How talents work in WoW Forever

Talents open at level 10 and you earn one point per level, so a level 60 character has 51 points. Each row of a tree unlocks after 5 more points in that tree, and some talents also need another talent at full rank first. The calculator enforces both rules, so every build you make here is one you can train in game.

Forever keeps the classic structure but moves the one-point milestone talents: they sit at 11, 16, 21 and 31 points, with 16 points new to Forever. To respec, visit a class trainer in a major city; Dual Specialization unlocks at level 40. Source: Blizzard class deep dive.
