Consortium Reputation

Consortium Reputation — Nexus-Prince Haramad's Ethereal Traders

  • To Exalted
  • Heroic Mana-Tombs
  • Meta Gem Design

The Consortium is Nexus-Prince Haramad's ethereal trading house, and the full grind to Exalted is $62.99 here, Honored $9.89. Its two quartermasters, Paulsta'ats at Aeris Landing in Nagrand and Karaaz at the Stormspire in Netherstorm, carry the same stock, so wherever you are standing when the bar fills, the vendor is close.

Where the rep actually comes from. The Nagrand quests around Aeris Landing open the faction, and the repeatable Obsidian Warbeads turn-in keeps it moving at 10 warbeads for 250 rep. Mana-Tombs is the dungeon that feeds it — roughly 7 rep per trash mob and 70 per boss on normal, somewhere between 850 and 1,200 rep a full clear — and normal mode stops dead at Honored. Heroic Mana-Tombs is the only version that keeps paying all the way to Exalted, at about 15 rep a mob and up to roughly 2,400 rep a clear. The Netherstorm quests out of Area 52, Midrealm Post and the Stormspire, plus Zaxxis Insignias at 10 for 250 rep, fill the gap in the middle.

The long half is Honored to Exalted: 33,000 rep, 12,000 of it to Revered and another 21,000 after that. Heroic Mana-Tombs runs on a daily lockout, so clears on their own would drag past two weeks. What compresses it is Ethereum SecretsCommander Ameer at the Protectorate Watch Post pays 250 rep for every Ethereum Prisoner I.D. Tag, over and over, and the tags come out of Ethereum Prison Keys farmed off the Zaxxis ethereals south of Area 52. Revered adds the Stasis Chambers of Bash'ir on top. Run both lines together and Exalted is about a week of committed play.

What the standings buy:

  • Honored — the Bag of Jewels pattern, a 24-slot gem bag, for 4 gold;
  • Revered — the Fel Leather Leggings pattern at 14 gold, and Ythyar in Karazhan opens up the Bracing Earthstorm Diamond design;
  • ExaltedHaramad's Bargain (neck, about 79 gold), the Nether Runner's Cowl at roughly 57 gold, the dagger Guile of Khoraazi at just under 200 gold, the Consortium tabard for 1 gold, and the design for the Relentless Earthstorm Diamond at 12 gold.

One correction worth having: Mana-Tombs is an Auchindoun wing, but its reputation does not go to Lower City. Lower City is the other three wings. If you queue Mana-Tombs expecting the Auchenai Key you will finish the run with nothing to show for it, and vice versa.

How it is delivered: piloted by default on your character, self-play in a group with the booster, or Self-play Remote for 30% more. Manual play only, no bots or scripts, and the region switch above loads US first with EU on the same ladder. Everything looted on the way — gems, greens, the Gezhe salary bag — stays on your character. Booked through timesaver.gg.

Frequently asked questions

  • Consortium reputation on the TBC Anniversary realms comes from three places: the Nagrand quests around Aeris Landing and the repeatable Obsidian Warbeads turn-in at 10 beads for 250 rep, the Netherstorm quests out of Area 52, Midrealm Post and the Stormspire with Zaxxis Insignias at 10 for 250 rep, and clears of Mana-Tombs. Neutral to Exalted is 42,000 rep in total: 3,000 to Friendly, 6,000 to Honored, 12,000 to Revered and 21,000 to Exalted.

  • No. Normal Mana-Tombs pays roughly 7 rep per trash mob and 70 per boss, about 850 to 1,200 Consortium rep for a full clear, and it stops paying at the end of Friendly, right as Honored opens. Heroic Mana-Tombs is the only version that grants Consortium reputation all the way to Exalted, at around 15 rep a mob and up to roughly 2,400 rep a clear, which is why every Revered and Exalted order on this page is run on heroic.

  • Ethereum Prison Keys. Honored to Exalted with the Consortium is 33,000 rep, and heroic Mana-Tombs sits on a daily lockout, so dungeon clears alone stretch past two weeks. Commander Ameer at the Protectorate Watch Post in Netherstorm runs the repeatable quest Ethereum Secrets, paying 250 rep for each Ethereum Prisoner I.D. Tag looted from an opened Ethereum Prison. Farming keys off the Zaxxis ethereals south of Area 52 alongside the daily heroic brings Exalted down to about a week.

  • Paulsta'ats at Aeris Landing and Karaaz at the Stormspire both sell the Exalted list: Haramad's Bargain, the neck, at about 79 gold, the Nether Runner's Cowl at roughly 57 gold, the dagger Guile of Khoraazi at just under 200 gold, the Consortium tabard for 1 gold, and the design for the Relentless Earthstorm Diamond at 12 gold. Finishing the Exalted questline also awards the Eye of Haramad, a permanent key for summoning Yor inside heroic Mana-Tombs.

  • For a raiding jewelcrafter it is the main reason to bother. The Design: Relentless Earthstorm Diamond is sold only by the Consortium quartermasters at Exalted, for 12 gold, and that meta gem is the BiS meta for most physical DPS specs in the tier. Revered is the cheaper stop, at $26.99, and it opens the Bracing Earthstorm Diamond design from Ythyar in Karazhan plus the 14 gold Fel Leather Leggings pattern for leatherworkers.

  • No, and this trips people up constantly. Mana-Tombs is one of the four Auchindoun wings, but its reputation goes entirely to The Consortium. Lower City rep comes from Auchenai Crypts, Sethekk Halls and Shadow Labyrinth instead. If you are chasing the Auchenai Key, Mana-Tombs runs will not move that bar at all, and if you are chasing the Consortium tabard, the other three wings will not move this one.

  • Honored, at $9.89, is usually done inside a day or two of Mana-Tombs clears and Nagrand turn-ins. Revered, at $26.99, adds 12,000 rep on top and typically lands in three to four days. Exalted, at $62.99, is another 21,000 rep and realistically runs about a week, because heroic Mana-Tombs is on a daily lockout and the rest has to come from Ethereum Prisoner I.D. Tag turn-ins and the Stasis Chambers of Bash'ir.

  • All of them. The Consortium rep grind runs on every US TBC Anniversary realm, PvE and PvP, Alliance and Horde, priced in USD with US support hours behind the order. Heroic Mana-Tombs runs and prison-key sessions are scheduled around your own daily reset in ET or PT, and piloted orders can be paused whenever you want to play. Playing on an EU realm instead? Flip the region switch above and the EU ladder loads at the same $9.89 to $62.99.
