Adopt Me codes are rare. Uplift Games only releases a public code a few times a year, usually for an event, a milestone or a merch promotion. Most last days or weeks; the Amtruck2023 promotion was a rare exception at just over three months. That is why most "Adopt Me codes" lists you find are full of dead codes.
Quick answer (checked October 24, 2026): 0 Adopt Me codes work right now. The last public code, PROUDFROG (Proud Frog Sticker), expired on June 19, 2026. Codes are redeemed at the Redemption Kiosk next to Agent Ruhi inside the Safety Hub on Adoption Island. Toy and merch codes go to roblox.com/redeem instead. Any site that says a code gives free Robux or a free legendary pet is wrong.

Are there any active Adopt Me codes in October 2026?
No. There are no active public Adopt Me codes as of October 24, 2026.
| Code | Reward | Status |
|---|---|---|
| None right now | — | No public code active (checked October 24, 2026) |
We checked this against the Adopt Me Wiki's Safety Hub page, which keeps a dated log of Redemption Kiosk codes and lists "no active codes at this time." Two independent trackers agree: Eldorado (October 24 edition) and GameBoost (updated October 2) both report no active codes.
Some trackers still count older codes as active. Roblox Den lists five, including 2XCOPPERKEY and PETDAY2025, but marks every one "Check" (unconfirmed), and it marks PROUDFROG expired. The wiki's dated log shows 2XCOPPERKEY ran from October 18 to October 24, 2025, and PROUDFROG ended June 19, 2026. Don't waste time on them.
You can also check in-game. When no code is live, Agent Ruhi says so. Per the wiki, the NPC's line is: "There are no active codes I can help you redeem at the moment. If you have a toy code to redeem, try going to roblox.com/redeem."
The game itself is very much alive. Our October 24 pull from the Roblox Games API showed 220,104 concurrent players, 45.19 billion visits, 29.8 million favourites and an 86% like rating, with the last update on October 23, 2026. The current headline is the Halloween event: "Where Bear? Returns!"
How do you redeem Adopt Me codes?
When a code is live, Uplift's own redeem page gives these steps: find the Safety Hub, look for Agent Ruhi, use the kiosk, enter your code.
- Open Adopt Me! on Roblox (place ID 920587237).
- Go to Adoption Island. The Safety Hub is the white two-story building with a golden scale on the roof, behind the Green Groceries supermarket.
- Walk inside. Agent Ruhi stands next to the Redemption Kiosk.
- Interact with the kiosk, type the code exactly, and confirm.
- Check your inventory or your active boosts for the reward.
Toy and merch codes work differently. The code that comes with an official Adopt Me toy is redeemed in a web browser at roblox.com/redeem, not at the kiosk. Uplift's terms say each code is one-time use and non-transferable, and you need a Roblox account in good standing to redeem it.
The Safety Hub is also where you take the Trade License test, so you may have been there already.
What are the expired Adopt Me codes?
These codes no longer work. Dates and rewards come from the Adopt Me Wiki's dated code log.
| Code | Live from | Ended | Reward |
|---|---|---|---|
| PROUDFROG | June 6, 2026 | June 19, 2026 | Proud Frog Sticker |
| 2xCOPPERKEY | October 18, 2025 | October 24, 2025 | 1 hour of 2x Bucks and XP |
| AZTEC | August 7, 2025 | August 8, 2025 | 1 hour of 2x Bucks and XP |
| IS | August 6, 2025 | August 7, 2025 | 1 hour of 2x Bucks and XP |
| EGG | August 5, 2025 | August 6, 2025 | 1 hour of 2x Bucks and XP |
| NEXT | August 4, 2025 | August 5, 2025 | 1 hour of 2x Bucks and XP |
| THE | August 3, 2025 | August 4, 2025 | 1 hour of 2x Bucks and XP |
| VISITS | August 2, 2025 | August 3, 2025 | 1 hour of 2x Bucks and XP |
| 40BILLION | August 1, 2025 | August 2, 2025 | 1 hour of 2x Bucks and XP |
| 2XHAX | January 28, 2025 | January 31, 2025 | 4 hours of 2x Bucks and XP |
| AMTRUCK2024 | Unknown | Unknown | Canine Cruiser |
| 2xROSS | May 31, 2024 | June 3, 2024 | 4 hours of 2x Bucks and XP |
| 2xMOSS | May 28, 2024 | May 30, 2024 | 4 hours of 2x Bucks and XP |
| 2xGARDEN | May 24, 2024 | May 27, 2024 | 4 hours of 2x Bucks and XP |
| 2xFIRE | March 1, 2024 | March 7, 2024 | 30 minutes of 2x Bucks and XP |
| Amtruck2023 | September 28, 2023 | January 1, 2024 | Toy Delivery Truck |
| AMCOMIC2023 | July 13, 2023 | July 26, 2023 | Shadow Dragon Skateboard |
The August 2025 run is a good example of how short-lived these are. For the 40 billion visits celebration, a new code went live each day for seven days, and each lasted about one day. Read in order, the seven codes spell "40BILLION VISITS THE NEXT EGG IS AZTEC."
Other codes also circulate on code sites, such as PETDAY2025, SPRINGSTYLE, BUCKS4YOU, ADOPTME2025, WINTERWOLF2024 and GIFTUNWRAP. We found no record of them in the wiki's dated log, and none is live today. Eldorado lists all of them as expired.
Why is my Adopt Me code not working?
- There is no active code. This is the most common reason. Right now every public code is expired.
- You used the wrong place. Promo codes go in the Safety Hub kiosk. Toy and merch codes go to roblox.com/redeem.
- The code expired. Many Adopt Me codes last one day to two weeks.
- You already redeemed it. Each code works once per account.
- A typo or extra space. Copy and paste the code exactly as Uplift posts it.

How do you get the next Adopt Me code?
Codes come from Uplift Games, not from Roblox. Uplift's terms put it plainly: "Promotional codes are provided for a limited time and subject to availability." Follow the official channels linked from playadopt.me:
- Adopt Me on X (@PlayAdoptMe): update and event announcements.
- The official Adopt Me Discord: linked from the official site.
- The Uplift Games Roblox group: about 14.9 million members.
- Agent Ruhi in-game: the NPC's dialogue changes when a code is live, so a quick visit to the Safety Hub is the fastest check.
Watch for milestones (40BILLION), holidays and awareness events (PROUDFROG launched during a June 2026 Admin Abuse), and named promotions (AMCOMIC2023 and the Amtruck codes). New content usually lands with the weekly Friday update, and recent codes went live on a Friday (40BILLION) or the Saturday after (2xCOPPERKEY, PROUDFROG), so update weekends are the best time to look.
What else gives free rewards in Adopt Me?
With no code live, events are the best free source. The current Halloween update brings back Where Bear?, where you hunt or are hunted, plus a Stray Cat Dragon transformation and a Halloween sticker pack. Our Adopt Me Halloween event guide and Halloween week 2 guide cover the new pets and how to get them.
If you are trading, values matter more than codes. See our Adopt Me value list for October 2026 and our best Adopt Me pets guide. Community values are player estimates, not official Uplift prices.
FAQ
Are there any Adopt Me codes right now? No. As of October 24, 2026, no public Adopt Me code is active. The last one, PROUDFROG, expired on June 19, 2026.
Where is the Adopt Me code redeem spot? Inside the Safety Hub on Adoption Island, the building with the golden scale on the roof. The Redemption Kiosk is next to Agent Ruhi.
Do Adopt Me codes give free pets? The kiosk codes in the wiki's log have given boosts, a sticker and vehicles like the Canine Cruiser, not pets. Official toys come with codes for virtual items, and those go to roblox.com/redeem.
Do Adopt Me codes give Robux? No. Adopt Me codes give in-game items or 2x Bucks and XP boosts. Any site that promises Robux for an Adopt Me code is a scam.
How often does Adopt Me release codes? Rarely. In 2025 there were nine public kiosk codes, seven of them in one week for the 40 billion visits milestone. The wiki's log shows one so far in 2026.
Is 2XCOPPERKEY still working? No. It ran from October 18 to October 24, 2025, and gave 1 hour of 2x Bucks and XP.
Can you trade code rewards? Yes, for the item rewards. The Proud Frog Sticker, Shadow Dragon Skateboard, Toy Delivery Truck and Canine Cruiser are all limited, and the wiki says each is now only obtainable by trading. The Canine Cruiser, a legendary vehicle, became tradable on April 24, 2026.
