The Coiled Isle is the zone added to WoW Midnight in patch 12.1 "Curse of Ula'tek", live since 11 August 2026, and it carries its own zone skill tree. It is gated behind the 12.1 story chain. At timesaver.gg a booster runs that chain for you and the island opens on your character for $4.50.
