Rivendare's Deathcharger Mount Farm

Rivendare's Deathcharger Farm - Stratholme Baron Runs

  • Baron Rivendare Drop
  • No Weekly Lockout
  • Cheapest Mount Farm

Rivendare's Deathcharger drops from Baron Rivendare, the final boss of Stratholme, at roughly a 1% chance per kill. The item that teaches it is Deathcharger's Reins, and Baron Rivendare is its only source in the game. Farming starts at $5.39 per run cycle.

There is no weekly raid lockout on Stratholme, and that is the whole story on price. A raid mount gives your character one roll every seven days. Baron Rivendare can be reset and killed again and again in the same sitting, limited only by the account-wide ceiling of 10 instance entries per hour. Attempts stack in hours instead of months, which is why this is the lowest delivery cost of any mount farm we sell.

How many runs it realistically takes. At about 1% there is no guaranteed run count and we will not pretend there is. Around 69 kills is a coin flip, 100 kills sits near 63%, and the 25 run cycle block at $134.75 is about a 22% shot. Plenty of accounts land it inside five runs. You are buying attempts, not a promise.

The ladder: 1 cycle $5.39, 5 cycles $26.95, 10 cycles $53.90, 25 cycles $134.75. Every cycle is one completed Baron Rivendare kill on your character.

Yes, it is account-wide. Once Deathcharger's Reins is learned, the skeletal warhorse sits in your Warband mount collection and every character on the account can ride it, so you only ever have to farm it once.

How it is delivered: piloted by default, since the loot has to drop for your own character. Self-play Remote keeps the account on your machine for 30% more, and Express or Super Express move you up the queue. US realms are the default region and scheduling runs on ET or PT. Manual play, no bots, PC only.

Frequently asked questions

  • Rivendare's Deathcharger drops from Baron Rivendare, the final boss of Stratholme, as the item Deathcharger's Reins. Baron Rivendare is the only source of the skeletal warhorse in the game — no vendor sells it, no quest awards it, and no other boss or zone drops it.

  • Rivendare's Deathcharger drops from Baron Rivendare in Stratholme at roughly a 1% chance per kill. That works out to about a 50% chance across 69 kills and roughly 63% across 100 kills. There is no pity timer and no guaranteed run count, so each Baron kill is an independent 1% roll.

  • No. Stratholme is a dungeon with no weekly raid lockout, so Baron Rivendare can be reset and killed repeatedly in the same session rather than once every seven days. The only real ceiling is the account-wide cap of 10 instance entries per hour, which is why Rivendare's Deathcharger attempts stack far faster than raid mounts like Invincible or Ashes of Al'ar.

  • Because Stratholme has no weekly lockout, a Rivendare's Deathcharger farm is measured in hours of runs rather than months of resets. A 10 run cycle block at $53.90 is usually finished inside a couple of sessions, and a 25 cycle block at $134.75 typically wraps within a few days. At roughly 1% per Baron Rivendare kill, no block can promise the drop itself.

  • Yes. Deathcharger's Reins is Bind on Pickup, so Baron Rivendare has to drop it for your own character in Stratholme, but once it is learned Rivendare's Deathcharger lives in your Warband mount collection. Every character on the account can then summon the skeletal warhorse, so the roughly 1% farm only has to be completed once.

  • Yes. Rivendare's Deathcharger farms run on every US WoW Midnight realm, PvE and PvP, and US is the default region on this page. Stratholme run cycles are scheduled around your own play window in ET or PT, support answers during US business hours, and EU realms are priced on the region switch above.

  • Because Stratholme carries no weekly raid lockout. Every other marquee mount farm pays for a scarce weekly attempt, while Baron Rivendare can be re-killed on demand, so a single Rivendare's Deathcharger run cycle costs just $5.39 and 25 cycles cost $134.75. Cheap attempts do not change the roughly 1% drop chance — they just let you buy many more of them.
