How do you redeem Wuthering Waves livestream codes?
In the game. There is no official redemption website, so a page asking for your login to "redeem online" is not Kuro Games.
- Press Esc (or open the menu on mobile) to open the Terminal.
- Select the cog at the bottom right to open Settings.
- Open the Other Settings tab, marked with a wrench.
- Select Redemption Code, paste one code and hit Confirm.
- Collect the rewards from your in-game mailbox.
You need Union Level 2, and each code works once per account. Paste the code rather than retyping it, since a typo will fail. Reward mail is deleted automatically after two weeks, so open it soon after redeeming.

Lily is the one name Kuro Games has put forward. Her Stars Intertwined teaser calls her "a young perfumer swept up in the Federated Cities' Resonator War", and the Resonator Preview lists her attribute as Spectro and her weapon as Pistols. The preview art shows five stars. Kuro Games has not given her a banner or a release date, so calling her a Version 3.8 Phase I character is still an assumption.
As for the release date, Kuro Games' Version 3.7 Update Content notice runs 3.7 content to the 12 November maintenance, so 12 November is the likely start for 3.8. Treat it as likely, not locked, until the broadcast or a maintenance notice confirms it.
Why is the 3.8 stream only six days before the patch?
Nobody outside Kuro Games knows yet. Players on r/WutheringWaves spotted it right away, with one asking whether this is the closest a broadcast has landed to its patch. The numbers do look tight. The 3.7 broadcast aired on 19 September, 11 days before Version 3.7 launched on 30 September. A 6 November stream sits 6 days before the expected 12 November update.
Kuro Games has given no reason, and we would not read much into it. What it changes for you is practical: there is less time between seeing the 3.8 lineup and having to act on it, which matters most for the current banners.
Should you pull on Phase II banners before the livestream?
If you have not decided yet, wait until 6 November. The Phase II banners run until 11 November at 11:59 server time (official Phase II notice), so holding your Astrite for now costs you nothing. You get to see the 3.8 lineup and still have about five days to pull on Suoming, Lucilla or Lynae.
