Steal An Egg UFO Invasion: Pete, Signal Decoder & Debris

Sam Okonkwo

Steal An Egg UFO Invasion gameplay showing three delivered eggs and the UFO Debris reward prompt

The Steal An Egg UFO Invasion adds a repeatable event around Paranoid Pete, a Signal Decoder and UFO Debris. The useful distinction is between unlocking the detector, completing an outside delivery and spending the reward. Those are separate steps; finishing one does not establish that you can enter a spaceship or claim every advertised reward.

Quick answer: Speak to Paranoid Pete, repair his machine through the pipe puzzle and collect the Signal Decoder. Hold To Reset’s walkthrough reports UFO encounters at :00 and :30 each hour. Follow the detector and the encounter objective, deliver three eggs with the Abducted effect, then pick up UFO Debris. Hold To Reset reports an Alien Mutation consumable costing 500 Debris, with 15% application odds; check Pete’s current trade window before spending. The separate Alien Biome is scheduled for November 7.

Updated November 4, 2026. Covers the November 2 UFO event, called Update 11 by community guides, after the developer’s Update 10.5 announcement. Event mechanics below are attributed to dated walkthroughs and visible gameplay; the public developer announcement we could retrieve confirms Pete’s arrival, not every reward rule. We have not personally played this event.

This guide explains the sequence, the difference between a price and a payout, and what to check when the detector or event timer seems wrong. It deliberately avoids promising a universal vault password, a fixed Debris yield or a guaranteed rare UFO.

What is confirmed about Steal An Egg UFO Invasion?

The developer’s October 31 Roblox community announcement says: “Paranoid Pete arrives Monday with strange UFO signals...” That Monday was November 2. The same announcement previews the Alien Biome for Saturday, November 7.

The public announcement feed still returned that preview as its newest entry when checked on November 4. It should not be cited as if it contained a complete UFO reward table. The detailed event loop comes from Hold To Reset’s November 2 walkthrough, updated November 3 and its gameplay captures.

Our November 4 Roblox Games API pull returned 1,004,744 concurrent players at approximately 13:24 UTC. That is a dated snapshot for this experience, not a daily peak or proof that it ranks first across the platform.

How do you get the Signal Decoder from Paranoid Pete?

Start by talking to Pete at Spawn. The walkthrough places the machine to his left and describes a pipe-connection puzzle. Repairing that machine awards the Signal Decoder, which is the tool used to locate UFO activity.

Steal An Egg Paranoid Pete standing beside his machine at Spawn

Gameplay screenshot: Hold To Reset. Pete and the interaction prompt are visible; the screenshot does not show a completed puzzle.

The important puzzle principle is to connect its endpoints through an uninterrupted pipe route. Hold To Reset describes the route as running from the top-left area toward the bottom-right. Another community guide describes a specific solved board, but that is not enough evidence to promise identical clicks for every player. Follow the Power and Tracker endpoints on the board you actually receive.

What should you check before leaving Pete?

  • Finish the conversation and the repair objective, rather than only interacting with the machine once.
  • Check that the Signal Decoder has actually been awarded and is available to equip.
  • Read any remaining quest text before heading away from Spawn.
  • Keep the detector accessible so you can equip it when the encounter begins.

These are troubleshooting checks, not a claim that a particular missing-decoder bug has a proven fix. We found no developer-confirmed recovery procedure. If the reward never appears despite completed objectives, report the exact screen and quest state through the experience’s official support channels rather than trusting a download or exploit advertised as a decoder fix.

When do UFOs spawn, and how do you find one?

The reported schedule is every 30 minutes, at :00 and :30. For planning, that means 14:00, 14:30 and 15:00 are consecutive windows—not just two events per day. The server’s encounter message and countdown are more useful than arriving at a remembered location.

Players are already asking how to enter a UFO. The November 3 discussion contains conflicting anecdotes about entry and whether deliveries are required. It is useful evidence of the question, not an official spawn rule. We use Hold To Reset for the reported timing and do not treat the half-hour schedule as a boarding guarantee.

Equip the Signal Decoder and follow its indication of activity. StealAnEgg.app’s evidence summary describes a recorded run in which the signal rises as the player approaches and changes to a found-UFO objective. Its example area is not proof of a permanent spawn point.

What if the expected encounter is missing?

First check whether the current server displays an event or countdown. Then check that you have the detector and are reading its current objective. Do not assume that waiting at the location shown in somebody else’s recording is sufficient.

We cannot verify that private servers have different timing, that server hopping resets the event, or that a specific Speed threshold controls visibility. None of those should be presented as a reliable fix. If a timer is active, follow that timer; if no encounter is visible, avoid spending currency on an unverified workaround.

How do you earn UFO Debris from the three-egg objective?

The walkthrough says the outside encounter asks for three eggs with the Abducted effect. Hold To Reset says they come from a certain biome; follow the current objective for that area and its egg requirements. StealAnEgg.app transcribes one recorded objective as “Find 3 suspicious eggs!” Three ordinary eggs are not automatically substitutes simply because they are valuable.

The strongest evidence here is the completion capture used as this article’s header: the detector shows 3/3, followed by “Pick up your reward!” and “DELIVERY ACCEPTED - Pick up your UFO debris!” It supports the delivery-to-reward sequence without establishing a fixed payout.

Use this order:

  • Locate the encounter using the Signal Decoder.
  • Read the active delivery requirement before collecting eggs.
  • Bring qualifying eggs to the UFO and check that the counter advances.
  • Continue until the counter reaches three accepted deliveries.
  • Follow the pickup prompt and collect the reward.
  • Return to Pete when you want to inspect the exchange.

Do not assume the counter is shared with everyone in the server; the sources reviewed do not settle whether progress is personal or shared. Likewise, the guide does not establish what happens to partial progress when a timer expires. Read those conditions in your current encounter before committing a particularly valuable egg.

For broader inventory planning, our Steal An Egg pet value list compares pet income while distinguishing it from negotiated trade value. An egg’s usefulness in this objective is determined by the encounter requirement—not its position in an income ranking.

What does UFO Debris buy, and is Alien Mutation guaranteed?

Hold To Reset reports 500 UFO Debris for one Alien Mutation consumable and a 15% chance of applying the mutation. These are community-reported details, not odds printed in the public developer announcement we retrieved. Inspect Pete’s current exchange panel before buying.

The cost, the application chance and the event payout answer different questions:

NumberMeaning in the walkthroughWhat it does not mean
500 DebrisPrice of one consumableGuaranteed reward from one UFO
15%Chance of applying the mutationGuaranteed application after buying one
Three eggsOutside delivery objectiveThree consumables or guaranteed spaceship admission

At that reported price, two consumables would cost 1,000 Debris and five would cost 2,500 Debris. Those are simple cost calculations, not recommendations to buy five or promises of eventual success. We have not verified whether a failed application consumes the item, so do not build a farming budget on an assumed retry rule.

Community sources associate the Alien Mutation trade-in item with the Abducted effect. Keep the item and the effect distinct: the eggs requested by the outside objective already need to qualify for that objective. The reviewed material does not demonstrate that you must buy the consumable before doing your first delivery.

Our Steal An Egg mutations guide covers the broader system. For this new event, we are not repeating an income multiplier or stacking formula without stronger evidence of the current in-game result. A success percentage is not itself an income multiplier.

Does finishing the event guarantee a rare UFO or Alien Staff?

No reviewed source establishes that guarantee. The ordinary delivery, possible UFO boarding and an interior reward should not be collapsed into a single promised outcome.

Hold To Reset describes rare UFO encounters but leaves their details incomplete. StealAnEgg.app’s community-evidence page describes one recorded interior visit, a timer and an Alien Vault. It identifies Alien Staff as the weapon shown on that visit’s reward screen. That does not establish how frequently entry is available, whether every ship can be boarded, or whether three deliveries cause admission.

This article therefore covers the outside Debris loop rather than claiming to be a verified vault-location walkthrough. If your encounter provides an entry opportunity, read its own timer and instructions. Do not spend an entire session waiting for a guaranteed rare spawn on the strength of a normal event schedule.

The same caution applies to copied four-digit passwords. A password appearing in one walkthrough is not proof of a universal code. We are not publishing a universal Alien Vault password or presenting it as a redeemable reward code.

Is UFO Invasion the same as the November 7 Alien Biome?

No. Pete’s event is the lead-in; the developer announced the biome separately. The official Roblox event listing schedules the Alien Biome from November 7 at 16:00 UTC to November 14 at 19:00 UTC. Those are the listing’s times, not a confirmed expiration window for every UFO mechanic.

For the start, 16:00 UTC is 11 AM US Eastern and 8 AM US Pacific on November 7. Our Alien Biome release guide covers the scheduled launch. Its pre-launch estimates are not confirmed Speed requirements.

Do not assume that collecting Debris unlocks the biome, that the event’s consumable becomes a biome entry ticket, or that a new highest-income pet has already arrived. The announcement and current event evidence do not establish those connections.

Should you farm this event or focus on your pets?

Finish Pete’s unlock first if you want to participate, then try a single encounter and inspect the reward and trade panel yourself. That gives you a real basis for deciding whether the time spent fits your goal. We cannot responsibly rank Debris per hour without a measured payout and completion time.

If your priority is building your pet collection rather than an uncertain mutation application, compare that separately. The Steal An Egg pet category on timesaver.gg lists the relevant experience’s available pet offers; it is not an offer for a Signal Decoder, UFO Debris or an Alien Staff.

Comparing pet options instead? Keep the pet purchase decision separate from this event’s quest and rewards. No UFO-event item availability is implied.

Roblox does not endorse timesaver.gg. Third-party sales do not change Roblox’s rules governing off-platform virtual-item transactions; check the Roblox Terms of Use before making that decision.

FAQ

When do UFOs spawn in Steal An Egg? Hold To Reset’s walkthrough reports encounters every 30 minutes, at :00 and :30. Use the server’s actual event message and Signal Decoder; the schedule does not guarantee a rare, boardable UFO.

How do I get the Signal Decoder? Talk to Paranoid Pete and repair his machine through the pipe puzzle. Check that the reward has appeared before leaving. A developer-confirmed fix for a missing decoder was not available in the sources reviewed.

How many eggs does a UFO need? The outside objective requires three qualifying eggs, described by the walkthrough as eggs with the Abducted effect. Follow the current objective; the completion screenshot shows 3/3 and a Debris pickup prompt.

How much does Alien Mutation cost? Hold To Reset reports 500 UFO Debris per consumable and a 15% application chance. Confirm both in Pete’s current exchange window. The purchase is not a guaranteed successful mutation.

Does one UFO give 500 Debris? That is not established. The 500 figure is a reported exchange cost, not a verified payout. We are not promising a fixed number of runs per consumable.

Is the Alien Biome already open? Not as of this November 4 guide’s check. The official event listing schedules its start for November 7, 2026 at 16:00 UTC. The UFO event and the future biome are separate.
