Engineering Leveling

Buy WoW TBC Anniversary Engineering Leveling

  • 1 - 375
  • Epic Goggles
  • Gnomish or Goblin

Engineering 1-375 is $63.27, or $25.04 for 300-375.

The reason to level it: the epic goggles at 350. They are Bind on Pickup, there is one for every role, and only an engineer can wear them — Destruction Holo-gogs, Powerheal 4000 Lens, Deathblow X11 Goggles, Surestrike Goggles v2.0, Tankatronic Goggles, Furious Gizmatic Goggles, Justicebringer 2000 Specs, Gadgetstorm Goggles, Wonderheal XT40 Shades and Magnified Moon Specs.

The step nobody mentions: 370 to 375 is gated behind a schematic that drops from Gan'arg Analyzers in Blade's Edge Mountains. No trainer sells it, and you need flying to farm it. Any service that quotes you a clean trainer path to 375 has not actually done the grind.

Gnomish or Goblin is chosen at 200 skill. It is not permanent — you can unlearn and take the other branch, but you lose every recipe of the one you drop and have to relearn them. Gnomish adds the Gnomish Power Goggles and Battle Goggles at 375 and the Nigh-Invulnerability Belt at 350.

Budget for bars. 250-300 eats around 126 Thorium with nothing usable to show for it, and the Outland stretch runs through roughly 270 Fel Iron Bars — in practice more, because Fel Iron Casings grey out faster than the guides admit.

Pair it with Mining. Nearly every schematic consumes bars, and the Zapthrottle Mote Extractor works in mining zones.

Frequently asked questions

  • The Bind on Pickup epic goggles at 350 skill. There is one for each role and only engineers can equip them, so they cannot be bought or traded.

  • No. You choose at 200 skill and can switch later, but you lose every recipe from the branch you abandon and must relearn them.

  • It is gated behind a schematic that drops from Gan'arg Analyzers in Blade's Edge Mountains. No trainer sells it, and reaching them needs flying.

  • In practice yes. Almost every schematic consumes bars, so without Mining you are buying the entire ore cost off the auction house.
