How the gear is picked
For every slot we score each item you can get at that level by your spec’s stat weights and pick the highest score. Only quest rewards, dungeon boss drops, drops from a specific mob, vendor items and crafted gear count; random world drops, raid gear, PvP and reputation rewards and profession-only items are left out. If no item adds anything for the spec, the slot says No clear upgrade.
Every item links to its WoW Forever page on Wowhead. Pair your gear with a build from the WoW Forever talent calculator, and see every boss drop in the WoW Forever dungeon loot tables.
