PoE2 Temporalis Price (0.5): Why the Teleport Chase Robe Costs ~4,000 Divine, How Much It Fell & How to Afford One

Mira Vance
Mira Vance
PoE2 Temporalis Silk Robe unique body armour — the cooldown-reduction chase item worth ~4,000 Divine

A Temporalis costs about 3,985 Divine Orbs today — roughly 1.68 million Exalted, or close to a full Mirror of Kalandra. That makes the Temporalis Silk Robe the single most expensive equippable item in Path of Exile 2 0.5 (Runes of Aldur), sitting behind only raw Mirror-tier currency. It has also fallen about 10% in Divine terms in the last ten days (from ~4,400 Divine on July 11), so if you're pricing one to sell — or saving up to buy — the number is moving. This guide gives you the live price with conversions, explains why a single chest piece is worth a near-mirror sum, flags the legacy vs. nerfed variant split, and lays out the cheapest realistic way to actually afford one.

Quick answer: how much is Temporalis worth in PoE2 0.5?

  • Current price (2026-07-21, Runes of Aldur softcore): ~3,985 Divine1.68 million Exalted29,700 Chaos. Round it to "just under 4,000 Divine."
  • 10 days ago (July 11): ~4,400 Divine (~2.4M Exalted). It's down ~10% in Divine terms, and roughly 30% in Exalted terms because the Divine Orb itself deflated hard (~545 → ~422 Exalted per Divine) over the same window.
  • For scale: a Mirror of Kalandra is ~4,832 Divine, so Temporalis is about 82% of a Mirror. It's roughly 10x a Mageblood (~385 Divine) and ~42x a Headhunter (~95 Divine).
  • Liquidity is thin. Only a low-hundreds count of Temporalis exist listed at any time (vs. thousands of Magebloods), so prices are set by a handful of sellers and swing more than a liquid item.
  • Legacy premium: pre-nerf copies with the old -(4 to 2) seconds cooldown roll trade above the current-version number — treat them as a separate item (details below).

Currency exchange rates used here (poe2scout, 2026-07-21): 1 Divine = ~422 Exalted = ~7.45 Chaos; 1 Chaos = ~56.7 Exalted. Chase-item prices move daily — always re-check [poe.ninja / poe2scout] before you buy or list.

The short version: Temporalis is expensive because it's a build-defining cooldown enabler with a deliberately punishing, near-deathless-only drop — and GGG has already nerfed it once, which caps how much cheaper it gets. Let's break that down.

What is Temporalis and why does it cost so much?

Temporalis is a Unique Silk Robe (an Energy Shield body armour), and its numbers come straight from the in-game item. Verified against poe2db:

  • Base: Silk Robe, item level 82, requires Level 64 / 37 Intelligence, ~174 Energy Shield.
  • Fixed mods: +(100–150) to maximum Energy Shield · +(10–20)% to all Elemental Resistances · (5–30)% of Damage taken Recouped as Life · (5–30)% of Damage taken Recouped as Mana · "Skills have -(2 to 1) seconds to Cooldown."
  • Flavour text: "The final element the tale-women mastered was Time itself."

The energy shield and resistances are pleasant filler. Nobody pays 4,000 Divine for those. The entire value is in one line: Skills have -2 to -1 seconds to Cooldown.

The cooldown mod is a game-breaker

That reduction is a flat subtraction, not a percentage, and it's applied before any Cooldown Recovery Rate. It rolls in 0.01-second steps, with a perfect roll hitting -2.00 seconds. The one hard rule: it cannot reduce a skill's cooldown below 0.1 seconds (100ms).

For big-cooldown spells that's a modest boost. But for short-cooldown movement and trigger skills — Blink being the poster child — a -2s reduction slams them straight into that 0.1s floor. The result is the community "autobomber" archetype: you effectively spam a blink/teleport skill on a near-zero cooldown, turning into the "teleporting god" build that made Temporalis famous (and briefly, notorious). Pair it with a Fox-idol-style setup and you get one of the highest-mobility, highest-clear-speed playstyles in the game.

That kind of "this item changes how the game is played" power is exactly what commands mirror-adjacent prices — the same reason Mageblood and Headhunter sit where they do.

Why is Temporalis so rare? The deathless-only drop

Zarokh, the Temporal, the Trial of the Sekhemas boss that is the only source of Temporalis in PoE2

Price follows supply, and Temporalis has one of the tightest supply pipelines in PoE2. It is drop-restricted and cannot be created with an Orb of Chance or crafted — there is exactly one source:

It drops only from Zarokh, the Temporal, and only when you complete a Level 80+ Trial of the Sekhemas run using The Last Flame relic.

The Last Flame is the catch. Placed on the Relic Altar at the start of a run, it sets your Maximum Honour to 1 — which in practice means a no-hit clear across all four floors. Take a single point of Honour damage and the run is over. The relic is also destroyed on use and can't be slotted below Trial level 80. So every Temporalis in the economy represents a deathless, high-level Sekhemas clear by someone good enough (or carried well enough) to pull it off. Tiny, skill-gated supply + build-defining demand = a near-mirror price. For the full acquisition walkthrough, see our Temporalis how-to-get guide.

Temporalis price chart: conversions and context

ReferenceIn DivineIn ExaltedNotes
Temporalis (today, 0.5)~3,985 Div~1.68M Ex≈ 29,700 Chaos; thin liquidity
Temporalis (July 11)~4,400 Div~2.4M Exdown ~10% in Divine terms since

Two things to read off this table. First, Temporalis is in a tier of its own among wearable gear — nothing else you equip comes close, and only actual Mirror currency outranks it. Second, the Exalted price is falling faster than the Divine price because the Divine Orb has been deflating against the Exalted this league (see our Divine Orb price guide). If you hold your savings in Divine, Temporalis has only gotten ~10% cheaper; if you hoard Exalted, it looks ~30% cheaper. Hold Divine for chase-item saving.

Legacy vs. current Temporalis: the nerf that split the market

Here's the trap that catches buyers reading old guides. GGG nerfed the cooldown mod in 0.5.x:

  • Old (pre-nerf) roll: Skills have -(4 to 2) seconds to Cooldown.
  • Current roll: Skills have -(2 to 1) seconds to Cooldown.

Copies that dropped before the nerf keep the old, stronger -4/-2 line as a legacy variant, and they trade at a premium over freshly-dropped current-version Temporalis. When you're price-checking, a big part of the spread you see on the trade site is which version each listing is. Stale third-party guides and screenshots still show -4/-2 as if it's current — don't price off those. If you're buying to actually use it, a current-version -2s roll already floors Blink; the legacy premium is mostly a collector/edge-case tax.

Is Temporalis worth buying?

Only if your build is built around it. This is not a generic "good chest" upgrade — you're paying ~4,000 Divine for one line of text, and that line only pays off on cooldown-gated skills.

  • Worth it: autobomber / Blink-spam builds, high-end teleport-mobility characters, and any build whose damage or defense loops on a short-cooldown skill that Temporalis pushes to the 0.1s floor. For those, it's genuinely build-defining and there's no substitute.
  • Not worth it: if you just want energy shield and resistances, or your main skills have long cooldowns where -2s is marginal. You'll get far more raw power per Divine from a well-rolled rare chest plus a cheaper unique — spend the 4,000 Divine elsewhere.

A useful gut check: if removing Temporalis from your planned build barely changes it, you don't need Temporalis. If removing it deletes the build, it's worth every Divine.

Saving up for one? Temporalis is bought with stacks of Divine Orbs, and the good-value listings get sniped fast — you want the currency ready, not half-farmed. Grab PoE2 Divine Orbs at the best rate, top up bulk PoE2 currency, or skip the deathless grind entirely with a Trial of the Sekhemas / boss carry.

How to afford Temporalis: buy vs. self-farm

There are three realistic paths to a Temporalis, in rough order of how most players get there:

  • Farm the Divine, then buy the item. For 99% of players this is the fastest route. You farm currency doing what you already enjoy — mapping, Expedition, Breach, Ritual — convert to Divine via the Currency Exchange, and buy off trade. See our cheapest way to get Divine Orbs guide for the highest Divine-per-hour methods.
  • Buy the Divine outright. If your time is worth more than the grind, buying a bulk Divine stack collapses "weeks of farming" into a single top-up — then you spend it on the item. This is why the SERP for Temporalis is full of currency and carry sellers: buyers at this price point are almost never farming 4,000 Divine by hand.
  • Self-farm the drop. Possible, but brutal. You need a build that can complete a deathless Level 80+ Sekhemas run with The Last Flame, and even then Temporalis is a rare drop from that clear — most attempts give you nothing. Realistically this is only an income strategy for a handful of top-tier players, or something you pay a carry to do for you.

For nearly everyone, the honest answer is: farm or buy Divine, then buy Temporalis. The self-farm fantasy costs more in failed runs than the item costs to buy.

FAQ

How much is Temporalis in PoE2 right now? As of 2026-07-21 in Runes of Aldur softcore, a current-version Temporalis is about 3,985 Divine (~1.68 million Exalted, ~29,700 Chaos). It's down roughly 10% in Divine terms from ~4,400 Divine ten days earlier. Prices move daily on thin liquidity — re-check poe.ninja/poe2scout before buying.

Why is Temporalis so expensive? Two reasons: it's a build-defining item (its "-2 to -1 seconds to Cooldown" mod turns Blink and other short-cooldown skills into near-instant spam), and its supply is tiny because it only drops from Zarokh after a deathless Level 80+ Trial of the Sekhemas run using The Last Flame. Build-defining demand plus skill-gated supply equals a near-Mirror price.

Is Temporalis worth buying? Only if your build is designed around a short-cooldown skill it can floor (autobomber/Blink builds). For those it's irreplaceable. If you just want energy shield and resistances, or your skills have long cooldowns, you'll get more power per Divine from a good rare chest instead — spend the 4,000 Divine elsewhere.

What's the difference between the -4/-2 and -2/-1 Temporalis? GGG nerfed the cooldown roll from -(4 to 2) seconds down to -(2 to 1) seconds in 0.5.x. Copies that dropped before the nerf keep the stronger legacy -4/-2 roll and sell at a premium. When price-checking, confirm which version a listing is — old guides still show -4/-2 as current.

How do you get Temporalis without buying it? You complete a Level 80+ Trial of the Sekhemas deathless (Maximum Honour 1, via The Last Flame relic) and hope it drops from Zarokh, the Temporal — it's a rare drop even on a clean run, and it can't be Chanced or crafted. Most players farm or buy Divine and buy the item instead; a Sekhemas boss carry is the shortcut if you want the drop chance without the deathless run yourself.

How many Divine Orbs do I need for Temporalis? Budget around 4,000 Divine for a current-version copy at today's prices, more for a legacy -4/-2 roll. Because liquidity is thin and prices swing, have the full stack ready before you shop so you can snap up a fair listing when it appears.

Bottom line

Temporalis is the most expensive wearable item in PoE2 0.5 for a reason: one line of text that rewrites how a whole archetype plays, gated behind a near-deathless drop that keeps supply painfully low. At ~3,985 Divine today — and drifting down ~10% over the last ten days — it's a genuine chase item, not a casual upgrade. Buy it only if your build lives and dies on a short-cooldown skill; otherwise your Divine goes further elsewhere. And when you do pull the trigger, price the version (legacy vs. current), hold your savings in Divine, and have the stack ready before you shop.
