Singaporean organisation Xipto Esports signed its first Dota 2 roster on 31 August 2026, eight days after The International 2026 finished. The five-man lineup is Nuengnara "23savage" Teeramahanon, Muhammad Rizky "inYourdreaM" Anugrah, Muhammad Saieful "Fbz" Ilham, Worawit "Q" Mekchai and Chan Chon "Oli" Kien — a pan-Southeast Asian squad drawing from Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia. The roster is not finished: Xipto is still openly searching for a coach, so the team currently has no dedicated drafter.
It is one of the biggest moves of the post-TI shuffle so far, and it puts one of the region's most decorated carries back on an org contract for the first time since April.
The roster, and where each player came from
Liquipedia lists all five players as joining Xipto Esports on 31 August 2026. Their situations immediately before the move:
- 23savage (carry, Thailand) — last signed to Team Nemesis, which he left on 28 April 2026. He was not idle in between: he played The International 2026 Southeast Asia closed qualifier with the unsponsored stack Grind, losing 1-3 to OG on 23 June, and then represented Thailand in the ENC 2026 SEA and Oceania qualifier at the start of July.
- inYourdreaM (mid, Indonesia) — left REKONIX on 19 August 2026.
- Fbz (offlane, Indonesia) — also left REKONIX on 19 August 2026, ending a run with the org that began in July 2025.
- Q (support and captain, Thailand) — briefly on Team Nemesis in April 2026, after a long stretch through Talon Esports and Aurora Gaming.
- Oli (support, Malaysia) — last played for Aurora Gaming until 7 January 2026.
Three of the five have played together before, and not briefly. 23savage, Q and Oli all left Talon Esports on 6 November 2023 and joined Aurora Gaming as a block a week later. Xipto has rebuilt that trio and bolted on two of the Indonesians from the REKONIX roster, which broke up in the second half of August.
By career prize money it is a heavyweight group: Oli is at roughly $1.23 million, 23savage at about $874,000, Q at $573,000, Fbz at $367,000 and inYourdreaM at $126,000 — a combined total north of $3.1 million.
Why an org nobody associates with Dota is doing this
Xipto Esports was not a Dota organisation until Monday. Founded in March 2024 and based in Singapore, it built its name in VALORANT: its now-disbanded Game Changers team finished fourth at the 2024 Game Changers Championship and won Game Changers Pacific in both 2024 and 2025, and the org currently fields a Thai roster that played the VCT 2026 Pacific Stage 2 play-ins in August. Dota 2 is a new vertical entirely.
The timing is not a coincidence. In the weeks after The International, contracts expire, established orgs exit, and the players left standing are unusually available for anyone with budget. The 2026 window has already produced heavy churn: Topson and the rest of LGD's roster left the organisation in late August as their contracts ran out, per Escorenews, and Liquipedia's transfer feed has been busy since Team Spirit beat TEAM VISION 3-2 in the TI 2026 grand final on 23 August.
The catch for Xipto is the empty coach slot. A roster with no drafter is a real handicap in the first weeks of a new season, and Q is the only player on the lineup Liquipedia tags as a captain.
What they play for next
There is no immediate tier-1 obligation, and the BLAST Slam VIII qualifiers had already closed before this roster existed. The realistic first target is BLAST Slam IX, which runs fully online from 20 to 29 November — the SEA closed qualifier for it is scheduled for 12–13 September. PGL Wallachia Season 9 (17–27 September) falls in between, but Xipto has not announced entry into anything yet.
They will be playing on patch 7.41e, which Valve shipped on 30 July 2026 alongside the "Summer Scrub" ban wave and has not touched since. Valve has not dated a post-TI gameplay patch.
The bigger picture for SEA
Southeast Asia went into TI 2026 thin at the top. Talon Esports disbanded in October 2025 and BOOM Esports closed its Dota 2 division that December, taking two of the region's most established homes for tier-1 talent with them. A funded new entrant putting five known names on salaries in the first week of the shuffle is good for the region regardless of what this roster achieves.
Whether the pieces fit is the harder question. 23savage's individual ceiling has never been in doubt — he was the first player to reach both 12,000 and 13,000 solo MMR — but the Talon-into-Aurora core he is reuniting with topped out at 7th–8th at The International 2024.
