The DBD leaks worth tracking right now are mostly cosmetics and event dates, not a new Killer. Santa Art, the Scooby-Doo cosplay list and the Bone Chill window all come from insider posts, and Behaviour has not confirmed them. The Killer rumors, from Slender Man to an electric ape, are far weaker. This page sorts every live rumor by evidence, then scores 14 older leak claims against current official evidence.
Updated 2 November 2026. The live build is Patch 10.2.2a, and the 10.3.0 Terrifier PTB notes went up on 28 October. Everything marked unconfirmed below can change or never ship.
Quick answer / TL;DR: The next Killer is Art the Clown, listed for 24 November 2026 on Steam. After him, Behaviour's only dated Chapter is The Casting of Frank Stone in March 2027. Its recap points to Frank Stone himself, with no Killer title or power published. Leaks point to Santa Art, Scooby-Doo cosplays and Bone Chill from 8 December to 5 January. Of the 14 past claims we scored, 5 were right, 2 were close and 7 were wrong. The two leaks with build evidence held up, only 1 of 4 Terrifier dates looks right so far, and the anonymous 4chan post had no exact hits and one partial match.
What are the latest DBD leaks?
We sort each item by who is saying it. Confirmed means Behaviour published it. Insider means a leaker's post or a leaked game asset, with no Behaviour confirmation. Speculation means someone is reading patterns. Weak rumor means one unsourced claim with no evidence.

Who is the next DBD Killer after Art the Clown?
The best-supported answer is Frank Stone himself, and it comes from Behaviour rather than a leak. The Casting of Frank Stone is the next dated Chapter, and the 10th anniversary recap says: "Stone's story will continue in Dead by Daylight as its own full Chapter arriving in March of 2027." It adds that details will come "as Frank Stone's arrival in The Fog creeps ever closer." The community wiki lists him as The Champion, his name in the spin-off game, but Behaviour has not published a Dead by Daylight Killer title, a power or a Survivor.
The other rumors are weak for different reasons:
- Electric ape. The whole claim is one joke-toned post: "Rumor has it that an upcoming killer is some sort of ape with electric power and an insatiable hunger for blood and peanut butter." HappyGamer found no other known leaker repeating it, and neither did we.
- Slender Man. This is a pattern argument: Fortnite added horror characters, and Behaviour licensed some of the same names later. LeaksByDaylight says so itself: "There is currently no public Behaviour announcement confirming a Slender Man chapter."
- Robert Englund Freddy. Same logic, from Fortnitemares 2026. Freddy is already in the game, based on the 2010 remake, so this could be a new cosmetic rather than a new Killer.
- Danganronpa. The source is comments attributed to developers at the Los Angeles pop-up, reportedly saying the license is highly requested and that some of the team are fans. That is a popularity note, not a deal.
- Predator. Another crossover-hint theory, this time from a Ghost Recon Wildlands event. Nothing official supports it.
Behaviour's October stream recap did preview 10.4.0 for January 2027: "a medium-sized Killer update, multiple smaller Killer tweaks, and adjustments to around 15 perks". That is balance work, not a new character.
How accurate are DBD leaks?
Good on names, poor on dates. Leaving out one anonymous 2024 post, 4 of 6 content claims were right, against 1 of 4 dates. We took 14 specific claims with a traceable publish date and checked each against Behaviour's patch notes, Steam listings and our own Killer release table. Right means the claim matches official evidence today. Close means the content was right but the date was off, by a day in one case and seven months in the other. Wrong means official evidence contradicts it.
| Claim | Source and date | Result | What happened |
|---|---|---|---|
| Roswell alien Killer in December 2024 | July 2024, anonymous 4chan post | Wrong | The late-2024 Killer was The Houndmaster, 28 Nov 2024 |
| Stranger Things Vecna in June 2025 | Same post | Close | The First shipped 27 Jan 2026, seven months later |
| Five Nights at Freddy's on hold | Same post | Wrong | The Animatronic shipped 17 Jun 2025 |
| Jason unlikely | Same post | Wrong | The Slasher shipped 16 Jun 2026 |
| Sienna Shaw as the Survivor | 17 Jun 2026, LeaksByDaylight | Right | Behaviour revealed her in October |
| Terrifier live on 24 November | Same post | Right so far | Matches the Steam listing |
| PTB on 3 November | Same post | Wrong | PTB opened 28 October |
| No dedicated map | Same post | Wrong | Steam lists Hartshorne Mall alongside it |
| Teleporting power | Same post | Wrong | The power is Bag of Toys |
| Multiple Mori variations | Same post | Right | Behaviour says each weapon has its own Mini-Mori |
| PTB on 27 October | 1 Oct 2026, LeaksByDaylight | Close | One day out after a delay |
| Live on 17 November | Same post | Wrong so far | Steam shows 24 November |
| All six Terrifier and Sienna perk names | 3 Oct 2026, dvveet via r/LeaksDBD | Right | All six match the PTB |
| Chucky perks turning General | 20 Oct 2026, LeaksByDaylight | Right | Behaviour's FAQ confirmed the removal |
That is 5 right, 2 close and 7 wrong. The 24 and 17 November rows stay provisional until launch. This is a sample of claims we could date, not an audit of every leaker, and the 2024 rows come from one anonymous post that LeaksByDaylight itself told readers to take with a grain of salt.
Fairness matters on the June 2026 misses too. That article warned that Art's power was not finalized, so "a form of teleportation mechanic" may have been true of an early design. The two dates from LeaksByDaylight also conflict with each other, which is the clearest lesson here: the 24 November it published in June is beating the 17 November it published in October, which came with the caveat "if all goes well".
The sharpest result is the perk leak. The r/LeaksDBD thread carried the warning "take with HUGE grain of salt" in its title. Twenty-five days later, the 10.3.0 notes carried all six names. Details did drift. The post said Kill Spree blocks one Exit Gate area for 30 seconds after a Mori, while the PTB blocks both Exit Gate switches while you are killing, ending 6/8/10 seconds after each kill. Perk text can still change before launch, because these are PTB values.
On this sample, the rule we apply is: believe names, doubt numbers and dates. A name found in a build rarely changes. A release date depends on certification, marketing and any late delay, and the Terrifier PTB moved by a day inside its final week.
What DBD cosmetics and events have leaked for winter 2026?
Winter is where the current leaks are densest. None of this comes from Behaviour, though the community wiki already lists the same Bone Chill dates.
Bone Chill 2026. A note shared on r/LeaksDBD gives 8 December to 5 January. It says The Judgment gets frosty eyes, Snowmen return with new spawning and jumpscare mechanics, and Snowballs can be "marked". The date fits history: Behaviour's event articles went up between 5 and 12 December in each of the last five years.
Chaos Shuffle. The same note puts it at 12 to 19 January. If true, it follows the one-week length of Lights Out rather than a longer run.
Santa Art. The hero image on this page is the leaked store banner, posted on 28 October, the day the PTB opened. Separate posts cover a Christmas sweater for Sienna.
Upcoming outfits. A 29 October r/LeaksDBD list names full outfits for 14 characters over the coming weeks and months, including Dwight, Feng, Kate, Jake, Felix, Mikaela and Yui. It also lists Ugly Sweaters for Aurora, Dustin, Eleven, Kwon Tae-young, Shane and Sienna. The same post gives return dates for older winter collections:
- Holiday Horror: 1 December
- Bone Chill collection: 8 December
- Deck the Trials: 15 December
- Winter Tales: 17 December
Scooby-Doo. Behaviour has announced the collection for December without a day. The cast list is the leak, and it is cosmetics only. In the leaker's words: "No other Scooby-Doo Characters featured, and these are all Cosplays!"
| Cosplay | Survivor |
|---|---|
| Daphne Blake | Kate Denson |
| Fred Jones | Felix Richter |
| Velma Dinkley | Mikaela Reid |
| Shaggy Rogers | Renato Lyra |
| Scooby-Doo onesie | Dwight Fairfield |
Where can you find DBD leaks?
Searches for DBD leaks on Reddit, Twitter and Discord all lead to a few places:
- Reddit: r/LeaksDBD is the main feed. It also posts official news, so check each post's source. Its monthly megathread holds questions and speculation.
- Website: LeaksByDaylight runs longer articles and links its X, Discord and other channels. Read the headline carefully, because it runs firm leaks and open theories side by side under one category.
- X: dvveet, whose posts r/LeaksDBD regularly reposts, and LeaksByDaylight. Screenshots spread faster than originals, so try to find the first post.
- Wiki: deadbydaylight.wiki.gg picks up dates early, but it repeated the 17 November date too. It is not a first-party source.
How do you spot a fake DBD leak?
Five checks catch most of them:
- Check the date. An April leak may be a joke. The Yeti Killer video from April 2026 was an April Fools' bit, and a 2020 Slender Man "leak" was a confessed prank.
- Ask where the claim began. "Reports say" usually traces back to one post. Five sites repeating it still count as one source.
- Look for build evidence. Icons, in-game text and store assets beat prose descriptions.
- Read the tone. Peanut butter in a Killer pitch is a bit, not a data file.
- Treat dates as estimates. Our scorecard shows Terrifier dates missing by one day, then by about a week in each direction.
When a store listing appears, trust that over any leaker. Steam's listing has held at 24 November through every check since 28 October.

FAQ
Is there a new DBD Killer leak? Art the Clown is the next Killer, and he is official. After him, Behaviour's recap points to Frank Stone in March 2027. The community wiki lists him as The Champion, his name in the spin-off game, but Behaviour has not confirmed it as his Dead by Daylight Killer title. The Slender Man and electric ape claims have no build evidence behind them.
Are DBD leaks reliable? Partly. Of the 14 claims we scored, 5 were right, 2 close and 7 wrong. The two leaks backed by build evidence held up, while only 1 of 4 Terrifier dates looks right so far and the anonymous 4chan post had no exact hits and one partial match.
When does Bone Chill 2026 start? Leaks and the community wiki say 8 December 2026, running to 5 January 2027. Behaviour had not announced the dates when we checked on 2 November.
Is Santa Art real? The banner is a leak, not an announcement. Art himself is confirmed, but Behaviour has not shown this outfit or given a date.
Are Scooby-Doo characters coming as Survivors? The leak says no. All five are described as cosplays for existing Survivors, and Behaviour's announcement is a collection, not a Chapter.
What is the best subreddit for DBD leaks? r/LeaksDBD is the most active. Treat it as a feed rather than a verdict, because it mixes official posts, insider claims and theory threads.
