempt, 10 kills produce roughly a 10% cumulative chance, while 25 produce roughly 22%. The mount may drop on the first kill or not appear in the entire package; payment covers only the selected number of completed attempts.
Extra eligible characters compress the schedule, not the RNG. Five characters can use five separate Nighthold lockouts during one reset week, while one character needs five weekly resets for the same package. Every kill keeps the same approximate 1% chance, regardless of earlier misses.
The mount becomes account-wide after it is learned. The Fiendish Hellfire Core is Bind on Pickup, so Gul’dan must be killed on a character on your account. Once used, the Hellfire Infernal joins your account-wide mount collection.
