Quick answer: Version 3.2 does not give you one free Angels of Delusion outfit. It gives you three Outfit Selectors through the Angels Support Operation event — one per limited-time mission — and there are exactly three outfits in the pool, so a player who clears every mission ends up with all of them: Nangong Yu's Heartfelt Support, Aria's Cuteness Loading and Sunna's Delusions in Business. Two of those missions are live in Version 3.2 and the third unlocks in Version 3.3. The deadline that actually matters is not the 2026/11/30 date printed on the event: Mission 01 closes 2026/10/19 at 03:59 server time and Mission 02 closes 2026/10/20 at 03:59. Miss those and two selectors are gone even though the event page is still open.
Mission 02 — the Surprise Screening Plan check-in — opened today, 2026/09/23 at 10:00 server time. You need 14 total check-in days inside a 27-day window, so you can afford to miss up to 13 days, but not 14.

HoYoverse states the version length in its own Version 3.2 update announcement: "Version 3.2 will run for 42 days, ending on 2026/10/21 06:00 (UTC+8)." Everything below is labelled by source — first-party notice, official event graphic, or in-game item data — because on this particular event the third-party write-ups and the game disagree.
What the Angels Support Operation actually gives you
The event announcement is short and easy to misread. HoYoverse's Angels Support Operation notice says:
"The event includes three limited-time missions, which will unlock one after the other during Versions 3.2 – 3.3."
And, for the reward:
"Proxies can complete the corresponding limited-time missions to obtain an Angels of Delusion limited outfit of their choice (choose from Nangong Yu: Heartfelt Support, Aria: Cuteness Loading, or Sunna: Delusions in Business)."
Read quickly, that sentence sounds like one outfit for finishing the event, and several of the bigger aggregator write-ups have summarised it exactly that way — as "a free skin of your choice by completing the three missions." HoYoverse's own Angels of Delusion fashion graphic removes the ambiguity in a single line:
"During Versions 3.2 to 3.3, 3 limited-time missions will be unlocked progressively in the 'Angels Support Operation' event. For each corresponding limited-time mission completed, Proxies can obtain 1 Angels of Delusion Limited Outfit of their choice."
One outfit per mission. The same graphic prints a large "x3" next to the reward. In-game that reward is a discrete item — the "Angels Support Operation" Outfit Selector, item ID 963001, S rarity, described as an "Angels of Delusion limited-time Outfit selector" — and three of them drop across the event against a pool of exactly three outfits.
So the honest summary is: every mission you clear converts into one outfit, and clearing all three gets you the complete set for free. No pulls, no Monochrome.
The same graphic carries the scarcity note, and it is unusually blunt for a HoYoverse footnote: "The Angels of Delusion limited outfits will not be available in the shop after this period." These are not skins you can buy later if you sleep on the missions.
The event runs from the Version 3.2 update through 2026/11/30 03:59 server time, and you need Inter-Knot Lv. 20 plus Main Story Chapter 1 - Intermission to take part. Two warnings from the notice text itself, both worth taking literally:
- "Rewards not claimed before the end of the event will not be reissued."
- "After all rewards are claimed, the event page will be closed at 04:00 on the following day (server time)."
That second line catches people who clear a mission, forget to press claim, and come back to a closed page.

Look at the gap between those windows and the event's advertised end. The Angels Support Operation banner says the event runs until 2026/11/30. Both of the missions you can actually complete right now shut 42 and 41 days earlier respectively. If you treat 11/30 as your deadline, you will log in at the end of November to find one mission left — the Version 3.3 one — and two selectors permanently forfeited.
Version 3.2 itself ends 2026/10/21 06:00 (UTC+8), which is why both windows land a day or two before it.
Mission 01 — Clink, Clank, Pinball Knight!
This is the Version 3.2 flagship event. Per its event notice, you head to Chic Bootique and talk to Kahkiboo, who has built a pinball machine. Four themed Mission Mode stages unlock one after the other, each using different pinballs with exclusive skills and table mechanisms; clearing a Mission Mode stage unlocks its Challenge Mode counterpart with modifier bonuses.
The Angels Support Operation objective is worded "Complete all stages in the 'Clink, Clank, Pinball Knight' event" — all stages, not all commissions — so the Challenge Mode ladder is the part most people still have outstanding. Requirements are the same as the parent event: Inter-Knot Lv. 20 and Main Story Chapter 1 - Intermission.
The event also pays out Proxy accessories along the way — Meow Top Hat, Tartan Fairytale, Silvermoon Ornament, Whispered Star Wishes, Pale Night Messenger and Adventure Journal — plus Hamster Cage Passes, Polychromes and upgrade materials. Because stages unlock sequentially and the last one appeared well into the version, leaving this to the final week of the window is the most common way to lose selector number one.
Mission 02 — Surprise Screening Plan
This one opened today. HoYoverse's Surprise Screening Plan notice describes it as a cumulative login event:
"During the 'Surprise Screening Plan' event, accumulate login days to receive an Angels of Delusion limited outfit of your choice (choose from Nangong Yu: Heartfelt Support, Aria: Cuteness Loading, or Sunna: Delusions in Business), the event-exclusive avatar 'Eous's New Avatar', Polychromes, and more!"
The Angels Support Operation mission board puts a hard number on it: "Sign in for a total of 14 days." The window runs 2026/09/23 10:00 to 2026/10/20 03:59, which is 27 calendar days of coverage. That is 13 days of slack — generous, but it is cumulative login days, so a two-week holiday in the middle of it is genuinely fatal.
The entry bar here is far lower than the parent event: Inter-Knot Lv. 5 and the Event feature unlocked in the Main Story Prologue "The Hare and the Proxy." A brand-new account created this week can clear Mission 02 and claim a free S-rarity outfit without touching endgame content.
The same claim-it-or-lose-it rule applies: after you hit the cumulative login thresholds, you still have to open the Surprise Screening Plan page and claim the rewards.
Mission 03 — Version 3.3
HoYoverse has marked this "Coming Soon" and confirmed only that it unlocks during Version 3.3. No mission objective and no date have been announced. Anything you read specifying what Mission 03 asks for is a guess. What is confirmed is that the Angels Support Operation event stays open until 2026/11/30 03:59, which is comfortably inside Version 3.3's run, so the third selector is not going anywhere as long as you claim it before then. Which of the three outfits should you pick first?
If you are going to clear all three missions, the order does not matter — you end up with the full set. If you expect to clear only one or two, pick by who you actually field.

One detail that changes the maths for newer accounts, stated plainly in both event notices — this wording from the Surprise Screening Plan one: "Proxies who do not yet own Sunna, Aria, or Nangong Yu can still claim the outfit." Once obtained it sits in that Agent's outfits menu waiting for you. So there is no reason to skip a selector because you do not have the character — claim it and bank it.
There is a timing wrinkle worth knowing if you want to use the Heartfelt Support outfit soon. Nangong Yu is currently on her Axiom of Captivation rerun channel, which runs alongside Claret's Bloodmoon Rising in Phase I and closes 2026/09/30 at 11:59 server time per HoYoverse's banner notice. Free versus paid: what Version 3.2 is actually charging for
It is easy to lose track of which outfits in a version are free and which are not, so here is the contrast. Alongside the three free Angels of Delusion outfits, Version 3.2's store update added a paid one. From the New Stock in the Store notice:
"Lucy's Princess on Holiday outfit will be permanently available in Store - Today's Outfit for Monochrome ×980."
Note the word permanently. Lucy's outfit is a standing store item you can buy whenever. The three Angels of Delusion outfits are the opposite: free, but attached to missions with hard cut-off dates and explicitly flagged as not reissued. The scarcity is entirely on the free ones, which is the reverse of most players' instincts.
Who are the Angels of Delusion?
The Angels of Delusion — abbreviated A.O.D in-game — are an underground idol group operating out of the 404 Livehouse in New Eridu, attached to the faction 404 Error. Their tagline is "Angels of Delusion, bringing your sweetest dreams to life!"
- Nangong Yu is the captain and lead dancer, fighting with a giant mace.
- Aria is the lead vocalist and the group's public face, a robot with four pink pigtails.
- Sunna is the composer.
- Cecilia is the group's teacher and manager, and Bubblegum is Sunna's pet. Neither is playable.
- Their combat Bangboo is Biggest Fan.
The Version 3.2 event framing leans on the idol angle directly. The Angels Support Operation blurb reads: "Next stop: the live venue to make all Delulus' hearts skip a beat!" — and all three outfits are variations on the same pink stage-costume theme, which is why they read as a set rather than three unrelated skins. How many free outfits can I get from the Angels Support Operation? Three. Each of the three limited-time missions rewards one "Angels Support Operation" Outfit Selector, and the selector pool contains exactly three outfits — Heartfelt Support, Cuteness Loading and Delusions in Business. Two of those missions are available in Version 3.2 and the third unlocks in Version 3.3.
Do I need to own Nangong Yu, Aria or Sunna to claim their outfit?
