Each character has a weekly loot opportunity, so one character provides one attempt every 7 days. A single attempt starts at $5.39.
This offer sells fixed attempt blocks, never an until-drop guarantee. Choose 1, 5, 10, or 25 eligible kills. At a 1% chance per kill, 10 attempts are about a 10% cumulative chance and 25 attempts are about a 22% chance. Random drops have no fixed finish date, and completing every purchased attempt does not guarantee Reins of the Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpent.
Extra characters compress the calendar, not the odds. Five eligible characters can provide five Sha of Anger kills in one weekly reset, while one character needs five resets for the same five attempts. Every kill remains an independent roll. At roughly 1%, the median is about 69 attempts, which is why the page states the package boundary before checkout.
The mount becomes account-wide after it is learned. The reins are Bind on Pickup, so the drop must land on a character in your account. Once learned, the Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpent is added to the account-wide mount collection for eligible characters.
