The Feast of Winter Veil is Azeroth's winter holiday, and on the Classic and Anniversary realms it runs from 2026-12-16 to 2027-01-02. That is a hard expiry — on January 2 the holiday quest givers despawn and everything on this page is gone for a year. The run is priced per character at $5.22, and the counter goes to 10 characters for $52.20.

What each character gets: the Winter Veil quest chain taken from the Ironforge hub on Alliance or the Orgrimmar hub on Horde; the Abominable Greench killed in Growless Cave in Hillsbrad Foothills, which frees Metzen the Reindeer and returns the Stolen Treats; and Mistletoe collected by using /kiss on the Winter Revelers standing around the holiday camps.

Why the Greench matters: handing the Stolen Treats back is what pays out the Mechanical Greench, a holiday-only summon that carries 3 charges and lasts 10 minutes per use. It cannot be bought, traded or farmed once the event closes, which is the whole reason this is sold per character rather than per account.

The presents under the tree stay yours to open. The gifts in Ironforge and Orgrimmar only unwrap from December 25 through January 2 — six of them across that stretch — so we do not sell them as a delivered item. A character booked here simply has the chain finished and the Greench dead, ready at the tree when they open.
