The Medallion of Karabor is a per-character item, not an account unlock. It is an epic neck piece with +3 Stamina and +3 Shadow Resistance, awarded by the quest A Distraction for Akama at the end of the Black Temple attunement chain. Raid access is account-wide on the TBC Anniversary realms, but quest progress and quest rewards are not shared, so every alt you plan to raid on has to run the Akama chain itself to hold the medallion. From $53.10, full chain $287.10.
How this page differs from our Black Temple Attunement service: that page is for your main, the account unlock that opens the raid for the whole battle.net account. This page is the alt angle - the medallion itself, run on a second, third or fourth character that already inherits raid access but still shows up naked-necked.
The chain is 19 quests, starting from Anchorite Ceyla (Aldor) or Arcanist Thelis (Scryers) in Shadowmoon Valley with Tablets of Baa'ri, through Oronu the Elder, the Ashtongue Corruptors, the Warden's Cage, Seer Udalo in The Arcatraz (the only 5-man step) and Shadowlord Deathwail on the Ata'mal Terrace.
Three 25-man raid kills gate the back half: Fathom-Lord Karathress in Serpentshrine Cavern, Al'ar in Tempest Keep while wearing the Ashtongue Cowl, and Rage Winterchill in The Battle for Mount Hyjal. All three sit on separate weekly lockouts, so a single reset week is enough when the raids are scheduled together - 1 lockout if they line up, 2-3 in practice. The Hyjal step also means the Hyjal chain has to be finished on that same alt first.
After an Illidan Stormrage kill the quest The Fall of the Betrayer upgrades it to the Blessed Medallion of Karabor, which teleports you to the Black Temple gates on a 15-minute cooldown.
How it is delivered: piloted by default, or Self-play Remote for 30% more. Manual play, no bots. US realms are the default; EU is on the region switch above.
