M'uru Kill

M'uru Kill - WoW TBC Anniversary

  • Entropius Phase
  • Kil'jaeden Unlock
  • Pre-Order Now

M'uru is the fifth boss of 25-man Sunwell Plateau, waiting in the Shrine of the Eclipse, and this page is that one encounter rather than the six-boss clear. The pre-order starts at $127.79.

It is really two fights. M'uru is ground down first, and at low health he collapses into Entropius - the second phase, and the real DPS and healing check. Raiders agree Entropius is the hardest encounter of the tier, which is exactly why Blizzard deliberately does not apply Sunwell Radiance - the +5% mob hit and -20% player dodge that taxes the first four bosses - on M'uru.

He is the gate to Kil'jaeden. The final boss does not open until M'uru is dead, so a guild parked at 4/6 normally spends 2-4 reset weeks on this single encounter before it ever sees Kil'jaeden. Sunwell Plateau runs a 7-day lockout, so that is one attempt window per week - which is what the runs counter above is for.

What he drops: the Sunwell table including Shadowed Gauntlets of Paroxysm. Yrma, the Transmuter of Sin'dorei Relics, trades those gauntlets plus 1 Sunmote for Gloves of the Forest Drifter, the alternate-stat item in the same slot. The Sunmote farm covers that side of the swap; the Eredar Twins kill is the boss immediately before him, and the Kil'jaeden kill is the one this unlocks.

This is a pre-order. Sunwell Plateau arrives with Phase 4, Fury of the Sunwell, in autumn 2026, and Blizzard has announced no date. You lock today's price now and the run is scheduled on the first lockout after the phase goes live. Sunwell Plateau needs no attunement, so there is no key chain to grind first. US realms are the default; EU is on the region switch above.

Frequently asked questions

  • M'uru is the fifth of the six bosses in 25-man Sunwell Plateau, fought in the Shrine of the Eclipse after Kalecgos, Brutallus, Felmyst and the Eredar Twins. The M'uru encounter is a two-stage fight: M'uru himself, then Entropius after he transforms at low health. The raid runs on a 7-day lockout, so a character gets one M'uru attempt window per reset.

  • Entropius is what M'uru becomes at low health, and it is the second half of the same encounter. That phase is the real DPS and healing check and is widely considered the hardest encounter of the Sunwell tier - harder than Kil'jaeden for most guilds. A raid sitting at 4/6 in Sunwell Plateau typically spends 2-4 reset weeks learning M'uru and Entropius before the kill lands.

  • Yes. M'uru is the gate: Kil'jaeden does not open until M'uru is dead, so the fifth boss has to fall before any raid reaches the sixth. That is why the M'uru kill is bought on its own - it is the single encounter that unblocks the rest of Sunwell Plateau, and the separate Kil'jaeden kill service only becomes runnable once this one is done.

  • No. Sunwell Radiance - the debuff that gives Sunwell Plateau bosses +5% chance to hit and cuts player dodge by 20% - is deliberately not applied on M'uru, and not on Kil'jaeden either. It is on the first four bosses only. That does not make M'uru easy: the Entropius phase is a raw damage and healing race rather than an avoidance check.

  • M'uru drops Sunwell Plateau loot including Shadowed Gauntlets of Paroxysm. Yrma, the Transmuter of Sin'dorei Relics, stands on the boat by the Isle of Quel'Danas flight master and trades those gauntlets plus 1 Sunmote for Gloves of the Forest Drifter, the alternate-stat item in the same slot. Add loot priority above for first pick on everything M'uru and Entropius drop for your class and spec.

  • No - this is a pre-order. Sunwell Plateau opens with Phase 4, Fury of the Sunwell, in autumn 2026 on the TBC Anniversary realms, and Blizzard has confirmed no date. Ordering now locks the $127.79 price, and your M'uru kill is scheduled on the first 7-day lockout after the phase goes live. Nothing expires if the phase slips, and the order is refundable in full before the run starts.

  • All of them. M'uru kills run on every US TBC Anniversary realm, PvE and PvP, and US is the default region on this page with USD pricing. Runs are booked around your own weekly reset in ET or PT rather than a European raid slot, US support is staffed in US business hours, and EU realms are priced on the region switch above.

  • Because Sunwell Plateau is a 7-day lockout, and one lockout is one attempt window. The runs counter goes up to 3, which covers the 2-4 reset weeks a normal raid spends on M'uru and Entropius, and it also lets you take the M'uru loot table across several resets instead of a single roll of the dice. Each run is a separate weekly lockout on your character.
