Before the dailies open at all you need the opening chain from Mordenai in the Netherwing Fields — Kindness, Seek Out Neltharaku, Neltharaku’s Tale, Infiltrating Dragonmaw Fortress, To Netherwing Ledge!, The Force of Neltharaku, Karynaku, Zuluhed the Whacked and Ally of the Netherwing. That is roughly 42,000 reputation of ground covered before a single daily.
Flying is a hard requirement. You cannot reach the Ledge without a flying mount, and 300 riding skill is needed to progress past Neutral or to ride a drake once you have it. If your character does not have it, order epic flying first.
