What is the Heartblade in MM2?
Heartblade is a Godly knife in Murder Mystery 2. The MM2 Wiki's Heartblade page says it "was originally obtainable by purchasing the Heartblade Gamepass for 1,699 Robux" and "is now only obtainable through trading as the gamepass has went offsale."
The short history:
- Released February 20, 2021. The Heartblade Gamepass page dates it to the MM2 designer's own announcement on X.
- It was a single-item pack. The pass contained only the knife. There's no matching Heartblade gun, so there's no "Heartblade set" to complete.
- First Valentine's Day Godly knife. The wiki lists Heartblade as the first Valentine's-themed Godly knife, with Sakura (2023) as the second.
- Designed by IDontHaveAUse, per the wiki, who also posted the official artwork.
- Replaced in spring 2021. The Eggblade Gamepass took its shop slot, and Heartblade has been offsale ever since.
That last point matters for value. Heartblade was never a free event drop or a rare unbox. Anyone with 1,699 Robux could buy it, so it was made in large numbers before it went offsale.

Both lists agree on 65, and that agreement is the strongest signal you'll get in MM2 trading. When two independent lists match, you can quote that number in a trade without much argument.
A few more numbers to put 65 in context:
- It's 3x the middle Godly. The median priced Godly on MM2 Values sits around 21, so Heartblade is comfortably above average.
- It's tiny next to the top. Travelers Gun leads the Godly tier at 5,150 on MM2 Values, roughly 79x a Heartblade.
- It hasn't moved. MM2 Trade Hub has logged Heartblade at 65 on MM2 Values at every snapshot since September 26, 2026. Supreme trimmed it from 67 to 65 on its last run.
Its closest neighbors on the MM2 Values Godly list are Pearl (75) and Ornament (60), with Embersickle (80) and Red Luger (38) a little further out.
Why is Heartblade worth so little for a 1,699 Robux knife?
Three reasons, and they stack.
1. Supply was never limited. A gamepass sells as many copies as people buy. Event Godlies cap out when the event ends; shop Godlies like Heartblade just keep minting until they go offsale.
2. The 2022 Duping Glitch. The MM2 Wiki's Duping Glitch (2022) page) lists Heartblade among the shop items players duplicated. It says Heartblade was only "mildly affected" compared with Icewing, and that Nikilis deleted most of the large duplicated stacks on October 16, 2022. But the wiki's verdict on the aftermath is blunt: shop items' "values and demand dropped heavily" and are "now disliked by many players including traders."
3. Nobody's asking for it. In the last 30 days, Heartblade showed up in 125 trade offers on MM2 Trade Hub but was asked for in only 63. That's about 2 sellers for every buyer. MM2 Trade Hub also notes that solo Heartblade offers are usually listed around 3% above its value, so sellers are still asking for a small overpay that buyers mostly won't give.
Compare that with what happened to the other gamepass knives from the same shop era on MM2 Values today: Eggblade 5, Cookieblade 4, Iceflake 18, Bioblade 10. Heartblade at 65 has actually held up better than most of its shop siblings. It's cheap compared with what it cost in Robux, but it isn't junk.

This is the mix-up we see most. People search "heart blade mm2" when they mean the Heart Wand, and the two are worth very different amounts:

The quick way to tell them apart: Heartblade is a pointed pink and silver blade with a red winged heart as the guard. Heart Wand has no blade at all. It's a pink heart on a striped candy-cane handle with a bow and a blue gem, and the MM2 Wiki's Heart Wand page lists it among the Godly "knives" that don't look like knives.
Our read: if someone offers you "a Heartblade" for your Heart Wand, check the picture. A real Heartblade for a Heart Wand is a loss of roughly 285 on MM2 Values.
Is there a Chroma Heartblade?
No. There is no Chroma Heartblade in MM2. It doesn't appear on the MM2 Values Chroma list, and the MM2 Wiki's Heartblade page lists no Chroma counterpart.

MM2 has shipped a few Valentine's knives since 2021. Here's how they price today on MM2 Values:

Sakura cost the same 1,699 Robux on its own and is worth about 18x a Heartblade today. The difference is mostly demand. What owners ask for is telling. Over the last 30 days, Heartblade holders most often requested an Icebreaker (20 trades), a Phantom (11) or a Spectre (10). The Icebreaker is an Ancient knife at 70 on MM2 Values, so that's a reasonable ask. Phantom and Spectre are 37 each, so one alone is an underpay; you'd want the pair.
Players on r/MurderMystery2 are quick to call out uneven trades at this price range. In one thread this week, a player who had been offered a deal for two Icebreakers was told plainly: "Your 2 are worth 130, could try getting bat? or smth." Bat sits at 120 on MM2 Values, so that's the same logic: match the total, not the item count.
Tips for this week:
- Selling? Expect to get about 65 and no more. With 2 offers for every request, buyers can wait for a better deal.
- Buying? Don't pay a "Robux price" premium. What it cost in 2021 has nothing to do with what it's worth now.
- Upgrading? Heartblade works best as part of a stack. Two or three similar Godlies together can reach a single higher-demand knife like Heart Wand.

Will Heartblade go up in value?
Nobody can promise that, and Heartblade's recent history points to "flat." Two things could help it:
- No new supply. The gamepass has been offsale since 2021, so no new Heartblades enter the game.
- Valentine's season. Valentine-themed items sometimes see more trade interest around February, when MM2 has run Valentine's events before (2023 and 2026).
Two things work against it:
- Lots already exist. Gamepass sales plus the 2022 dupes left plenty in circulation.
- Demand is near the floor. A 2/10 demand score (1/10 on Supreme) and a 2-to-1 offer ratio don't suggest a rebound soon.
Is there anyone left to trade with? Plenty. On October 28, 2026 at 01:24 UTC, the Roblox Games API showed 388,265 players in Murder Mystery 2. That's concurrent players, not traders, and much of the current traffic is the Halloween event, which runs until November 16, 2026 at 18:00 UTC. Our read: event traffic brings new Godlies into circulation, which tends to pull attention away from older shop knives, not toward them. Expect Heartblade to sit at 60–70 through the rest of the year.
How do you avoid Heartblade trading scams?
- The "Chroma Heartblade." It doesn't exist. Anyone offering or asking for one is wrong or lying.
- The Heart Wand swap. Someone offers "Heart Blade" for your Heart Wand, hoping you don't check. One is worth 65, the other 350.
- The Robux anchor. "It cost 1,699 Robux, so it's worth a lot." Trading value is set by demand today, not by the 2021 shop price.
- Old screenshots. Value screenshots get shared for months. Check today's list before you accept.
- Send-first deals. Use MM2's own trade window, where both sides lock in together.
