- Open the MyPLAYER Builder and choose the new GOAT Builds path.
- Pick Dwight Howard (C). The build is labeled "D12" and uses the All-Time Orlando Magic version.
- Create the build, then set your Badges, Cap Breakers and Takeovers like you would on any MyPLAYER.

Is the Dwight Howard GOAT Build good in Rec?
Three days into Season 2, players running him in Rec describe the same thing: he's a rebounding and put-back machine, as long as he stays in his lane. From an r/NBA2k thread on Dwight in Rec:
"dwights build is a walking double double in rec as long as you don't try to do too much on offense"
"Put backs are crazy on it. The rebounding take that boost second chance shots and 99 O board and 90 close shot goes crazy."
The limits come up just as often. One player pointed to size: "sometimes I go up against two 7'1s and I'm useless." At 6'11", he gives up height to 7-footers, and his 7'5" wingspan only partly makes up for it. Another said he's at his best with structure: "It's OP in a squad with a good point guard and a zone," adding that in random Rec, bigs standing in the paint kill spacing.
What that means in practice:
- Play him as a roll man and glass cleaner. 99 Standing Dunk plus Rise Up and Aerial Wizard at Hall of Fame make lobs and put-backs his best offense.

Against Hakeem: Hakeem is the better scorer. He has a real post game (99 Post Control against Dwight's 85) and a 91 mid-range. But he's locked behind REP Elite V, and Dwight is faster and jumps higher (80 Speed and 90 Vertical against 65 and 75).
Against Wilt: Wilt is bigger and slightly better on the glass, and one Rec player in the same thread called him "the random rec demon." He's also 350 Lifetime Challenges away for most players. Dwight gives you most of that job for free, with more speed and bounce.
