Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest - Firelands Ember Cycles

  • Firelands Ember Runs
  • Legacy Solo Raid

Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest is the Cataclysm caster legendary staff, earned through a 14-quest chain that runs almost entirely through the Firelands raid. Some guides count it as 15 quests because they include the Molten Lord starter step. The collection stages ask for 25 Eternal Embers, 3 Sands of Time bought in Uldum at 3,000 gold each, 1,000 Seething Cinders, 250 Smoldering Essences, and a Heart of Flame from Ragnaros.

Where the numbers come from: every Firelands boss is reported at roughly an 80% chance to drop at least one Eternal Ember, and a single boss can drop up to 3 on 25-man. The Delegation step needs four charged foci pulled from Shannox, Beth'tilac, Alysrazor and Lord Rhyolith, which open the Anvil of Conflagration and the Branch of Nordrassil. Those foci come from scripted encounter mechanics, so each fight has to play out instead of being deleted in one global.

The lockout is the real cost. Firelands is legacy content a level-cap character clears solo, but embers and cinders are gated to one raid lockout per character per weekly reset. Guides from the era put full completion at 9 to 10 weeks for a 25-man heroic group and 25 to 34 weeks for a 10-man normal group, and a solo run today still realistically needs 10 or more weekly lockouts. The ladder stops at 25 cycles on purpose: longer chains are booked as repeat cycle blocks at exactly the same rate, with no premium for the extra weeks.

What one cycle means: one manual Firelands clear on your character, with every Eternal Ember, Seething Cinder and Smoldering Essence it yields kept on that character. Pricing is 1 cycle for $5.39, 5 for $26.95, 10 for $53.90, or 25 for $134.75. It is a bounded block of lockouts, never a promise that the staff finishes inside it.

Service detail: the chain hands out Branch of Nordrassil at item level 378 and Runestaff of Nordrassil at 391 before the finished staff at 397, and Dragonwrath carries the Tarecgosa spirit-form proc that duplicates your spells. Piloted play is the default; Self-play Remote costs 30% more, while Express and Super Express add 20% and 40%. US is selected first, EU runs an independent matching ladder, and scheduling is handled in ET or PT. Every listed cycle is played manually on PC by a timesaver.gg booster, with no bots and no exploits.

Frequently asked questions

  • Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest comes from a 14-quest Cataclysm chain centered on the Firelands raid. It starts at the Caverns of Time, moves through the Nexus in Coldarra, then loops back into Firelands for the Delegation foci, the Branch of Nordrassil, and the collection steps. There is no vendor and no drop that skips the chain.

  • The Dragonwrath chain needs 25 Eternal Embers plus 3 Sands of Time for the All-Seeing Eye step, then 1,000 Seething Cinders and 250 Smoldering Essences later on, and finally a Heart of Flame from Ragnaros. Every Firelands boss is reported at roughly an 80% chance to drop at least one Eternal Ember, with up to 3 from one boss on 25-man.

  • Guides from the Cataclysm era put Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest at 9 to 10 weeks for a 25-man heroic group and 25 to 34 weeks for a 10-man normal group. Solo at the current level cap the fights are trivial, but Eternal Embers and Seething Cinders are still capped by the weekly Firelands lockout, so plan on 10 or more resets rather than a single weekend.

  • The Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest farm costs $5.39 for 1 Firelands cycle, $26.95 for 5, $53.90 for 10, or $134.75 for 25. Those are bounded lockout blocks on both US and EU realms, quoted before the optional 30% Self-play Remote upgrade and the 20% Express or 40% Super Express speed upgrades.

  • Yes. Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest cycles run on US realms, and US is the region this page opens on. Scheduling and support are handled in ET or PT during US business hours, and prices are quoted in USD from $5.39 a cycle. EU players switch the region toggle to reach the separate EU ladder, which carries identical pricing.

  • Yes, Firelands is legacy content and a level-cap character clears all 7 bosses solo. The catch is the Delegation step: the charged foci from Shannox, Beth'tilac, Alysrazor and Lord Rhyolith come from scripted encounter mechanics, so those four fights have to be played out properly instead of burned down instantly, which is the part most solo players get stuck on.

  • One Firelands cycle is one manual clear of the raid on your character, with every Eternal Ember, Seething Cinder and Smoldering Essence from that lockout kept on your account. It does not mean one hour of play, one guaranteed quest step, or repeat clears inside the same weekly reset. Chains longer than 25 cycles are rebooked as further blocks at the same $5.39 per-cycle rate.
