MM2 Halloween Bingo 2026: All 9 Challenges, Rewards & How to Finish

Quick answer (TLDR): MM2 Halloween Bingo is a 3×3 board of nine challenges in the Murder Mystery 2 Halloween Event 2026. Each row is one role: Innocent (Survivor, Collector, Hero), Sheriff (Detective, Purifier, Guardian) and Murderer (Butcher, Slayer, Bulls-Eye). Finish a row and you get Bats, Witches Brew or Jack. Finish a column and you get 2 Halloween Keys, Pumpkins or Flameburst. Clear all nine squares and you get the Cauldron emote. The board closes when the event ends on November 16, 2026 at 18:00 UTC, according to MM2's official Roblox event listing. The slowest squares are Slayer (6+ kills in one round, five times) and Guardian (shoot the Murderer before anyone dies). Checked against the in-game Bingo screen, the MM2 Wiki and a live Roblox Games API pull on October 24, 2026.

Bingo is back in Murder Mystery 2 for the first time since the Easter Event 2023. It's also the part of the Halloween event most players are stuck on. Candies and the battle pass take care of themselves if you play enough rounds. The Bingo board depends on which role you get, and three of the nine squares can take days.

This guide covers what every square asks for, what each row and column pays, the order that finishes the board fastest, and why some squares don't seem to count.

For the rest of the event (battle pass tiers, Halloween Box odds, Emberbow and the Cauldron craft), see our MM2 Halloween Event 2026 guide.

What is MM2 Halloween Bingo?

Halloween Bingo is a free challenge board inside the Murder Mystery 2 Halloween event menu. The in-game screen spells out the one rule that matters, verbatim: "Tap a challenge to view it's details. Complete a row or column to get the reward."

The MM2 Wiki's Halloween Event 2026 page describes it as "the implementation of the Bingo rewards system for the first time since the 2023 Easter Event," on "a 3x3 grid, where players will be required to complete challenges in order to obtain rewards."

Three things make the 2026 board different from a normal quest list:

  • Rows are roles. The colored bars on the in-game board are green for row 1, blue for row 2 and red for row 3. Row 1 is all Innocent tasks, row 2 is all Sheriff tasks, row 3 is all Murderer tasks.
  • There are no diagonals. Only rows and columns pay, plus the full-board bonus.
  • Challenge names are recycled from 2015. The wiki notes that "the names of the bingo challenges are the same as the ones in the Halloween Event 2015." The 2015 board used the same Innocent / Sheriff / Murderer rows.

How many players are in MM2 right now?

A lot, which helps with the Murderer squares. At 09:28 UTC on October 24, 2026, the Roblox Games API showed 1,414,351 players in Murder Mystery 2, with 31.67 billion lifetime visits and 24.64 million favorites. On Roblox's Top Playing Now chart at the same time, only Steal An Egg (about 1.47 million) had more. Servers hold up to 12 players, so a busy game makes it easier to find full lobbies for the Murderer squares.

What are all 9 MM2 Halloween Bingo challenges?

The task wording below comes from the in-game challenge cards as reported by players and the guide sites that documented them. The square names match the 2015 board on the MM2 Wiki.

Row (role)SquareWhat you have to do
1 · InnocentSurvivorSurvive and win 3 rounds as an Innocent
1 · InnocentCollectorCollect a total of 800 Candies
1 · InnocentHeroPick up the dropped gun and shoot the Murderer
2 · SheriffDetectiveWin a round by shooting the Murderer as the Sheriff
2 · SheriffPurifierShoot a total of 16 zombies in Infection
2 · SheriffGuardianShoot the Murderer before they kill anyone
3 · MurdererButcherKill 7 players with melee attacks
3 · MurdererSlayerEliminate at least 6 players in a round, 5 times
3 · MurdererBulls-EyeKill 12 players by throwing your knife

One correction you'll see elsewhere: one guide lists Collector at 300 Candies. Players checking the counter in-game, and two other guides, all report 800. Tap the square in-game to confirm the number on your own board.

Where Slayer and Bulls-Eye sit. The in-game icons put a hockey mask in the middle of row 3 and a target on the right. Read that way, Slayer is in column 2 and Bulls-Eye is in column 3. At least one guide swaps them. Tap both icons to check before you plan around a column.

What are the MM2 Halloween Bingo rewards?

Every reward below is visible on the in-game board. Six items pay for lines, and one pays for the whole board.

Line you completeSquares in itReward
Row 1Survivor, Collector, HeroBats
Row 2Detective, Purifier, GuardianWitches Brew
Row 3Butcher, Slayer, Bulls-EyeJack
Column 1Survivor, Detective, ButcherHalloween Key x2
Column 2Collector, Purifier, SlayerPumpkins
Column 3Hero, Guardian, Bulls-EyeFlameburst
All 9 squaresEverythingCauldron (emote)

A few notes on what these are:

  • Halloween Key x2 is the most useful reward on the board. One Halloween Key opens one 2026 Halloween Box, and a box otherwise costs 600 Candies. So column 1 is worth 1,200 Candies of box opens. Each box has a 0.2% chance at the Godly Embersickle, per the MM2 Wiki.
  • Bats, Witches Brew, Jack, Pumpkins and Flameburst show up as knife skins on the board, and the guide sites list them as knife skins. The wiki doesn't have pages for the 2026 versions yet, so their rarity and trade value aren't documented. Don't trade for them at a premium until values exist.
  • Jack has history. In 2015, the Murderer row's reward was also a knife called Jack. Today that 2015 knife is a Rare worth 3 on both MM2 Values and Supreme, per its wiki infobox. It isn't confirmed whether the 2026 Jack is the same knife or a new skin with the same name.
  • Cauldron is listed on the MM2 Wiki as a Common Emote, "obtainable by completing all bingo tasks." It's a cosmetic. Don't mix it up with the lobby Cauldron that crafts the Emberscythe, which is a crafting station. Bingo doesn't help with the craft.

Which Bingo squares should you do first?

Start with the squares that fill up on their own, and treat the Murderer squares as a background task. Here's the order we'd use.

  • Collector (800 Candies). Pick up every Candy on the map, every round. The daily quest track runs to 200 Candies a day, so a normal day of play finishes Collector in about four days without trying.
  • Survivor (3 Innocent wins). Innocent is the role you get most, so this fills in a session or two. Stay alive and stay near other players.
  • Detective (Sheriff win). Any Sheriff round where you shoot the Murderer counts.
  • Butcher (7 melee kills). Every Murderer round, stab before you throw. In a busy server, seven melee kills usually takes only a few Murderer rounds.
  • Column 1 done: claim the 2 Keys. Survivor + Detective + Butcher is the easiest column on the board. Open two Halloween Boxes for free.
  • Purifier (16 zombies). This only counts in Infection rounds. Barn (Infection) is one of the Halloween maps back in rotation this event, per the MM2 Wiki. Shoot zombies whenever that mode comes up.
  • Hero (dropped gun). When the Sheriff dies, run for the dropped gun and go for the shot. This is luck, so don't force it.
  • Bulls-Eye (12 knife-throw kills). From now on, every Murderer round, throw instead of stabbing.
  • Guardian and Slayer last. These are the slowest squares on the board. See the next section.

Row 1 (Bats) usually comes after Collector, Survivor and Hero. Row 2 (Witches Brew) waits on Guardian. Row 3 (Jack) waits on Slayer.

How do you complete Slayer and Guardian?

These two squares hold up most boards. Both need you to land a specific role and then play that round a specific way.

Slayer: eliminate at least 6 players in a round, 5 times. A player who checked the counter in the event's first days explained it like this: you have to kill "6 or more people in one round as murder but you have to do it five times." It's five separate rounds, not a running total. That means you need:

  • A full server. With a 12-player cap, you need at least six other players still alive. Quiet servers can't count.
  • Real players. Several recent posts on r/MurderMystery2 complain about bot-filled servers. One player's fix: "on the browser it seems like I'll find at least 1 server with full real players every other page." That means picking a server from the server list on MM2's Roblox page in a browser, not from the app's suggestions.
  • Patience on the knife. Combine Slayer with Butcher and Bulls-Eye. Stab early in the round and throw at players running away. Every kill counts for at least one square.

Guardian: shoot the Murderer before they kill anyone. As Sheriff, you have to identify and shoot the Murderer before the first kill, so waiting for proof usually costs you the square. Watch for the player who pulls a knife or chases someone, and take the first clean shot. Be sure before you fire: shooting an Innocent gets you killed as well.

Why isn't my MM2 Bingo challenge counting?

The most common reasons, from player reports since launch on October 18:

  • Collector only counts Candies from the ground. One player explained: "pick up 800 candies off the ground. buying them and earning them from the dailies don't count." Candies from the daily quest rewards don't count toward the 800.
  • Bulls-Eye counts kills, not throws. Several players say 12 throws didn't complete the square. You need 12 kills from thrown knives.
  • Slayer needs one round with 6 or more kills, five times. Four kills in each of ten rounds does nothing.
  • Bot servers. If the board seems frozen, switch to a server with real players and test again.

If a square still won't move after all of that, the MM2 Wiki doesn't list a fix yet. Keep playing other squares and check again after the next update.

How do Bingo, Candies and the battle pass fit together?

Bingo is free and runs alongside everything else, so you never have to choose between it and Candies. Here's how it fits with the rest of the event.

Murder Mystery 2 Halloween 2026 Daily Quest panel showing 60, 120 and 200 Candy milestones

The daily quests reset at 8:00 AM UTC, per the MM2 Wiki. Clearing all three adds 500 bonus Candies a day, and the in-game Daily Quest panel shows the 60 / 120 / 200 milestones. With about 23 days left on October 24, there's enough time to finish Bingo and the battle pass tiers if you play most days. The 100,000-Candy Emberbow is the real time sink, and our Emberbow value guide covers whether it's worth it.

Rather skip the box odds? The Embersickle is a 0.2% pull per Halloween Box. Our MM2 catalog has Godly knives and guns, and the full range of Murder Mystery 2 items.

Is the full MM2 Bingo board worth finishing?

For most players, column 1 is worth it and the full board is optional.

  • Column 1 gives 2 Keys (1,200 Candies' worth of boxes) for three squares you'll finish anyway. Always do it.
  • Rows 1 and 2 give a skin each for squares you'll mostly hit just by playing. Worth it if you're in the event every day.
  • Row 3 and the Cauldron emote require Slayer five times. That's a real grind, and the rewards are cosmetic with no known trade value. Go for it if you like collecting. Skip it if you'd rather spend the time on Candies for the Emberbow.

On trade value: values for the Halloween 2026 items are still moving. Our MM2 Halloween value list and MM2 Chroma value list track the Emberbow, Embersickle and Emberscythe on both community lists. Those numbers are community estimates, not official prices.

Are there any MM2 Bingo codes?

No. There are no codes for the Bingo board or any Halloween 2026 reward, and the MM2 Wiki says "There are no working codes right now" for the whole game. Any site or video offering a "Bingo skip code" is a scam. Our MM2 codes page lists every expired code.

FAQ

How do you get the Cauldron in MM2? Complete all nine squares on the Halloween 2026 Bingo board. The MM2 Wiki lists the Cauldron as a Common Emote "obtainable by completing all bingo tasks." It's a different thing from the lobby Cauldron that crafts the Emberscythe.

Do diagonals count in MM2 Bingo? No. The in-game board says "Complete a row or column to get the reward." Only the three rows, three columns and the full board pay.

When does MM2 Halloween Bingo end? With the event, on November 16, 2026 at 18:00 UTC (1:00 PM EST), according to MM2's official Roblox event listing. Unfinished squares don't carry over.

Do daily quest Candies count for the Collector square? No. Players report that only Candies you pick up off the ground during rounds count toward the 800. Candies paid out by daily quests don't.

What is the hardest MM2 Bingo challenge? Slayer: eliminate at least six players in one round, five separate times. It needs the Murderer role and a busy server with real players. Guardian (shoot the Murderer before anyone dies) is second.

Is Bingo the same as the 2015 MM2 Halloween Bingo? Same structure and square names, different rewards. In 2015, completing all nine squares gave the Godly knife Spider, per the MM2 Wiki. In 2026 the full-board reward is the Cauldron emote.
