Do FC 26 tokens reset or expire?

Your Token balance does NOT reset weekly. Tokens you've banked stay in your account. What resets each week is your earning cap (the 1,000 FoF ceiling) — and the store inventory, which refreshes a rotating set of items. - FoF Tokens: spend with the 24 July deadline in mind. With a 5,000 total cap and a hard campaign end, hoarding indefinitely is a mistake — you can't carry them into the next event.
