Voidtalon of the Dark Star is the void-raven flying mount added in patch 6.1 of Warlords of Draenor. It has no boss, no lockout and no drop rate: the only source is the Voidtalon Egg lying beside the dead Last Voidtalon inside the Edge of Reality mini-scenario. Reaching that scenario means clicking a portal that opens, unannounced, at one of the roughly 28 confirmed spawn points spread across six Draenor zones — Shadowmoon Valley, Frostfire Ridge, Nagrand, Talador, Gorgrond and Spires of Arak.
Why this is a camp and not a farm. Once you are inside, the egg is a sure thing — the RNG is entirely in finding an open portal first. Community trackers report the portal stays up for only about 5 to 15 minutes before it despawns, and after a player uses one, the next spawn on that realm is reported to be at least 8 hours away. Only a single character passes through: party members get nothing, and a character that already owns the mount cannot even see the portal. That is why the working method is realm-hopping the fixed points, and why Shadowmoon Valley is the base zone — it carries the densest cluster of confirmed points on the map, listed at roughly five to ten depending on the source.
The offer. This is $175.99 flat, until-drop. A hunter cycles your character through the Shadowmoon Valley points and the wider Draenor route, hopping realms on every pass, and the order closes only when Voidtalon of the Dark Star is in your mount journal. Bad luck never costs you a second payment. This is legacy Warlords content and it is fully soloable at the current level cap — nothing here needs a group, a key or a raid slot, only somebody willing to sit the route for however long the portal hides.
Delivery. Everything is played by hand on PC. Piloted is the default; Self-play Remote adds 30%, Express 20% and Super Express 40%. US is preselected with a matching EU ladder, and scheduling runs on ET or PT.
