Best loot locations on Riven Tides

Hotel Panorama Azzurro

The four-storey hotel on the west side is the marquee loot building. Most rooms are open and worth a quick sweep, but the real payoffs are the locked keycard rooms — the same system as everywhere else in ARC Raiders: find the key elsewhere, bring it back, cash in. Use the hotel's floors and balconies to funnel and kill patrolling ARC before you commit to looting; it is a death trap if you get caught mid-animation.

Customs House (the underground)

At a glance the Customs House is a plain open area with an escape elevator. The trick is the ziplines on the east side that drop you underground, into a cache of containers, lockers and valuables. It is an excellent opening move (you start loaded and near an extract) or a final top-up before you ride the elevator out.

Port Authority Building

On the north side, the Port Authority is heavily guarded — expect stiff ARC resistance — but it carries Exodus and Technological loot, which is where the higher-value crafting components live.

How do you open the Stacking Yard loot rooms?

This is the part most players skip, and it is the biggest edge on the map. There are two rooms, opened in sequence.

Room 1 — the 4-button switch (on the right platform):

  • Search the Stacking Yard for four hidden buttons.
  • Activate all four. Once every button is pressed, the first locked room — sitting on the right platform — opens with its initial loot.

Room 2 — the lift repair (below the right platform):

  • Find a Battery somewhere in the yard.
  • Bring the Battery plus Wires to the broken lift and repair it. The requirement is small — roughly 1–2 Battery and 1–2 Wires.
  • Moving the battery is a two-person job: one Raider holds the lift's "Move Up" button while the other rides up, grabs the battery at the top, and carries it back down to the first room you opened.
  • Deposit the battery into its slot. That opens a building outside the yard containing the highest-tier loot in the area.

Solo, you can still brute-force Room 1's buttons, but Room 2's lift is genuinely awkward alone — this is a map that rewards a duo or trio, which lines up with how most Riven Tides regulars play it.

Where do you find keys on Riven Tides?

Keycards are the gate on Riven Tides' best rooms, and they are rare. Based on where players consistently find them, prioritise:
