How delivery works in Path of Exile 2
Path of Exile 2 currency and items are delivered by a normal in-game trade, the same way players trade with each other. We never need your login for currency or items: you give us your character name and league. Services such as leveling and boss carries are either played with you or played on your account.
Step by step
- Choose the orbs or items, the amount and your platform, and pay.
- Enter your character name and league in the order form.
- Our trader sends a party invite to your character in the game.
- Accept the invite and travel to the trader’s hideout.
- The trader opens a trade window and puts in your currency or items.
- Check the trade window, then accept. The items are in your inventory.
- If the order is larger than one trade window, we repeat the trade until everything is delivered.
What we need from you
- Your character name, spelled exactly as in the game.
- Your league and platform: PC, PlayStation or Xbox.
- Free inventory space for what you ordered.
- Being online with that character when the trader invites you.
Delivery time
Currency and item orders show a delivery time of 0.25-2 hours on their page. Each service shows its own delivery time on its page and in the price table.
Self-play or piloted
Services such as leveling, campaign and ascendancy come in up to two formats, and each service page shows which ones it offers. Self-play: you play your character and a pro joins your party, no login needed. Piloted: a pro plays on your account while you are offline.
What not to do
- Do not give your login to anyone for a currency or item order. We never ask for it.
- Do not accept a trade from a player who whispers you first in our name. Only accept the trade from the character our support named in your order chat.
- Do not put anything of your own into the trade window. You never pay us in the game.
- Do not change league or character before the order is delivered.
If something goes wrong
Account Safety Guarantee: If your account is sanctioned because of our work on your order, we refund 100% of the order price. To claim, send us the publisher's letter or a screenshot of the sanction within 14 days after your order is completed. EU and EEA consumers can withdraw within 14 days.
