Legion artifact appearances are the weapon skins and color tints bolted onto the 36 class artifacts of World of Warcraft: Legion, one artifact per specialization. Each artifact carries several appearance families, and every family holds 4 tints unlocked by its own criteria rather than by a loot roll. Time is sold honestly: 2 hours for $26.99, 4 for $53.99, 6 for $80.99, or 10 for $134.99.
What is still obtainable: the classic set from the Legion campaign and your Class Hall, the valorous set behind the Balance of Power questline, the hidden set, and the war-torn set from Honor Levels 10, 30, 50 and 80. The three extra valorous tints then need Keystone Master, Unleashed Monstrosities (8 of the 11 Broken Isles world bosses) and Glory of the Legion Hero (26 Legion Mythic dungeon achievements).
What is closed and never sold: the challenging tints from the original Mage Tower moved to legacy in patch 8.0.1, and the Legion Timewalking Mage Tower running today does not award them. Two upgraded tints are dead content as well, because they required Artifact Knowledge 25 and all 34 artifact traits, and artifact power was switched off when Legion ended. timesaver.gg quotes neither line.
Time and lockouts: Balance of Power crosses 8 Legion dungeons plus the Emerald Nightmare and the Nighthold, whose raid lockouts reset weekly, and the Broken Isles world bosses rotate on that same weekly reset, so Unleashed Monstrosities usually spans several weeks. A full class set across every spec runs well past 10 hours, and the overflow is booked as repeat blocks at the same rate instead of a larger ladder step. The content itself is legacy and trivial for a level 90 character.
Delivery: US is selected by default and EU has its own independent ladder. Piloted play is standard, Self-play Remote adds 30%, Express adds 20%, and Super Express adds 40%. Manual PC play only, scheduled in ET or PT for US players.
