Hunter pet taming in WoW Midnight is a waiting game, and this page sells the waiting. Tames run from $8.09 for Oondasta up to $989.99 for Nah'qi, and a skill-tame unlock item is $31.49.
Taming is not once per account. There is no tame-once lockout on a pet, and hunters routinely tame the same rare again to collect its other colours. What actually stops people is spawn timers, raid lockouts, unlock items and spec.
The four gates that decide the price:
- Spec. Twelve families are exotic - aqiri, carapid, chimaera, clefthoof, core hound, devilsaur, pterrordax, shale beast, spirit beast, stone hound, water strider and worm - and only Beast Mastery can tame or use them, through the level-10 Exotic Beasts passive.
- Spawn timers. Ban'thalos is 6 to 17 hours, Lightning Paw 2 to 12 and stealthed across several points, Bulvinkel 2 to 5.
- Lockouts. Faultline lives inside Blackrock Foundry on the Beastlord Darmac encounter, so it is a weekly raid lockout - one attempt per character per week, no amount of paid time changes that.
- Unlock items. Blood Beast, Feathermane, Direhorn and Mechanical each need an item first, and Nah'qi needs the Cinder of Companionship, which is awarded for learning Reins of Anu'relos, Flame's Guidance.
Your stable holds 205 pets, with five Call Pet slots for every hunter and a sixth for Beast Mastery hunters talented into Animal Companion, so collecting has room to run.
How it is delivered: piloted by default, because holding a multi-hour spawn point is the whole service. Self-play Remote keeps the account on your own machine for 30% more. Express and Super Express move you up the queue. Manual play, no bots, PC only.
