Player housing is the headline Midnight feature and, in practice, a material grind. House levels, decor unlocks, lumber and building materials are all farmed services here, and the Pro Builder service hands the finished design to someone who does it all day.
It is the least competitive thing on this hub and the most collected — most orders are people who want the house without a week of gathering.
Farm the materials or buy the build?
Lumber and decor farming is the cheaper route if you enjoy the decorating part and only want the grind gone. The Pro Builder service is for the opposite case: you want a finished, good-looking house and none of the process.
