This housing lumber farm delivers the WoW Midnight crafting reagent that profession recipes turn into housing decor, from $8.09 per 200 Lumber. You pick the lumber type — that is the whole point of the page.
Lumber is harvested with Lumberjack, the pseudo-profession learned from the quest Lumber For You. Its nodes sit on trees throughout Azeroth and beyond, not in one convenient housing zone.
Why the type matters: there are 12 lumber types, one per expansion, and a decor recipe only accepts the lumber from its own expansion. Midnight decor needs Thalassian Lumber, harvested in Quel'Thalas and the wilds of Harandar; a Dragonflight recipe needs Dragonpine, a Classic recipe needs Ironwood. Buying the wrong wood crafts nothing.
