Long-Forgotten Hippogryph

Long-Forgotten Hippogryph — Azsuna Crystal Hunt, Until It Drops

  • 5 Crystal Hunt
  • Azsuna Cycle Camp
  • Flat $175.99

Long-Forgotten Hippogryph is the Legion secret mount hidden in Azsuna, and it has no boss, no vendor and no loot roll. The Reins of the Long-Forgotten Hippogryph appear in your bags the instant you click the fifth Ephemeral Crystal, and the entire difficulty is that those five crystals can hide anywhere across the more than 100 spawn points the community has logged since 2016. The until-drop hunt at timesaver.gg is $175.99 flat: we work Azsuna cycle after cycle until the reins are yours.

How the Azsuna crystal hunt works

Clicking the first Ephemeral Crystal grants a hidden aura that lasts 8 hours, and the fifth crystal has to be clicked before that aura expires or the whole set is void. The crystals also appear in sequence — clicking one causes the next to spawn — so a completed run is five separate zone-wide searches, not one lap of the map. Dying, or leaving Azsuna, drops the aura and wipes the progress with it.

Why this is a camp, not a farm

Only the first player to finish the set gets the mount. The fifth click despawns all five crystals for the entire zone, so exactly one player per phase wins each cycle. Community trackers put the respawn window at roughly 2 to 12 hours after the previous claim or a server restart, and the crystals then sit in the world until somebody completes the set or the weekly reset sweeps them. War Mode on and War Mode off are separate phases, which is the one legitimate way to double the ground a hunter can cover.

What's included

  • Cycle-after-cycle sweeps of Azsuna on your character until the Reins of the Long-Forgotten Hippogryph are looted;
  • Both War Mode phases searched, and respawn windows tracked after every zone-wide announcement;
  • The mount learned on your account as the only completion condition — no attempt cap, no day cap;
  • Any gold, quest and exploration by-products picked up along the way kept on your character;
  • Piloted by default, remote self-play for 30% more;
  • Express and Super Express priority for 20% or 40% more.

Requirements

A retail character that can reach Azsuna on a US or EU realm. This is legacy Legion content from 2016 — the zone is trivial at the current cap, nothing in the hunt is a fight, and no reputation, key, group or Midnight season progress gates it. Piloted orders run behind a region-matched VPN and nothing outside the hunt is touched. The hippogryph is an epic flying mount, account-wide once learned.

How long it takes

Nobody can print an honest date on this one. The crystals are contested by every other collector on the realm, and a cycle you lose by 40 seconds counts for nothing. What the flat price buys is persistence: we keep taking cycles, in both phases, until the announcement in Azsuna chat is about your character. Some orders land in a few days, some run for weeks, and the price never moves.

How it works

  • 1
    Configure & pay

    Set the options on the right and confirm your realm and character name in the order chat.

  • 2
    We run the content

    A vetted WoW pro team is assigned in ≤ 30 minutes and clears the service, piloted or with you.

  • 3
    Confirm your rewards

    Gear, mounts and progress land on your character — you confirm before the order closes.

Frequently asked questions

  • The Long-Forgotten Hippogryph is a Legion secret mount earned by clicking 5 Ephemeral Crystals scattered across Azsuna. There is no boss, no vendor and no drop rate involved — the Reins of the Long-Forgotten Hippogryph are placed in your bags the moment the fifth crystal is used. Our service does that hunt on your character, cycle after cycle, for one flat price.

  • Eight hours. Clicking the first Ephemeral Crystal in Azsuna gives you a hidden aura that lasts 8 hours, and if the fifth crystal is not clicked before it expires the Long-Forgotten Hippogryph does not unlock. Dying or leaving Azsuna also removes the aura, so the set has to be finished in one clean uninterrupted session inside the zone.

  • Community trackers report the Long-Forgotten Hippogryph crystals returning roughly 2 to 12 hours after the last mount was claimed or after a server restart — sources disagree, so treat it as a window rather than a timer. The crystals then stay in Azsuna until a player completes the set or the weekly reset clears them, and only the first player to finish gets the mount.

  • No. Several players can click the same Ephemeral Crystal, but clicking the fifth one despawns all 5 crystals for the whole zone, so exactly one player per phase claims the Long-Forgotten Hippogryph each cycle. That is why this is sold as an until-drop camp: losing a cycle to a faster hunter costs you time, never money.

  • Yes. The Long-Forgotten Hippogryph hunt runs on US realms, and US is the default region on this page at $175.99 with a matching EU ladder behind the switch. Scheduling, handover and support are handled in ET or PT during US hours, and cycles are worked around the clock rather than only in one region's evening.

  • Yes. The mount was discovered in September 2016 during Legion and has never been removed — the Ephemeral Crystals still spawn in Azsuna on live retail today. It was not tied to a Legion timewalking event or a seasonal window, so any current character that can fly to Azsuna is eligible to complete the 5-crystal set.

  • It does, and it works in your favor. War Mode on and War Mode off are separate phases of Azsuna, each with its own set of 5 Ephemeral Crystals, so a hunter can work two independent cycles instead of one. Super Express covers both phases every window, which is the only real way to speed up a Long-Forgotten Hippogryph camp.

  • Everything until the mount exists on your account. The flat $175.99 buys unlimited Azsuna cycles on your character with no attempt cap and no surcharge for bad luck, ending only when the Reins of the Long-Forgotten Hippogryph are looted. Remote self-play adds 30%, and Express or Super Express priority adds 20% or 40%.
