Type Soul codes give you rerolls, elixirs, Buddy Rolls and Skill Box Choosers: the items that let you change your clan, element, weapon and looks without grinding for them. This page lists every TYPE://SOUL code we could verify, active and expired. The developer posts codes on the official Discord, not in the Roblox game description, so every status below was cross-checked across six independent code trackers.
Quick answer (checked October 19, 2026): 9 codes are listed as working by at least two trackers, and none of the six trackers we checked lists them as expired. The newest is the Halloween code vilhalloweencode (added October 16). 11 more are disputed and probably dead. To redeem, open TYPE://SOUL, click the gift icon in the top-left corner, paste a code into the box and press Enter. Trackers report that codes only work once your character reaches Semi-Rank 2.

What are the active Type Soul codes for October 2026?
We call a code active only if at least two trackers list it as working and none lists it as expired. These are tracker checks. We did not test redemption on an account. The six trackers are Destructoid (updated Oct 19), iGeeksBlog (Oct 17), Pocket Tactics (Oct 12), Pocket Gamer (Oct 10), Fossbytes (Oct 1) and Roblox Den. The reward lists come from Roblox Den. Your in-game pop-up shows what you actually got.

About the Halloween code's spelling. Destructoid, iGeeksBlog and Pro Game Guides all list it as vilhalloweencode. Roblox Den lists it as evilhalloweencode. Try the first spelling, and if it's rejected, try the second. A wrong guess costs nothing.
PALACEUPDATE2060 is the only code whose full reward list two trackers agree on (Fossbytes and Roblox Den). The other reward lists come from one tracker, so treat them as a guide.
Disputed codes (try these last). Destructoid, iGeeksBlog, Pocket Gamer and Fossbytes still list these 11 codes as working, and each one appears on at least three of those four. Pocket Tactics and Roblox Den, the two trackers that prune their lists most aggressively, mark all 11 as expired:
- TypeSoulBurden, SpainWorldCupWinners26, TypeSoulWorldCup2030, ItNearlyCameHome
- HotfixesThxForPlayingTypeSoul, SmallPatchYay, Smallinconvenience, palacecountdown
- ErikkiMonth, TrueWorldbearer, Kurtisatung
How do you redeem codes in Type Soul?
Type Soul has a code box right on the main HUD:
- Launch TYPE://SOUL on Roblox and load into the world.
- Click the gift icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Paste a code into the text box.
- Press Enter. Rerolls and elixirs go straight into your inventory (open it with N, as listed in the official game description's controls).
Pocket Tactics puts the main catch plainly: "You do need to be at least semi-rank two before you can use these in Type Soul." If you've only just made a character, play until you reach Semi-Rank 2 and then redeem everything at once.
Why is my Type Soul code not working?
- You're below Semi-Rank 2. This is the most common cause on a fresh character.
- It expired. The team retires codes without notice, and trackers disagree on the disputed list above.
- Already redeemed. Each code works once per account.
- A typo. Codes like TypeBugIsMYFavouriteGame mix upper and lower case. Copy and paste them, and don't leave a trailing space.
- Wrong game. Peroxide and other Bleach-style games have their own codes. They don't work in TYPE://SOUL, and Type Soul codes don't work there either.
What are the expired Type Soul codes?
These codes no longer work. At least two of the trackers list every code in this table as expired, and Pocket Tactics or Roblox Den is always one of them. Destructoid, iGeeksBlog and Fossbytes, which rarely prune their lists, still show some of these as working. The most recent ones come first:
| Expired code | Expired code | Expired code |
|---|---|---|
| OasisGraduation | EidMubarak2026 | me |
| MiniErikkiKt | morphquestfix | OhayoKenpachi |
| 7AMPublish | Ichigo101010 | armastorcode2 |

| FigaroSoul | voidzlatebday | rulesaremadetobebroken |
| almightycristishowcasev2 | almightycristishowcase | kyokanerfsweredeservedlol |
| texbday | heyitsmevegadodgeframe | joshisbackandaddingsloptothegameteehee |

| TYPEMEMORYLOSS | TYPESOUL2026VVVKHOATICFENG | IGuessTheTypeSoulWasInUsALLalong |
| anotherbrickedshutdown | groundhakudamogsairhakuda | howsetroboominfooledtheinternet |
Pocket Tactics' expired list has about 340 codes in total, going back to the 2023 launch. They include the milestone codes (500mvisitsthankyou, 600MVisits, 100mlikes), the ranked-season codes (newrankedrewards, newrankedrewards3) and a long run of shutdown apology codes. None of them work any more.

When will new Type Soul codes come out?
Type Soul codes come out in bursts around updates, outages and holidays:
- Update and patch codes. Names like PALACEUPDATE2060, TheSecretIsInUpdateLogs and SmallPatchYay point straight at the update they shipped with.
- Apology codes. The expired list is full of them, such as codeforshutdownisuppose, privateservercompensation and compensationforinconvenientrelease, posted after server shutdowns and broken releases.
- Holidays and milestones. Halloween, Eid, birthdays and visit milestones. vilhalloweencode is the first Halloween 2026 drop. Earlier Halloween events brought codes such as halloweenpart2 and happylatehalloween, so a second spooky code before November would fit the pattern.
Destructoid reports that TYPE://SOUL is "finally making a comeback after its year-long sabbatical". The Roblox listing backs up that the game is being worked on: its "updated" timestamp is October 18, 2026. More codes are likely while the comeback updates roll out.
Where official codes are posted:
- The official Type Soul Discord (discord.gg/typesoul). New codes appear here first.
- The Type Soul group on Roblox. This verified group owns the game.
- The Type Soul Trello for races, items and progression info, linked by Pocket Tactics and Destructoid.
- This page. We re-check Type Soul codes and update these tables at the same URL as codes go live or expire.
Is Type Soul still worth playing in October 2026?
Type Soul is a Bleach-inspired action RPG where you pick a path as a Soul Reaper, Hollow or Quincy and progress through PvE and PvP. On the Roblox Games API (universe 4871329703, pulled October 19, 2026), TYPE://SOUL has more than 819 million visits, about 555,000 favorites and about 399,000 likes against 98,000 dislikes, roughly an 80% like ratio (votes API). It was created on July 15, 2023.
The catch is the player count. At the time of our pull on a Monday afternoon (UTC), about 217 people were playing. That's very low for a game with this many visits, which fits a game coming back from a long break. If you're coming back for the comeback, these codes are the fastest way to reroll into a build you like before the population returns. (The images on this page are official Type Soul thumbnails from the game's Roblox page.)
Codes from other Roblox anime fighters don't carry over, because each game has its own list. We use the same verified-only method on Shindo Life codes, Jujutsu Shenanigans codes, Jujutsu Infinite codes, Anime Vanguards codes and Fruit Battlegrounds codes.
