Mortal is a Godly knife and Immortal is a Godly gun. Both are the paid Halloween weapons of Murder Mystery 2's 2026 Halloween Event. The MM2 Wiki's Immortal page puts it plainly: Immortal "is a godly gun that is obtainable by purchasing the Immortal Gamepass for 1,699 Robux or the Mortal Bundle for 3,399 Robux during the 2026 Halloween Event."

The Mortal Bundle page calls it "a limited-time bundle that costs 3,399 Robux, and it can be purchased only during the Halloween Event 2026." The Halloween 2026 event runs from October 18, 2026 19:00 UTC to November 16, 2026 18:00 UTC, per Roblox's official virtual-event listing for MM2. After that, trading is the only way in.
Together the two weapons make the Mortal Set. The wiki lists the Chroma versions under the same obtain method (buying the gamepass or the bundle). It doesn't publish the odds of getting a Chroma, so treat any "1 in X" figure you see in chat as a guess.
One bit of trivia from the Halloween Event 2026 page: a fake inventory screen is hidden inside a wall of the retro lobby, showing an orange-rarity weapon called "Mortal Blade". The wiki suggests the prank may have inspired the Mortal name.

- Knife and gun are priced the same. Neither list charges extra for Mortal over Immortal, so a straight 1-for-1 swap is fair.
- Supreme is about 7% higher. The gap is small enough that either number works, but agree on one list before you accept.

That's −20% in three days, and the "Fluctuating" tag means MM2 Values expects more movement. The MM2 Wiki infobox still cites an earlier Supreme figure of 200; Supreme is at 150 now.

Chroma Mortal has slid too: 2,050 → 1,900 (Oct 23) → 1,800 (Oct 25) on MM2 Values. It's still worth about 13x a plain Mortal, which is why this is the trade where people get scammed.
Check the glow every time. The Chroma uses the same model as Mortal with the bright orange parts swapped for shifting colors, per the Chroma Mortal wiki page. Someone showing you a Chroma and swapping in the plain knife at the last second turns a 1,800 trade into a 140 one. Close the window and reopen it if the item changes.
This is also new for a Halloween bundle. The MM2 Values Chroma list has no Chroma version of any of the 2022–2025 Halloween bundle weapons. Mortal and Immortal are the first to have one.
Why is Mortal worth so little for a 1,699 Robux knife?
140 is less than an Icepiercer (165). Three reasons:
1. The shop is still selling it. Until November 16, anyone with 1,699 Robux can mint a new Mortal. Supply goes up every day the event is live, so the value can't settle yet.
2. More sellers than buyers. Over the last 30 days on MM2 Trade Hub (3,601 posted trades), Mortal was offered in 118 trades and asked for in 32. Immortal: 105 offered, 30 asked. That works out to about 3.5 to 3.7 sellers for every buyer. These are offers, not finished trades, but the direction is clear.
3. Demand is middling. A demand score of 3/10 puts Mortal ahead of most Godlies (it beats 94 of 128 on demand), but well behind the knives people actually chase.
What Mortal owners ask for most when they offer it: Bat (21 trades), Icepiercer (17) and Sweet (12). In other words, people are trying to swap Mortal for older, stable Godlies or Ancients at a similar price (Icepiercer is an Ancient).

Every MM2 Halloween since 2022 has had the same deal: a 3,399 Robux bundle with a Godly knife, a Godly gun and an effect, or 1,699 Robux for each weapon. Here's what those older bundle weapons are worth on MM2 Values today (October 28, 2026), against the current Mortal price:

What this tells you, and what it doesn't:
- Three of the four older bundles trade well above today's Mortal price. Last year's Xenoshot is worth about 3x a Mortal right now.
- It isn't guaranteed. The 2022 Ghost Bundle weapons sit at 37, a quarter of Mortal's current value. A bundle that doesn't catch on can stay cheap for years.
- We're comparing a live item with retired ones. We don't have each older weapon's value from the middle of its own event, so this table doesn't prove that bundle Godlies rise after the shop closes. It only shows where they ended up.
Is the Mortal Bundle worth buying?
It depends what you want it for.
Worth it if you want to use it. The bundle gets you a matching knife and gun, the Smolder effect, and a chance at the first Halloween bundle Chroma. If you'll actually play with the set, 3,399 Robux buys you something you can't get after November 16.
Not worth it as an investment. You pay 3,399 Robux for two items currently valued at 140 each on MM2 Values (150 on Supreme), and both are still falling. If you want a Mortal for trade value, trading for one costs far less than buying it, because sellers outnumber buyers more than 3 to 1.
The Chroma is a lottery. A Chroma Mortal is worth about 1,800, but the odds aren't published. Don't buy the bundle counting on one.

Yes, right now. On October 28, Embersickle (the 2026 Halloween Box Godly) is 80 on MM2 Values (range 65–80) and 90 on Supreme, against 140 / 150 for Mortal.

- Selling a Mortal? Ask for a single Godly in the 120–150 range (Bat, Sweet, Borealis) rather than holding out for an overpay. Buyers have the upper hand while the shop is open.
- Buying one? Don't pay a "Robux price" premium. What the gamepass costs has nothing to do with what traders pay.
- Completing the set? Mortal for Immortal is a fair swap on both lists.

Will Mortal go up in value after Halloween?
Nobody can promise that. Here's what to watch.
Before November 16: expect more slow drift down. Every new gamepass buyer adds a copy, and the trade feed is already 3.5-to-1 sellers. MM2 is still busy. We counted 389,478 players in-game at 09:26 UTC on October 28, 2026 (Roblox Games API), with 31.89 billion total visits, so plenty of new Mortals are being bought.
After November 16: the shop closes and supply is fixed. That's the point where earlier bundles such as Xenotech and Spirit & Soul stopped being sold too. Three of the four ended up above 140, and one (Ghost) ended up far below.
What would move it: demand. If Mortal's demand score climbs above 3/10 once the event ends, that would likely push the price up. If it stays at 3, it'll likely sit near Bat and Sweet.

How do you avoid Mortal trading scams?
- Chroma swap. The big one. Confirm the item has the color-shifting glow in the final trade window, not just in the screenshot.
- "Robux value" pitches. "It cost 1,699 Robux, so it's worth more than your Icepiercer" is not how MM2 values work.
- Fake "Mortal Blade". The orange "Mortal Blade" in the lobby is a joke picture on a wall, not a real item. Nobody can trade you one.
- Off-site deals. Trades that ask you to send first, or move to another game or website "to finish the trade", are classic scams.
