House Level Boost

WoW Midnight Player Housing House Level Boost

  • House Levels 1-12
  • Decor Budget 4,340+

A house level boost raises your WoW Midnight player house from the level it is on now to the level you choose, and every level widens the two budgets that decide what you can actually build: the interior decor budget and the room placement budget. At timesaver.gg a house level boost starts at $60, and the whole climb is farmed by hand on your account. Only one other store sells this at all, so the queue here is short.

What's included

Every order includes all of the House XP needed to move from your current house level to the level you select, and everything that XP was earned from stays on your account.

  • House XP farmed from your current house level to your target level;
  • Every uncommon-or-better decor piece collected on the way, kept permanently in your Warband decor collection;
  • The room shapes, budget increases and housing unlocks each level grants;
  • Any Endeavor rewards earned while the House XP is being farmed;
  • Piloted by default at no extra charge, self-play remote for 30% more;
  • Express and Super Express queue priority, US and EU realms at the same price.

How House XP is earned

House XP comes from exactly two sources: collecting decor of uncommon quality or higher for the first time, and completing neighbourhood Endeavors. There is no third route, which is why a house level is a collection grind rather than a dungeon run, and why it is the housing service most players would rather hand over.

  • First-time decor collection — every uncommon-or-better decor piece you have never owned pays House XP once. Decor is deliberately spread across the whole game, from reputations and professions to PvP, raids, old achievements and vendors, as the Player Housing overview sets out. If you want the pieces themselves rather than the levels, our housing decor farm targets one category at a time.
  • Neighbourhood Endeavors — rotating monthly community tasks that pay House XP on completion, with four new Endeavors added in patch 12.1.
  • Patch 12.1 decor — the 12.1 housing and decor update added a fresh batch of collectible pieces, including the first Pet Beds under the Functional category.
  • Renown vendorsZul'jarra's Forces alone sells fifteen decor pieces between renown 3 and renown 18, each one a first-time collection. A Zul'jarra's Forces renown farm therefore doubles as House XP.
  • The in-game filter — the Housing Dashboard (default keybind H) has a "First-Time Collection Bonus Available" filter on the Decor tab, and our boosters work straight down it rather than guessing.

What each house level unlocks

Every house level raises both budgets, and between level 1 and level 9 they more than double, from 910 interior decor budget and 19 room budget to 4,340 and 95.

Level 8 is the one most orders stop at, because that is where medium-sized houses unlock and the footprint of the build changes rather than just the item count. Level 9 is the one builders want, because 95 room budget is where multi-wing interiors stop being a compromise. Patch 12.1 raised the level cap again, so if you want to go past 9 simply drag the slider and we will quote it.

Options explained

Two options move the price: the level range and the completion method. Everything else is a preference.

  • House level range — drag from your current house level to the one you want. You only pay for the levels you are missing, and the later levels cost more because the XP curve steepens.
  • Completion method — piloted, self-play or self-play remote, explained below.
  • Completion speed — Standard, Express for 20% more, or Super Express for 40% more when you want it inside the current Endeavor rotation.
  • Region — US or EU, priced the same.

Self-play, piloted or remote

Piloted is the default and costs nothing extra: a booster logs in and does the decor sweep and the Endeavor tasks for you, which is the sane choice for a farm measured in hundreds of collection pickups. Self-play means you stay in your own character while we run the routes and group content with you, useful if you want to see the decor sources yourself. Self-play remote keeps you on your own client through remote-desktop software and adds 30%.

Requirements

You need a WoW Midnight account with a house already claimed, on a US or EU realm, on PC. House XP is Warband-wide, so any character on the account can contribute and it does not matter which one you level on. If you have not claimed a plot yet, tell us at checkout and we will handle the claim first. No add-ons, no third-party software and no account changes are required from your side beyond the usual handover.

How long it takes

Most house level orders start within a few hours of purchase and run over several days, because Endeavor House XP is gated by the monthly rotation and cannot be compressed. A single level in the low range is usually finished inside a day of active farming; a climb into the 7 to 9 range is a multi-day job dominated by the decor sweep. Express and Super Express change where you sit in the queue, not the pace of the in-game gating.

How it works

  • 1
    Configure & pay

    Set the options on the right and confirm your realm and character name in the order chat.

  • 2
    We run the content

    A vetted WoW pro team is assigned in ≤ 30 minutes and clears the service, piloted or with you.

  • 3
    Confirm your rewards

    Gear, mounts and progress land on your character — you confirm before the order closes.

Frequently asked questions

  • House level is the progression rank of your player house, and it controls two budgets: how much decor you can place inside and how many rooms you can lay out. It rises with House XP and unlocks new room shapes, larger exteriors and ambient lighting along the way.

  • House XP has exactly two sources: collecting decor of uncommon quality or higher for the first time, and completing neighbourhood Endeavors. Nothing else pays it. The Housing Dashboard has a First-Time Collection Bonus Available filter that shows which decor pieces still award XP for you.

  • A house level boost starts at $60 and is priced by the range you select, so you only pay for the levels you are missing. Later levels cost more because the XP curve steepens sharply above house level 6, where budget jumps get much larger.

  • Yes. House XP and the decor collection are Warband-wide, so every character on your account contributes to the same house level and any character can collect decor for it. That is why it does not matter which character a booster plays during the farm.

  • House level 8 unlocks medium-sized houses, along with 3,500 interior decor budget and 76 room budget. It is the level most orders target because it changes the footprint of the build rather than only raising the item count you are allowed to place.

  • Level 9 gives 4,340 interior decor budget and 95 room budget, and patch 12.1 raised the cap further. If you want to push past 9, drag the slider to your target and we will quote the extra range at checkout rather than capping the order.

  • Yes. Every decor piece collected while farming House XP goes permanently into your Warband decor collection and can be placed by any character on the account. Nothing is consumed by the level-up itself, so you finish with both the levels and the pieces.

  • It is played by hand by a real booster, with no bots, automation or exploits. Housing content has no lockout, no rating and no competitive gating, so there is nothing to trip. We do not change account details and we do not use in-game chat while on your character.

  • Yes. Self-play costs the same as piloted and means you stay in your own character while we run the routes and group content that pay decor and Endeavor credit. Self-play remote keeps you on your own client through remote-desktop software and adds 30%.

  • Most orders start within a few hours. One low-range level is usually done inside a day of active farming, while a climb into the 7 to 9 range runs several days because Endeavor House XP is gated by the monthly rotation and cannot be compressed.
