Last checked: 2026-10-27 (RIVALS Update 24, RIVALSWEEN 2026). The Spooky Skin Case is the Halloween-only skin case in Roblox RIVALS, and it's back for RIVALSWEEN with five new skins. A lot of this week's posts in r/RivalsRoblox are about one set from it: the bone-wrapped Boneclaw skins. This guide lists all 49 skins in the case by rarity, explains what the Boneclaw set actually is, covers what the case costs in Robux and Skin Tickets, and tells you when it leaves the Shop.
Quick answer: The Spooky Skin Case costs 249 Robux or 10 Skin Tickets per open and holds 49 skins: 18 Legendary, 18 Rare and 13 Common. There's no Mythical in the pool. The Boneclaw set is four Rare skins: Boneclaw Rifle (Assault Rifle), Boneclaw Revolver, Boneclaw Horn (War Horn) and Boneclaw Spray. RIVALSWEEN 2026 added 5 new skins: Web Shooters, Jeremiah, Xenofrost, Mimic Wildcat and Gravelight. The drop odds are in the case's in-game odds viewer, not on the wiki. The case is limited-time, and the event ends 2026-11-07 at 05:00 UTC.

What is the RIVALS Spooky Skin Case?
The RIVALS Wiki Spooky Skin Case page describes it as a collectible that "can be opened to obtain skins. It is only available during the Spooky Event and contains spooky themed skins." It sits next to the three permanent cases (Skin Case, Skin Case 2 and Skin Case 3), but you can only buy it while the Halloween event is live.
This is the case's third Halloween. It launched with the first Spooky Event in 2024. The 2025 patch notes said it was "back – now with 14 new skins", and the official Update 24 notes for 2026 say:
"The Spooky Skin Case is back — now containing 5 brand new skins!" — RIVALS Update 24 patch notes (Nosniy Games, via the RIVALS Wiki Updates page)
Older skins stay in the pool, so the case keeps getting bigger every year. At 49 skins, it's now larger than every permanent case, which hold 44 each.
When does the Spooky Skin Case leave?
The case is tied to the RIVALSWEEN event. The official Roblox event listing for "🎃 RIVALSWEEN 🎃 — Halloween Update" runs from 2026-10-17 01:00 UTC to 2026-11-07 05:00 UTC. That's 9 PM Pacific on Friday, November 6 (midnight Eastern, after the US clock change on November 1). The wiki's event table also gives November 6 as the end date.
Once the event ends, the case leaves the Shop. The wiki says the Spooky and Festive cases "have historically returned during their respective annual events", so the skins will probably be back in October 2027. That's a pattern, not a promise, though. If one skin is the whole reason you play, get it before November 7.

Here's the full pool as the wiki listed it on 2026-10-27 (page revision of 2026-10-25), grouped by rarity. "Effects" means the skin changes more than the model, such as custom sounds, animations or projectiles. Skins are cosmetic only and don't change weapon stats.

Two notes on the list. The wiki spells the Maul skin "Jerrmiah" in its table, but the official patch notes call it Jeremiah. Most of the 2026 skins still show placeholder images on the wiki, so their effects aren't documented yet.
What is the Boneclaw set in RIVALS?
"Boneclaw" isn't one skin. It's a matching set of four Rare skins in the Spooky Skin Case, each with a black body wrapped in white bone claws:
- Boneclaw Rifle — for the Assault Rifle, with unique sounds
- Boneclaw Revolver — for the Revolver, with unique sounds
- Boneclaw Horn — for the War Horn, with unique sounds
- Boneclaw Spray — for the Spray, with unique sounds
The Rifle and Revolver get most of the attention in this week's Reddit threads, and both "boneclaw rifle" and "boneclaw revolver" show up as Google search suggestions (checked 2026-10-27). The set isn't new, though. The 2026 patch notes don't list any Boneclaw skins among the five new additions, so it dates from an earlier Spooky Event.
Keep in mind that each Boneclaw skin shares the Rare tier with 17 other skins. Rare is a cosmetic tier label, and the exact chance of any one skin is whatever the in-game odds viewer shows. One player in a Boneclaw thread on r/RivalsRoblox this week summed up the grind: "I literally have over 20 skin cases and no boneclaw rifle." At 249 Robux per case, 20 opens is 4,980 Robux and still no guarantee of a specific skin.
How much does the Spooky Skin Case cost?
The Spooky Skin Case page lists two prices:

The permanent cases also come as a three-pack for 724 Robux, which the wiki works out to a discount of about 3.08%. The wiki doesn't list a multi-pack for the Spooky case, so plan on 249 Robux per open. Regional pricing can change the Robux amounts.
Skin Tickets are the free route. The Skin Tickets page says the standard Season Pass gives 10 Skin Tickets, which is one free case per season. The day-7 login reward can add 1 more, and the Prize Wheel has a small chance of dropping one. Tickets "do not expire and carry over between seasons", so if you've been saving them, RIVALSWEEN is a good time to use them. What are the drop odds?
Check the odds in-game before you buy. RIVALS shows lootbox odds in the Shop when you view a case's contents. Update 21's patch notes say "Viewing a lootbox's odds is now much more detailed and granular", and Roblox requires experiences that sell paid random items to show the odds before purchase (Roblox virtual items policy). We didn't independently pull the Spooky case's current percentages for this guide, and the wiki doesn't list them. Treat any number you see on a third-party site or video as unverified until it matches the in-game display.
What the wiki does tell you is the pool:
- 18 of 49 skins (37%) are Legendary, 18 (37%) are Rare and 13 (27%) are Common. That's the share of the pool, not your chance per open, since rarities are almost certainly weighted.
- There's no Mythical in the case. This year's only Halloween Mythical, the Shadow Wildcat, comes as a bonus with the Legendary Candy Bundle, not from the case.
- The wiki doesn't document a duplicate-protection rule, so assume you can unbox a skin you already own.
The practical takeaway: open the Spooky case if you'd be happy with most of its 49 skins. If you want one exact Boneclaw, check its odds in the viewer first and budget for several opens. You can open up to 100 cases at once (added in Update 12).

Which Spooky skins are worth chasing?
RIVALS has no player trading, so no skin has a market value. "Worth it" really comes down to how much effect you get and whether you'll use the weapon. By that measure, these stand out:
- Spider Ray (Freeze Ray, Legendary) — the most custom effects in the case: unique sounds, splash, freeze and explosion.
- Pumpkin Launcher (RPG, Legendary) — a jack-o'-lantern RPG with its own sounds and projectile, and one of the most recognisable Halloween skins.
- Mimic Axe (Battle Axe, Legendary) — unique sounds and animations on a popular melee pick.
- Soul Rifle (Energy Rifle, Legendary) — unique sounds plus a custom laser beam.
- Machete (Knife, Legendary) — moved up to Legendary in Update 24 with a full new set of animations. The patch notes say it's "Still available in the Spooky Skin Case!"
- Boneclaw Rifle / Revolver (Rare) — the Reddit favourites this year. They only add custom sounds, on the Assault Rifle and Revolver.

Spooky Skin Case vs the permanent cases: which should you open?

If you have 10 Skin Tickets saved, use them on the Spooky case now. The permanent cases will still be there in December, but the Spooky case won't. If you're spending Robux and don't care about the Halloween theme, the permanent cases are a safer bet because there's no deadline. You can also use the Daily Shop, where any naturally rotated skin costs a flat 10 Skin Tickets. Daily Shop skins also cost Robux (Common 299, Rare 449, Legendary 599), but that only helps if your skin happens to rotate in.
What else is in RIVALSWEEN 2026?
The case is one of 33 new items in Update 24. The event also brings the Gargoyle Tower, the returning Zombie Tower, the Spooky Prize Wheel, the Haunted Chest (with the new Candy Dance emote) and Candy-shop cosmetics.
