Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted if:
- The service was not delivered as promised.
- The item is unavailable or undeliverable.
- An unauthorized transaction occurred.
- The delivered service does not match the description.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided if:
- The service was successfully delivered.
- The delay was caused by incorrect customer details.
- The request is made after 14 days.
- The item was used, but later unwanted.
- The account was banned due to external reasons.
Requesting a Refund
Email info@bladestorm.org with your Order ID and reason. We will respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (fees may apply).
Chargebacks
Unresolved chargebacks may result in service denial. Contact us first for any issues.
