FC 27 Season 1 Objectives: Every Task, All Rewards and the Fastest Way to Complete Them

Quick Answer

FC 27 Season 1 runs 17 September → 22 October 2026. The flagship objective chain is the Ones We Watched series: 17 matches spread across five difficulty tiers that pay out OTW Savinho, 25,000 coins, 2,000 Skill Points and a stack of packs when you finish all of them. Alongside that, a Foundation Objective (3 SBCs + team name change) hands you a free untradeable league starter pick, and Weekly Play objectives reward OTW Ousmane Diomandé. For Season Points, Manager Live is the fastest source: complete 3 of 4 objectives for 1,000 SP in roughly 30 minutes.

What Are the FC 27 Season 1 Objectives?

FC 27 launched its first season — Ones to Watch — on 17 September 2026. According to EA's official Launch Rewards Pitch Notes, the promo runs until 22 October, giving you just over five weeks to complete every available task.

The objective system in FC 27 splits into four layers:

  • Challenge Objectives — the Ones We Watched series (17 matches, graded difficulty)
  • Foundation Objectives — quick SBC + cosmetic tasks that unlock a starter player pick
  • Weekly Play Objectives — repeat each week for a separate OTW card (Diomandé)
  • Season Points objectives — everything across FUT, Career Mode and The Grounds feeds into the Season Pass

Objectives award untradeable rewards unless explicitly marked tradeable. That matters for market planning: the coins you earn are spendable, but the player cards you receive cannot be sold.

As EA stated in the September 17 Pitch Notes: "Season 1: Ones To Watch will be live from 17 September 2026 until 22 October 2026."

With the full worldwide release arriving 25 September 2026, millions of Standard Edition players are unlocking the game right now — and every one of those objectives is live and waiting.

Season 1 Ones We Watched: What Is the Full Challenge Sequence?

The Ones We Watched (OTW) challenge is the centrepiece of Season 1 objectives. It totals 17 matches across five difficulty tiers, with squad restrictions tightening as difficulty climbs.

TierGamesDifficultyMatch TargetsSquad Requirement
1 — Kick Off3Kick Off1 win · assist in all 3 gamesNone
2 — Semi Pro3Semi Pro1 win · 3 assists1 Spanish player in XI
3 — Professional5Professional1 win · score in all 5 matches1 Serie A player in XI
4 — World Class3World Class1 win · 2 finesse goals1 Spanish + 1 Premier League player
5 — Legendary4Legendary4 wins · 5 goals totalNo additional restriction (confirmed)

Tip for the squad restrictions: build one squad before you start and keep a Spanish player (for tiers 2 and 4), a Serie A player (tier 3) and a Premier League player (tier 4) in your active XI from the beginning. Switching squads between tiers mid-session wastes time; the Foundation picks in the next section give you free options for each major league.

The 17-match total is a manageable grind across two or three sessions. Tier 5 (Legendary, four required wins) is where most players stall — the AI presses harder and penalises poor chemistry. If you're struggling, lower the session to two Legendary games at a time and return fresh.

What Rewards Do You Get for Completing All Ones We Watched Objectives?

Complete the full 17-match sequence and the Foundation Objective (below), and here is exactly what you receive:

RewardDetails
OTW SavinhoOnes to Watch version — upgrades automatically as Savinho earns goals/assists in La Liga
25,000 CoinsTradeable, paid directly to your club
2,000 Skill PointsUsable in Evolutions and progression tracks
15× 75+ LaLiga PackUntradeable
10× 75+ PackUntradeable
Gold Players PackUntradeable
Additional smaller packs + player picksMultiple fodder bundles included

The 25,000 coins is the most immediately liquid reward — it hits your wallet the moment the final objective triggers and can be used on the Transfer Market the same session. With launch-week prices elevated, 25k buys a solid 83–84 OVR gold in most leagues.

OTW Savinho enters your club as a live card. The Ones to Watch item type tracks his real-world club's results through the 2026/27 season — win milestones trigger automatic in-place upgrades to the card sitting in your club, with no action needed from you. The card you receive today will be stronger in two months if his club keeps winning.

How Does the Foundation Objective Work?

The Foundation Objective is separate from the Ones We Watched grind and runs alongside it. The task is simple:

  • Complete 3 Squad Building Challenges (any SBCs from the foundation category)
  • Change your team name (one menu action under Club → Settings)

Once both are done, you receive a 1-of-4 Squad Foundations pick — untradeable, but a useful starter card with solid chemistry links:

  • Miley (Premier League)
  • Moi Gómez (LALIGA EA SPORTS)
  • Banzuzi (Bundesliga)
  • Danois (Ligue 1)

Choose based on your planned league build. If you are going Premier League, Miley slots in immediately. If you are running a LaLiga side to accommodate Savinho, Moi Gómez gives clean chemistry. The choice is permanent — you cannot swap after picking.

The Foundation SBCs use basic gold fodder and cost very little to complete from packs alone. Do not buy cards on the market for these: the reward card is untradeable, so the coin investment will not recoup.

What Are the Weekly Play Objectives (OTW Diomandé)?

Separate from the Ones We Watched grind, EA added a weekly play objective track specifically for Season 1. Complete all of the designated Season 1: Ones to Watch Exhibition Weekly Play Objectives each week and you earn:

  • OTW Ousmane Diomandé
  • An EVO
  • Coins

The weekly structure means these objectives reset every week throughout Season 1 — you can target Diomandé across multiple weekly cycles. As a Ones to Watch item, his card upgrades automatically when his real-world club hits win milestones during the 2026/27 season, making it more valuable the longer the season runs.

Which weekly objectives count? Any objective flagged as "Exhibition Weekly Play" in the Season 1 section. The exact list refreshes Thursday (the standard EA reset day). New objectives live in the Objectives tab → Season 1 → Weekly Play.

What Is Destined for Glory, and When Do Those Objectives Launch?

Destined for Glory (DFG) launches 25 September 2026 — the worldwide release day — as a second concurrent campaign running alongside Ones to Watch.

DFG is shaped by community votes: the player community selected the athletes expected to define the 2026/27 season. Group 1 includes Mbappé, Morgan Rogers, Matheus Fernandes, Alexander Isak and Bryan Mbeumo (confirmed by EA pre-release). These cards also evolve based on real-world stats.

DFG brings its own objective set. Expect a second challenge sequence similar in structure to Ones We Watched, with a DFG player as the headline reward. EA has not published the full DFG objective list pre-launch — check the Objectives tab after 25 September for the live tasks.

Timing note: if you haven't started the Ones We Watched chain yet, you will have two separate objective series running simultaneously from 25 September. Prioritise Ones We Watched (25,000 coins + Savio) before splitting attention into DFG, since the coin and pack rewards are structurally better.

How Do You Earn Season Points from Objectives?

Every objective you complete across the game earns Season Points (SP), which level up the Season Pass. The pass has 30 levels; the free track includes player cards, packs and coins, while the Premium Pass (included with Ultimate Edition, or purchasable for 1,000 FC Points / 500,000 coins) adds a second reward track.

Here are the main SP sources from objectives:

SourceSeason PointsNotes
Manager Live (Career Mode)1,000 SPComplete 3 of 4 objectives — roughly 30 minutes
The Grounds Weekly Objectives1,000+ SPResets weekly; multi-game objectives
FUT Daily Play Cap (per day)Up to 850 SPFrom Rivals / Squad Battles wins
FUT Weekly CapUp to 5,950 SPHardest cap; requires ~13 Rivals wins per day
Ones We Watched completion bonusVariesAdditional SP granted on objective completion

Fastest path to early Season Points: complete Manager Live first. Four objectives based on standard Career Mode actions (selling players, early-season wins, reaching a league milestone) deliver 1,000 SP in one short play session, immediately advancing you through the first few Season Pass levels. The Grounds weekly set is the next priority — those reset every Thursday and pay 1,000+ SP consistently.

The FUT daily SP cap rewards consistent play but rarely reaches the ceiling. Even reaching 500 SP/day from Rivals is achievable with 5–7 wins, which is a realistic weekday session.

How Does the Season Pass Connect to Objectives?

The Season Pass runs on the same SP pool as everything else. Completing objectives — whether FUT challenges, Career Mode Manager Live, or The Grounds events — all deposit SP into the same counter. The pass itself does not care how you earned the points.

Level 30 requires 30,000 SP in total. At 5,950 SP/week from FUT daily play alone, that's five weeks of maximum daily grinding — essentially the entire duration of Season 1. Most players hit Level 20–25 through a mix of FUT play + weekly objectives.

Premium Pass math: the Premium Pass gives 5,000 SP back via mid-pass SP rewards (2,500 at Level 11, 2,500 at Level 25), so its net cost in grind is lower than the free track. That is why EA prices it at 1,000 FC Points — you are effectively buying six levels of progress back.

The Season Pass does NOT reset between seasons; Season 2 begins with a fresh pass and fresh 30,000 SP threshold on 22 October 2026.

Is 25,000 Coins Enough to Build a Competitive Squad?

No — not at launch week prices. The 25,000 coins from completing all objectives is an excellent headstart, but launch-week prices run 30–50% higher than mid-season because early supply is low and demand is peak. A competitive 83+ OVR eleven built through the Transfer Market costs 80,000–150,000 coins at launch, depending on league and chemistry choices.

Three practical ways to extend the objective-earned coins:

  • Bronze Pack Method — convert the free fodder packs from objectives into SBC filler rather than opening for players. Sell any 75+ with a 500-coin premium on the market.
  • Foundation cards first — use the untradeable picks you earn for chemistry-anchor positions; coins then fill the upgrades around them.
  • Top up if the grind is slow — the fastest way to close the gap between objective rewards and a meta squad is a coin top-up from timesaver.gg.

FAQ

When do FC 27 Season 1 objectives expire? Season 1 runs until 22 October 2026. All Season 1 objectives — including the Ones We Watched challenge and Weekly Play series — expire at that date. Complete the full sequence before then or the OTW Savinho reward is gone.

How many games do I need to complete the Ones We Watched objectives? The full chain is 17 matches across five difficulty tiers: 3 Kick Off, 3 Semi Pro, 5 Professional, 3 World Class and 4 Legendary. All 17 count toward the Evolution match requirement if you include the required player in your squad throughout.

Can you complete FC 27 objectives in any mode? The Ones We Watched and Foundation challenges are FUT-only — they appear in Ultimate Team's Objectives tab. Season Points, however, accumulate across FUT, Career Mode (Manager Live) and The Grounds, so you can advance the Season Pass outside of FUT.

Does OTW Savinho upgrade automatically? Yes. Savio's OTW card upgrades in-place as he hits real-world performance milestones in La Liga during the 2026/27 season. You do not need to re-complete any objective — the upgrade appears in your club automatically once EA processes the milestone.

What are the FC 27 Destined for Glory objectives? DFG objectives launch 25 September 2026 with the worldwide release. They are separate from Ones We Watched and reward DFG player cards. The full objective list was not published by EA pre-launch — check the Objectives tab in-game on 25 September.

How do I earn Season Points fastest in FC 27? Complete Manager Live in Career Mode (1,000 SP in ~30 minutes), then do The Grounds weekly objectives each Thursday (1,000+ SP/week), then supplement with regular FUT Rivals play. Hitting 3,000–4,000 SP per week is achievable without grinding the FUT daily cap.
