Black Ops 7 Eidskallen Lighthouse Zombies (Season 5): Every Reward, the Harbinger & Ragnarök Camos, and How to Reach Round 50

Black Ops 7's final full season of Zombies is here, and it opens on ice. Eidskallen Lighthouse is the new Survival map dropping at the Season 05 launch on July 23, 2026 (9AM PT), and it's the fastest new way to farm round-milestone rewards, event XP, and — through the tied Zombies leaderboard event — two brand-new Universal Weapon Camos: "Harbinger" and "Ragnarök."

This guide covers exactly what Eidskallen Lighthouse is, every reward you can earn and the round you earn it at, how the Harbinger and Ragnarök camos actually unlock (it's not what most players assume), and the fastest route to Round 50 so you clear the whole reward track before the event ends. Every fact here is verified against the official Call of Duty Season 05 blog.

Quick answer: Eidskallen Lighthouse at a glance

TL;DR — Eidskallen Lighthouse is a Survival Zombies map (not round-based) launching July 23 on a confined section of the Totenreich map. Push rounds to earn milestone rewards: the "Valhallan" Animated Emblem at Round 10, the "Eidskallen's Light" Weapon Charm at Round 25, and the "Gift Card" GobbleGum at Round 50. Separately, a 3-hour leaderboard event on the map rewards the "Harbinger" and "Ragnarök" Universal Weapon Camos for top placement, plus the Mammoth LMG through the wider Season 05 event track. All Pack-a-Punch, Der Wunderfizz, Mystery Box, and Wall Buys are available.

Two reward paths run at once, and players are already confusing them. The round milestones are guaranteed — hit the round, get the reward. The camos come from a competitive leaderboard event, so how far you push (and how fast) is what earns them. Below breaks down both.

What is the Eidskallen Lighthouse map?

Eidskallen Lighthouse is a Survival map — not a full round-based Easter-egg map. As the official blog puts it:

"Return to the frozen land of the giants in the Eidskallen Lighthouse Survival map. Push the rounds as far as you can using the resources available in a confined section of Totenreich and earn rewards for reaching round milestones." — Call of Duty Season 05 blog, July 14, 2026

Mechanically, that means you're dropped onto Beacon Island and its Lighthouse, a carved-out, confined slice of the larger Totenreich round-based map. There's no main quest to complete — the goal is simple: survive as many rounds as you can and collect resources along the way.

Even as a Survival map, it's fully loaded:

  • Pack-a-Punch — scale the Lighthouse stairs to reach it
  • Arsenal and Der Wunderfizz (perks)
  • Mystery Box and Wall Buys
  • Armor Upgrades
  • Flammenfalle Trap — a triple-flame trap that roasts zombies in a lane; strong for holding chokepoints on higher rounds

If you've played the Kowakujō map, this is a very different vibe — frozen coast versus volcanic castle — but the same core Zombies loop. (New to BO7 Zombies? Start with our Kowakujō Zombies map guide for the fundamentals.)

Every Eidskallen Lighthouse reward (and the round you earn it)

The Survival reward track is guaranteed and tied to round milestones. Reach the round, the reward is yours — no leaderboard placement needed here.

MilestoneRewardBonus XP
Complete Round 10"Valhallan" Animated Emblem1,000 XP
Complete Round 25"Eidskallen's Light" Weapon Charm2,500 XP
Complete Round 50"Gift Card" GobbleGum5,000 XP

That's 8,500 XP across the three milestones plus three cosmetics — a clean, low-effort chunk of progression if you're leveling weapons or your Battle Pass. Round 50 is the real wall for most players; the survival strategy below is built around clearing it.

How to unlock the Harbinger and Ragnarök camos

Here's the part players keep getting wrong. The "Harbinger" and "Ragnarök" Universal Weapon Camos are NOT round milestones — they come from a separate, time-boxed Zombies leaderboard event built around Eidskallen Lighthouse. Per the official blog, you compete across "multiple 3-hour leaderboards" on the map to earn the themed rewards, which include both camos plus an Emblem and Weapon Charm. This event also ties into Season 05's "Machine of War" event and Treyarch's 30th-anniversary celebration, which is where the Mammoth LMG and additional Blueprints and Camos come from.

What that means in practice:

  • The clock matters. Each leaderboard runs for a 3-hour window. You're scored on how far/fast you push within that window, not on total lifetime progress.
  • Placement matters. Because it's a leaderboard, the top-tier rewards (the animated/Universal camos) go to top placement, not to everyone who queues in. Community members who chased earlier BO7 leaderboard-camo events (like Ranked leaderboard top-10 camos) already flag these as the hardest cosmetics to earn.
  • Efficiency wins. In a 3-hour sprint, the players who bank the most rounds are the ones who set up Pack-a-Punch fast, buy armor early, and use the Flammenfalle Trap to hold a lane instead of running the whole island.

Because these camos are a competitive grind against the clock, they're the exact reward type players outsource — a lot of the "how do I get Harbinger without no-lifing the leaderboard" questions come down to time, not skill. If you want the camos without living in the 3-hour windows, our team can push the leaderboard runs for you: BO7 Camo Unlock service.

How to survive to Round 50 on Eidskallen Lighthouse

Round 50 gates the last milestone (the Gift Card GobbleGum and 5,000 XP) and is also where most leaderboard runs live or die. A confined map like this rewards a tight, repeatable loop:

  • Rush Pack-a-Punch early. It's up the Lighthouse stairs. A Pack-a-Punched wall weapon carries you comfortably into the 20s while you build economy.
  • Lock in armor and Der Wunderfizz. On a small map you can't kite forever — you need mitigation. Grab Armor Upgrades and a Wunderfizz perk rotation (Jugg-equivalent survivability first).
  • Own one chokepoint with the Flammenfalle Trap. The triple-flame trap turns a corridor into a kill lane. Train the horde into it, re-arm, repeat. This is your Round 30+ crutch.
  • Manage the Mystery Box for a Wonder Weapon or high-tier gun once wall weapons stop one-shotting.
  • Don't get greedy on the island's edges. The rugged terrain around Beacon Island creates dead ends; on high rounds a bad corner is a down.

If your goal is purely the XP and cosmetics (not the leaderboard flex), you can also stack this with double-XP windows — see our guide on why BO7 double XP sometimes shows inactive and how to fix it so you're not wasting tokens, and our BO7 Zombies XP farm methods for the fastest leveling routes.

What else is in Season 05 Zombies?

Eidskallen Lighthouse launches alongside a stacked Zombies update:

Kowakujo Zombies volcanic castle map in Black Ops 7 — World Seed quest

  • Kowakujō Directed Mode (Launch): The volcanic-castle map gets Directed Mode — on-screen quest steps and a max round cap of 15 to make the Main Quest approachable. Completing it earns the "Yōjinbō" Operator Skin for Carver, a Completion Calling Card, and 5,000 XP. Full breakdown in our Kowakujō Zombies guide.
  • Starting Room: Kowakujō (Launch): A locked-down variant where you fight from the Outer Ward with whatever's on hand.
  • Rogue Run — Astra Malorum (Launch): Three new, increasingly difficult playlists with Calling Card and GobbleGum rewards.
  • Mid-Season round-based finale: The BO7 Zombies story concludes as you face the Warden, with a familiar Perk-a-Cola, new GobbleGum, and two more Ultra-Rarity legacy weapons.

Season 05 also brings the Jubilee Multiplayer map, remastered Dig and Frequency, and new weapons including the FG42, Gremlin, and Mammoth — full unlock paths in our BO7 Season 5 new weapons guide and the Season 5 release-date rundown.

FAQ

When does Eidskallen Lighthouse release in Black Ops 7? The Eidskallen Lighthouse Survival map launches with Black Ops 7 Season 05 on July 23, 2026 at 9AM PT across all platforms, per the official Call of Duty blog.

Is Eidskallen Lighthouse a round-based map? No. It's a Survival map set on a confined section of the Totenreich round-based map. There's no full Easter-egg main quest — the goal is to push rounds and hit reward milestones. The round-based story finale (facing the Warden) arrives separately in the Mid-Season.

How do I unlock the Harbinger and Ragnarök camos? They're earned through the Eidskallen Lighthouse Zombies leaderboard event, which runs across multiple 3-hour leaderboards. Top placement earns the Universal Weapon Camos — they are not automatic round-milestone rewards, so how far and fast you push within each window is what matters.

What do I get for reaching each round on Eidskallen Lighthouse? Complete Round 10 for the "Valhallan" Animated Emblem (+1,000 XP), Round 25 for the "Eidskallen's Light" Weapon Charm (+2,500 XP), and Round 50 for the "Gift Card" GobbleGum (+5,000 XP).

Does Eidskallen Lighthouse have Pack-a-Punch and Der Wunderfizz? Yes. Pack-a-Punch is reached by climbing the Lighthouse stairs, and the map includes Der Wunderfizz, the Arsenal, Mystery Box, Wall Buys, Armor Upgrades, and the triple-flame Flammenfalle Trap.

Can I use Directed Mode on Eidskallen Lighthouse? No — Directed Mode in Season 05 is added to Kowakujō, not Eidskallen. Kowakujō Directed Mode gives on-screen quest steps and a max round cap of 15. Eidskallen is a Survival map with no Directed option.
