What we need from you, what we never ask for, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Which services need account access?
There are two ways an order can be carried out.
- Self-play. You log in yourself and a pro joins your group. No login is needed. This suits raids, dungeons, carries and PvP rating runs you take part in.
- Piloted. A pro plays on your account. This is for times you cannot or do not want to be online: level boosting, currency and item farming, achievements and rating without your participation.
Each service page shows which formats it offers. When both are available, the choice is yours, and self-play is always an option if you do not want to hand over access.
How login details are passed
Only through the order form in our Discord server: after you pay, a popup leads you there. We never ask you to send a login in Telegram, support chat or email. If someone asks for it in the name of timesaver.gg, they are a scammer. Please tell us.
Only the booster assigned to your order sees your login details, and only while the order is in progress. Managers and support do not see your password in plain text. Every access to login details is logged: who, when and from which IP address. Login details are deleted 24 hours after your order is completed or cancelled.
We never need:
- the password to your email
- payment details or access to your account wallet
- account recovery codes
We recommend setting a unique password before you order and changing it once the order is finished.
How 2FA works
Do not disable two-factor authentication. It stays on for the whole order, and we never ask you to turn it off. When a pro needs to sign in, you confirm the sign-in in your authenticator, such as Battle.net Authenticator or Steam Guard. A one-time code works only once, so seeing it does not let anyone reuse it. A sign-in is usually needed once or twice per order, and we agree a convenient time in advance.
How we work on your account
- No cheats, bots or third-party software. Every order is played by hand.
- The booster signs in through a dedicated IP address in your country and keeps the same IP for the whole order.
- On request we work in stealth mode, so your friends do not see you online.
- Some services let you add a stream of your order on the order form, and it can cost extra.
- We do not spend in-game currency, and we do not delete items or characters.
- We do not write in chats unless it is necessary.
Account Safety Guarantee
If your account is sanctioned because of our work on your order, we refund 100% of the order price. To claim, send us the publisher's letter or a screenshot of the sanction within 14 days after your order is completed. We work by hand, without bots or cheats, so these cases are rare: about 0.01% of all orders since 2024.

Questions
Do I need to give you my login?

Should I turn off 2FA?
No. Keep two-factor authentication on for the whole order. We never ask you to disable it.
What happens if my account is sanctioned?

Will you ask for my login in chat?
