It is one of the two items needed to reach The Labyrinth. Entry is a transit from the Shoreline health resort and requires both the Labrys access keycard and the Knossos LLC facility key.

How are keycards delivered?plus

It is an ordinary in-game trade. A courier meets you in raid or hands the item over through a trade, with no public flea listing tied to your account and no account access required. Escape from Tarkov now runs three separate profiles — PvP Zone, PvE Zone and the seasonal PvP Season character introduced with patch 1.1.0 on 3 August 2026. They have separate economies and separate flea markets, so tell us which profile the delivery is for when you order.
