Quick answer (TLDR): As of October 26, 2026, the most valuable MM2 Vintage is the Ghost knife at 10 on MM2 Values (8 on Supreme Values). America, Blood and Laser follow at 8, and the Splitter is last at 3 on both lists. All ten Vintages are rated Stable with demand 1–1.5 out of 10, so they're cheap collector pieces, not trade currency. The whole 10-piece set adds up to about 65 on MM2 Values (59 on Supreme), roughly the same as three Godly Lasers. MM2 values are community estimates, not Robux and not an official price.

"Vintage" sounds expensive. In most trading games an old, retired item is the one everybody chases. In Murder Mystery 2 it mostly means the item is old. The ten Vintage weapons are the original shop items from Murder Mystery 1, the game before MM2. They were bought by a lot of players, they can't be salvaged, and most of them are still sitting in inventories from years ago. That's why every one of them trades for less than a mid-tier Godly.
This list covers what each Vintage is worth on both community value lists today, why the prices are so low, the Laser name mix-up that catches new traders every week, and when it's actually worth owning one.

What are the MM2 Vintage values right now?
Here is every Vintage on both lists, sorted by MM2 Values. Both lists rate all ten as Stable. MM2 Values gives each one a rarity of 3. Supreme scores rarity differently on some of them, so check its item page if Supreme is the list you trade by.
| Rank | Vintage | Type | MM2 Values | Supreme Values | Demand (MM2V) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Ghost | Knife | 10 | 8 | 1.5/10 |
| 2 | America | Gun | 8 | 7 | 1/10 |
| 2 | Blood | Knife | 8 | 8 | 1/10 |
| 2 | Laser | Gun | 8 | 8 | 1/10 |
| 5 | Shadow | Knife | 7 | 6 | 1/10 |
| 6 | Phaser | Gun | 6 | 5 | 1/10 |
| 6 | Prince | Knife | 6 | 6 | 1/10 |
| 8 | Golden | Gun | 5 | 4 | 1/10 |
| 9 | Cowboy | Gun | 4 | 4 | 1/10 |
| 10 | Splitter | Knife | 3 | 3 | 1/10 |
A few things stand out:
- Ghost is the only Vintage with any demand above the floor, at 1.5 out of 10 on MM2 Values. That makes it the easiest Vintage to trade away, though 1.5 is still low.
- Blood, Laser, Prince, Cowboy and Splitter match exactly on both lists. Where the lists disagree, Supreme is lower every time, by 1 or 2 points.
- The spread is small. The best Vintage is worth about 3.3 times the cheapest, and the middle of the list sits at 6 to 7.

How much is the full MM2 Vintage set worth?
Add up all ten and you get 65 on MM2 Values and 59 on Supreme. That's the value of every Vintage in the game, one copy each.
To put that number in context, here are a few Godlies on the same MM2 Values scale today:
| Item | Tier | MM2 Values |
|---|---|---|
| Seer | Godly knife | 3 |
| Eternal | Godly knife | 10 |
| Chill | Godly knife | 12 |
| Laser (Godly) | Godly gun | 23 |
| Full Vintage set (10 items) | Vintage | 65 |
| Traveler's Gun | Godly gun | 5,150 |
So the best single Vintage, Ghost, trades about level with an Eternal. The complete set is worth about three Godly Lasers. And a single Traveler's Gun is worth roughly 80 complete Vintage sets. That gap is the most useful thing to know before you price one.
Why are MM2 Vintages worth so little?
The short answer: they were never especially rare.
According to the MM2 Wiki's Vintage Weapons page, Vintages "were obtained through data of the original Murder Mystery". They were regular shop items in Murder Mystery 1, sold for in-game Points or Cash. Anyone who played could buy them. The screenshot above, from the wiki's Splitter page, shows the old knife shop: Splitter for 5 Cash or 800 Points, Ghost for 20 Cash or 1,200 Points, Prince for 40 Cash or 2,000 Points, Shadow for 125 Cash or 3,000 Points, and Blood for 175 Cash or 4,000 Points.
Three other things keep the price down:
- Crafting doesn't remove them. The wiki notes Vintages "cannot be salvaged", so unlike many Godlies they never get burned to make something new.
- They're a closed set. There are exactly 10 Vintages, and the count hasn't changed. Nothing new arrives to create hype.
- Demand is flat. Nobody needs a Vintage to complete a craft, an event or a collection goal inside the game.
MM2 Values Hub sums it up well in its Vintage section: "Being old is not the same as being rare." A retired item can't be bought any more, but that doesn't mean many copies were destroyed.
Which MM2 Vintage is the most valuable?
Ghost is the most valuable Vintage on MM2 Values at 10, and it's the only one with demand above 1. It's a short, pale-blue spearhead knife with taped grip. In Murder Mystery 1 it let you throw knives faster. Players still like it because it's small enough to hide behind the Teddy Bear emote, according to the wiki.
On Supreme Values it's a tie at 8 between Ghost, Blood and Laser, so which one counts as the "best" Vintage depends on the list you trade by. Blood has the strongest history of the three. The wiki's Blood page says it was the most expensive knife in Murder Mystery 1, at 175 Cash or 4,000 Points, and it used to give you +50% walk speed after a melee kill.
Here's what each of the others is known for:
- America (8 / 7): a stars-and-stripes revolver that was sold for 25 Cash only from July 4 to July 6, 2014. It's the only Vintage that was a short limited-time sale. It used to make a firework sound when fired.
- Laser (8 / 8): a long, thin blaster with its own firing sound in Murder Mystery 1. The wiki calls it the second-longest gun in the game, behind the Ancient Gingerscope.
- Shadow (7 / 6): a thin purple katana that used to make you invisible for 6 seconds, like today's Ghost perk.
- Phaser (6 / 5): the bulky orange-and-brown sci-fi pistol, sold for 2,000 Points or 40 Cash. The wiki calls it the largest gun in the game.
- Prince (6 / 6): a jeweled gold-and-ruby dagger, 2,000 Points or 40 Cash.
- Golden (5 / 4): a plain gold revolver. Its old shop text read, word for word: "Makes your revolver golden. This is only for the epic rich people", as quoted on the wiki's Golden page.
- Cowboy (4 / 4): an engraved Colt-style revolver. Its shape became the mesh for MM2's Default Gun.
- Splitter (3 / 3): the cheapest Vintage and the cheapest original shop knife at 5 Cash.
Is the Vintage Laser the same as the Godly Laser?
No, and this is the mistake that comes up most in MM2 trade threads. There are two different guns called Laser:
- Laser (Vintage): the long grey blaster on the left. Worth 8 on both lists.
- Laser (Godly): the chunky red-and-black gun on the right, unboxed from Gun Box 3. Worth 23 on MM2 Values.
That's almost a 3x difference for the same name. One r/MurderMystery2 thread shows exactly how it goes wrong. A player asked whether their Laser was worth anything, got a "not a terrible start" answer pricing the Godly, and then clarified: "I meant the vintage one." The reply: "yeah that one has only 8 value. id flip that for like an eternal or basically any tier 1 godly."
Other Vintages share names with different items too:
- Ghost (Vintage knife) ≠ Ghost (Legendary knife) from the 2018 Halloween Event.
- Golden (Vintage gun) pairs with Golden (Legendary knife) from the Retro Bundle (799 Robux).
- Laser, Prince and Cowboy each have a partner weapon with the same name.
Before you accept or price a trade, check the rarity tag on the item in the trade window, not just the name. Vintages sit at the bottom of the Classic tab in your inventory.

Are MM2 Vintage values going up?
Not right now. All ten are marked Stable on both lists today, and the Halloween Event 2026 hasn't changed that. Murder Mystery 2 had 227,220 players online at 09:28 UTC on October 26, 2026 (our pull from the Roblox Games API), and the event runs until November 16, 2026, according to the game's official Roblox event listing. Halloween trading is all about the new Ember items: Emberbow, Embersickle and the craftable Emberscythe. If you're trading this month, the MM2 Halloween value list is where values are actually moving.
Vintages have had years to rise and haven't. MM2 Values Hub puts it bluntly: "Do not hold a vintage expecting it to climb." Values can always shift after an update, but there's no sign of that now. Treat them as collectibles, not as something to buy for a price rise.
How do you trade MM2 Vintages for a fair price?
Because demand is so low, Vintages behave differently in trades than Godlies do:
- Use them as add-ons, not centerpieces. A Vintage is a small top-up to balance a trade, about the size of a low-tier Godly.
- Look for the right buyer. The people who pay full value for Vintages are collectors who care about Murder Mystery 1 history, not traders adding up totals. Lead with the item's age and story when you post it.
- Expect to add a little when you trade one away. At demand 1/10, most traders will ask the Vintage owner to throw in something extra, which in practice means your Vintage counts for slightly less than its listed value. Ghost holds its value best.
- Use one list for both sides. Supreme is 1–2 points lower on half the Vintages. Pricing your side on MM2 Values and theirs on Supreme quietly skews the trade.
- Don't trade a Vintage for "a Laser" without checking which Laser. See above.

Can you still get MM2 Vintage weapons?
Only through trading. Every Vintage page on the MM2 Wiki lists "Trading Only" as the way to get it. The Murder Mystery 1 shop is long gone, and Vintages have never come back in a crate, bundle or event. The original default Classic Knife and Classic Gun were the only Murder Mystery 1 weapons that didn't become Vintages. They were replaced by today's Default Knife and Default Gun.
The full set stays at 10: Ghost, America, Blood, Laser, Shadow, Phaser, Prince, Golden, Cowboy and Splitter.

FAQ
What is the most valuable Vintage in MM2? Ghost, at 10 on MM2 Values as of October 26, 2026. On Supreme Values, Ghost, Blood and Laser are tied at 8. Ghost is also the only Vintage with demand above 1/10.
How many Vintage weapons are there in MM2? Exactly 10: five knives (Ghost, Blood, Shadow, Prince, Splitter) and five guns (America, Laser, Phaser, Golden, Cowboy). They're the original Murder Mystery 1 shop items, and the set has never grown.
Is Vintage rarer than Godly in MM2? Not in practice. Vintages are older, but they were shop items that lots of players bought, and crafting can't remove them. The best Vintage is worth about the same as an Eternal, one of the cheaper Godlies.
What is the vintage Laser worth in MM2? 8 on both MM2 Values and Supreme Values. The Godly Laser from Gun Box 3 is a different gun worth 23, so always check the rarity tag before trading.
Why do MM2 Wiki pages show different Vintage values? The values in each item's wiki infobox are updated by hand and lag behind the lists. On October 26, 2026 the infoboxes still showed Blood at 10 and America at 10, while MM2 Values had both at 8. Use the live lists for trades.
Will MM2 Vintage values go up? Nothing points that way right now. All ten are rated Stable with demand around 1/10, and the current Halloween Event doesn't involve them. That could change after a future update, but buy one because you like it, not as an investment.
Values are community estimates from MM2 Values and Supreme Values, checked October 26, 2026. They aren't official and can change after any update. Item history from the MM2 Wiki. Murder Mystery 2 is developed by Nikilis; timesaver.gg isn't affiliated with Nikilis or Roblox.
