Altar of Fangs is the new dungeon added to the Mythic+ pool in WoW Midnight Season 2, and it is the only key in the rotation that ends on Zul'jan — the boss who drops the Mythic+ mount The Writhing Brood. An Altar of Fangs Mythic+ boost at timesaver.gg starts at $11.99 for a +2 and runs up to +13 for rating pushes. You pick the key level and the number of runs; we bring a full team and finish the dungeon on your character.
What's included
Every order includes a completed Altar of Fangs run at the key level you chose, with the end-of-dungeon chest and all Mistcrests it awards.
- Any key level from +2 to +13, from $11.99 per run;
- Between 1 and 20 runs on one order, so you can chain the whole week in a single purchase;
- The end-of-dungeon chest, your Mistcrests, and a Great Vault Mythic+ slot per run;
- Optional timer guaranteed — we re-run at our cost if the key is not timed;
- The Altar of Fangs teleport at +10 and above;
- Self-play, piloted or self-play remote, plus Express queue priority.
Key levels and what each one pays
An Altar of Fangs key pays 295 item level at +2 and 311 at +10, and rewards stop scaling above +10.
| Key level | End of dungeon | Great Vault | Mistcrest |
|---|---|---|---|
| +2 to +3 | 295 | 305 | Champion |
| +4 | 298 | 308 | Hero |
| +5 | 302 | 308 | Hero |
| +6 | 305 | 311 | Hero |
| +7 to +9 | 305-308 | 315 | Hero (+9 Myth) |
| +10 and above | 311 | 318 | Myth |
The dungeon runs through the Vaults of Atal'Utek and ends on Zul'jan, who performs the Ritual of the Fang with the Fang of Ula'tek. Wowhead's Altar of Fangs dungeon overview has the full pull-by-pull route. Two dungeon-specific achievements sit on this key: Mythic: Altar of Fangs and Keystone Hero: Altar of Fangs.
Loot and item level
Altar of Fangs drops item level 295 to 311 in the end-of-dungeon chest, and up to 318 from the Great Vault at +10 and above.
Both the chest and the vault cap at +10 — a +12 and a +10 pay identical gear and identical crests, so anything above +10 is bought for Mythic+ rating, not for loot. Crests follow the key: Champion Mistcrests at +2 to +3, Hero Mistcrests at +4 to +8, and Myth Mistcrests at +9 and up, with a weekly cap of 100 per crest type. Eight completed keys in a week fill all three Mythic+ Great Vault slots, and the vault pays one difficulty band above the chest.
Options explained
Four options change what you receive, and three of them change the price.
- Keystone level — sets the gear band and the crest type. Buy +10 for loot, +11 and above only for rating.
- Number of runs — 1 to 20. Eight runs is the number that fills the Mythic+ side of the vault.
- Timer guaranteed — adds 20% and guarantees a timed key, which is what actually moves rating and upgrades your own keystone.
- Rank One team — adds 30% and assigns the roster we use for high-key work, for the fastest and cleanest runs at +10 and above.
Self-play, piloted or remote
Three completion methods are available and self-play is the default.
Self-play means you log in and play your own character in the group while our team carries the dungeon — nobody else touches your account. Piloted means our booster plays your character for you; it is the option to pick if you cannot make a raid-night window. Self-play remote keeps your own client under your control through remote-desktop software and costs 30% more. Everything is played manually — no bots, no automation, no third-party software on your machine.
Requirements
You need a level 90 character on a retail WoW Midnight account, EU or US region.
Mythic+ has no lockout, so Altar of Fangs can be run as many times as you like in a week. For self-play you need to be available at the scheduled time; for piloted runs we ask for account access for the duration of the order. Your character does not need a keystone of its own — we bring the key unless you specifically want yours upgraded, in which case pick timer guaranteed and tell us at checkout. PC only. The Mythic+ week resets Tuesday 15:00 UTC in the US and Oceania and Wednesday 04:00 UTC in Europe.
How long it takes
A single Altar of Fangs run takes 25 to 40 minutes depending on key level.
Low keys from +2 to +6 are quick and are usually chained back to back, so an eight-run vault fill is a single evening's work. Keys at +10 and above take longer because the affix load is heavier and the team plays for the timer rather than the clear. Orders start once a team is assembled; Express moves you to the front of the queue for 20% more and Super Express assigns our fastest roster for 40% more.
