Timewalking is the weekly Bonus Event that scales old dungeons and raids to your level, and a boost here starts at $5.84. It is the cheapest catch-up loot in WoW Midnight and the only mount farm in the game that is not gated by a lockout.
The weekly quest is the reason most people log in for it. Defeat five Timewalking dungeons or raid bosses and Archmage Aethas Sunreaver in Silvermoon pays 500 Timewarped Badges plus the Cache of Amani Treasures, a piece of Venomous Abyss raid loot on the Champion track. Each Dungeon Finder run on top of that is worth 25 badges.
Timewalking has exactly four raids, and rival pages routinely list ones that do not exist:
- Blackrock Depths — Classic, Raid Finder only;
- Black Temple — Burning Crusade, $8.09;
- Ulduar — Wrath of the Lich King, $16.19;
- Firelands — Cataclysm, $17.09.
There is no Sunwell, no Ahn’Qiraj and no Molten Core in Timewalking. The other six Timewalking events are dungeons only.
Badges buy mounts at 5,000 each from the vendor for each event, and every boss in a Timewalking dungeon or raid also has a small chance at the Reins of the Infinite Timereaver. Dungeon Finder Timewalking has no lockout, so that one can genuinely be chain-farmed — the rate varies from boss to boss and Blizzard has never published a single figure for it.
How it is delivered: piloted by default, self-play in a group of our boosters, or Self-play Remote for 30% more. Timewalking only runs while its Bonus Event is active, so check the in-game calendar for the week you want. Manual play, no bots, PC only.
