Gamer Robot has confirmed that Blox Fruits gets a Halloween event this year. On October 17, 2026 the developers published The Blox Bulletin #025, titled "Doors Reopen, a Witch's New Brews, Haunted Collections, and Something Burning Below...". It confirms trick-or-treating is coming back, the Potion Witch is returning with new potions, there's a brand-new Spooky Gacha, and a fire-covered creature is waiting behind burning doors.
This guide sorts what the developers have actually said from what's still rumor. It also covers how last year's Halloween event worked, since most of it is coming back, and what to do before the update drops.
Quick answer: The Blox Fruits Halloween update 2026 is set for Halloween, October 31, 2026, according to the official Blox Bulletin #025. No exact time has been announced yet. Last year's event went live at 15:00 UTC on October 31, 2025 and ran until November 30, 2025 (official Roblox event listing). Confirmed for 2026: trick-or-treating doors and the Harvest Moon return, new mini-games, living Jack O' Lantern enemies, the Potion Witch with last year's potions plus two new ones, a Spooky Gacha run by Zioles that takes Spooky Tokens, and a new flame-wreathed boss behind burning doors. A Venom or Shadow rework is not mentioned in the bulletin.
Everything below was checked against the official bulletin, the Blox Fruits Fandom wiki and Roblox's own APIs on October 20, 2026. When we checked, Blox Fruits had 122,483 concurrent players on the Roblox Games API (universe 994732206, pulled 07:29 UTC). The live build is still the Update 30 "Magnet + Sea 1" version, last updated October 11, 2026.

When does the Blox Fruits Halloween update 2026 come out?
October 31, 2026, which is a Saturday. The bulletin's opening story says it plainly: "So on Halloween, make sure to gather your friends, and get ready for another haunting celebration!"
The exact launch time isn't confirmed yet. Here's what we know and what to expect:
| Detail | Halloween 2025 (Update 28) | Halloween 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Teaser bulletin | — | Blox Bulletin #025, Oct 17, 2026 |
| Launch date | Oct 31, 2025 | Oct 31, 2026 (bulletin: "on Halloween") |
| Launch time | 15:00 UTC (11 AM EDT) | Not announced |
| Event end | Nov 30, 2025, 17:00 UTC | Not announced |
| Official Roblox event listing | "🎃TRICK-OR-TREAT EVENT🎃" | Not posted yet (checked Oct 20, 07:30 UTC) |
The 2025 times come from Blox Fruits' official event listing on Roblox's events API, which also listed last year's event as "Halloween Event + Tiger". A 15:00 UTC start would match last year, but it isn't confirmed. We'll update this page as soon as the official listing appears.
One thing to keep in mind: Gamer Robot hasn't given this update a number. The wiki's update list currently ends at Update 30, but any site calling it "Update 31" or "Update 32 Halloween" is guessing.
What's confirmed in the Blox Bulletin #025?
The bulletin has four in-universe stories. Here's what each one actually confirms, in plain terms:
1. Trick-or-treating is back. "Strange doors have begun appearing throughout the towns once again. With the return of the Harvest Moon, players can indulge in some trick-or-treating!" The bulletin also says "plenty of familiar faces are expected to return" along with "even more strange encounters." So last year's door system is coming back with new rooms added.
2. New mini-games and living pumpkins. Players will be "challenged to all sorts of unusual games," including "creatures running down hallways" and "a mysterious deck of Tarot cards." The Jack O' Lanterns this year are "alive!", so expect pumpkin enemies around the towns.
3. The Potion Witch returns with two new potions. "Last year's brews have returned, along with two new concoctions." The names of the two new potions haven't been revealed.
4. A new Spooky Gacha. "Zioles has opened a Spooky Gacha, and he's only accepting Spooky Tokens." Rewards listed: free potions, new accessories, profile backgrounds and a mystery grand prize. Zioles is the name of the Blox Fruit Gacha NPC, who moved to Middle Town in Update 30.
5. A new fire boss. The last story says residents have "vanished without a trace" near "doors surrounded by an unnatural flame," with "a towering creature wreathed in flame" waiting inside. Then: "Last year's Werewolf may have been the least of our worries." The name and level haven't been announced.
How did the Blox Fruits Halloween event work last year?
Since trick-or-treating and the Potion Witch are both returning, last year's event is the best guide to what you'll actually be doing. Halloween 2025 shipped as Update 28, the "Tiger Update", on October 31, 2025. It reworked Leopard into Tiger and added the Werewolf mutation. Here's how it played out, per the wiki's Trick or Treating, Unbound Werewolf and Halloween Gacha Dealer pages.
Harvest Moon and trick-or-treating
The Harvest Moon started every hour at XX:00 UTC and lasted 10 minutes. While it was up, you could knock on doors outside buildings in all three Seas. Each door was either a treat (Candy Corn) or a trick that summoned enemies. Last year's trick rooms included:
| Room | Enemies summoned | Candy Corn per kill (total) |
|---|---|---|
| Cursed Skeleton | 4 Cursed Skeletons | 3 (12) |
| Necromancer | 4 Vampires | 6 (24) |
| Gorilla King | 4 Gorillas | 8 (32) |
| Red Commander | 4 Oni Soldiers | 11 (44) |
| Rip Commander | 4 Celestial Soldiers | 11 (44) |
| Yeti | 4 Snowmen | 12 (48) |
Refusing the developer NPC rip_return at his door spawned him as a Lv. 2800 boss with four lives. He used Ice, Blizzard and Yeti moves and dropped 50 Candy Corn.
The Unbound Werewolf raid boss
Some doors opened a portal to the Observatory, where the Unbound Werewolf spawned. It was a Lv. 3000 raid boss with 215,000 HP. It dropped 400 Candy Corn, a Candy Concoction potion, and 75,000 Bounty/Honor if yours was under 2.5M. This is the slot the new flame creature seems to be taking over. The bulletin directly compares the two.
Candy Corn and the Halloween Gacha
Candy Corn was last year's currency, with a 5,000 cap. You spent it at the Halloween Gacha Dealer: 500 Candy Corn per spin, up to 4 spins an hour. The prize pool included material boxes, Money, Fragments, 15 minutes of 2x EXP, random physical fruits, the Full Moon and Halloween Tapestry profile backgrounds, two limited Mythical accessories (Pumpkin Mask and Coven Witch Hat), and the grand prize, a physical Werewolf fruit.
For 2026, the bulletin names Spooky Tokens as the gacha currency and doesn't mention Candy Corn at all. Don't count on last year's Candy Corn numbers carrying over.
What potions does the Potion Witch sell?
The bulletin says last year's potions are coming back. Per the wiki's Witch page, in 2025 she stood in Middle Town (First Sea), the Café (Second Sea) and outside the Mansion (Third Sea). She sold throwable AoE potions paid for with fishing materials:
| Potion | Effect | 2025 price |
|---|---|---|
| Disguise Elixir | Turns nearby players into a random boss | 1 Fish Tail + 1 Common fish |
| Suspicious Growth Potion | Randomly grows or shrinks nearby players | 1 Radioactive Material + 1 Uncommon fish |
| Big Head Elixir | Makes nearby players' heads bigger | 1 Common + 1 Uncommon fish |
| Pumpkin Potion | Puts a pumpkin on nearby players' heads | 1 Bone + 1 Rare fish |
| Lava Bomb Elixir | Magma puddle that deals AoE damage | 1 Gunpowder + Common, Uncommon and Rare fish |
| Monster Mash Elixir | Makes nearby players dance the Monster Mash | 30 Ectoplasm + 1 Common fish |
A seventh potion, Candy Concoction, wasn't sold. It dropped from the Unbound Werewolf and gave Candy Corn. Two new 2026 potions are confirmed but haven't been named. Prices for 2026 aren't confirmed either, but if they're still paid in fish, it's worth stocking up on Common, Uncommon and Rare fish now.

Who is the new fire boss?
Officially, all we have is the description: a "towering creature wreathed in flame" behind doors with "an unnatural flame." The bulletin tells players to "stay clear of any doors engulfed in strange flames", which suggests special burning doors you'll find while trick-or-treating, much like last year's Werewolf portal.
There's one unofficial clue. In the bulletin page's own code, the developers call this section the "Hellrider" story. That's an internal label, not an announced boss name, so treat it as a hint only. Its level, HP, drops and whether it's a raid boss are all unknown. If it follows last year's pattern, expect a high-level boss you'll want a group for, and a drop table that feeds the new gacha.
Is the Venom or Shadow rework coming with Halloween?
Not as far as the developers have said. Several leak sites are promoting a Venom rework or a Shadow rework for this update. None of that is in Bulletin #025. The bulletin covers trick-or-treating, mini-games, pumpkins, potions, the Spooky Gacha and the fire boss. It doesn't mention a single fruit.
The Venom hype is already moving the trade market anyway. In r/bloxfruits this week, a reply to an "Is Venom rework still coming?" thread said Venom's "value and demand is going up just cus of that even with no actual confirmation." That's one player's read of the market, not a measured price move, but it's a real risk if you trade. Paying a rework premium for Venom right now means betting on something the developers haven't announced. Check our Blox Fruits value list before you overpay.
Halloween has brought new fruits before. The 2021 event added Revive and Shadow, 2023 reworked Revive into Ghost, and 2025 turned Leopard into Tiger. So a fruit surprise is possible. It just isn't confirmed.
How should you prepare for the Blox Fruits Halloween event?
The event launches on a Saturday, and if the Harvest Moon keeps last year's schedule it will only last 10 minutes an hour. Being ready on day one matters. Here's the checklist:
- Get your level up now. Last year's raid boss was Lv. 3000 and rip_return was Lv. 2800. You can still trick-or-treat at lower levels, but the bosses and their big drops are built for max-level players. Our Blox Fruits level 3000 guide has the fastest route, and our best grinding fruits tier list still ranks Buddha as the top grinder.
- Stock fishing materials. Last year Witch potions were paid in fish, usually plus a material (Fish Tail, Radioactive Material, Bones, Gunpowder or Ectoplasm). If the returning potions are priced the same way, a full inventory saves you event time.
- Plan around XX:00 UTC. If the Harvest Moon keeps last year's schedule, every event hour starts on the hour. Be in a populated town in your Sea a minute early.
- Bring a group. Last year's raid boss had 215,000 HP and despawned if it wasn't killed in time, and the bulletin says to "gather your friends."
- Know your fruit for a fire boss. We don't know the boss's resistances yet, so don't buy a fruit just for it before launch. Wait for the first kill videos.
- Hold off on hype trades. Don't trade into Venom or Shadow on rework rumors, and don't price unknown Spooky Gacha accessories until the drop rates are known. Our Blox Fruits trading guide covers the most common trade scams.
Players who came back for Tiger last year should also read our Tiger fruit guide. Werewolf is still a Tiger mutation, and the wiki lists it at 1,500 Robux from the Tiger mutation menu if you own permanent Tiger.
