How delivery works in ARC Raiders

Step by step

1. Place your order. We start within 5 minutes of payment.
2. We contact you the way you prefer, Discord or live chat, and ask for your Embark ID.
3. Our pro sends you a friend request and invites you to a party.
4. The pro starts the lobby and you enter the map together.
5. In the raid the pro drops your items on the ground. How many items fit in one run depends on your free inventory space.
6. One or two pros clear enemies and protect you until you extract.
7. You confirm in Discord that you received everything. The order is complete.

Delivery time

The handover itself takes a few minutes. Item orders are delivered within 30 minutes. If we miss the delivery time, you can cancel the order for a full refund.

If you die before you extract

Died or disconnected before you extracted? We repeat the handover once, free of charge.

Coins

Coins are handed over as high-value items, such as valuables, that you sell to traders for coins.

Platforms

Works on PC, PlayStation and Xbox, including handovers between platforms.

Services

Piloted: a pro plays on your account, see Account Safety. Raids, boss kills, quests, leveling and upgrades come two ways. Self-play: you play together with our pros in your party; for upgrades we hand you the materials in a raid, and the same free repeat applies. We need your Embark ID and you online at the agreed time. Each service shows its own delivery time on its page.
