A housing pro builder for WoW Midnight: a decorator works on your house by the hour, from $26.99 for 2 hours. This is decor-collecting and layout labour, not a House XP grind — and the difference is worth understanding before you buy.
Why this is not an XP service. House level caps at 12, which needs 21,900 House XP, and there are only three taps: 10 XP for each newly learned decor item, Endeavor tasks (capped at 2,250 XP per Endeavor) and 250 XP from the Endeavor Coffer. Endeavors last a little over a month each — they are not a calendar reset — so hours bought here go into the collection and the build, not into farming a level bar.
What a builder actually does with the time:
- hunts down decor you have never learned, from quests, dungeon and raid drops, reputations, vendors and professions;
- resolves a shared Blueprint — the code copies the design, never the ownership, and the import screen lists every piece you are missing;
- lays out rooms against your interior and exterior placement budgets, tuning scale, rotation and dye per object;
- sets up Pet Beds, which cap at 100 inside and 25 outside, and assigns a companion to each one;
- handles the fiddly exterior work — planting, hanging plants, vines and lighting.
How it is delivered: piloted by default, because decor is placed from your own warband-wide collection and has to be moved in-client. Self-play Remote keeps the account on your machine while the decorator works, for 30% more. Manual play, no bots, PC only.
