Accurate as of October 17, 2026 — Last Chance Qualifier day 1 complete. Sources: Supercell's official World Finals format and ticketing posts, plus Liquipedia's BSC 2026 brackets. We will update the two LCQ slots after the qualifier ends on October 18.
The 2026 Brawl Stars World Finals is the last event of the Brawl Stars Championship (BSC) season. 12 teams play in Tokyo from November 20–22, 2026 for a $1,000,000 USD prize pool and the Thomas Lyte trophy. Ten spots are already filled. The last two are being decided this weekend at the Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) in Guangzhou, China, which started today. This guide covers every confirmed team, both groups, the three-day format, the full prize split, tickets, and how to watch. It also covers what last year's final in Stockholm suggests about who wins in Tokyo.
Quick answer (TLDR): The Brawl Stars World Finals 2026 runs November 20–22, 2026 at Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium, with 12 teams, 24 matches and a $1,000,000 prize pool. The winner gets 45% ($450,000) (Supercell, Liquipedia). Tribe, Bounty Hunters, ZETA Division and FUT Esports go straight to the playoffs as regional #1 seeds. HMBLE, RED Canids, Totem Esports, Crazy Raccoon, Team Elektros and NOVO Esports start in the Friday group stage. Two more teams will come from the LCQ (October 17–18, Guangzhou), where Team Heretics and NAVI won their groups on day 1. Crazy Raccoon are the defending champions: they beat HMBLE in the 2025 final in Stockholm and took $400,000. Shows start at 12:00 JST each day. You can watch on the official Brawl Stars Esports YouTube and Twitch channels or at event.brawlstars.com.

Supercell's format announcement lists the official details:
| Detail | 2026 World Finals |
|---|---|
| Dates | Friday Nov 20 – Sunday Nov 22, 2026 |
| City / venue | Tokyo, Japan — Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium (Tōkyō Taiikukan) |
| Teams | 12 |
| Matches | 24 across three days |
| Prize pool | $1,000,000 USD |
| Trophy | Thomas Lyte trophy |
| Organizers | Supercell with BLAST (BLAST took over BSC operations from ESL for 2026) |
| Doors / show start | Doors 10:00 JST, show 12:00 JST, every day |
Time-zone cheat sheet: 12:00 JST is 03:00 UTC. That's the official arena show start; Supercell hasn't published separate broadcast or Grand Final start times yet. If the stream starts with the show, it goes live around 10 PM ET / 7 PM PT the evening before (for example, Thursday night Nov 19 in the US for Friday's group stage), 03:00 GMT in the UK and 06:00 Moscow time. The Grand Final is the last match on Sunday, but its exact start time hasn't been announced.
This is the eighth annual World Finals, according to Liquipedia, and it moves from Stockholm (2025) to Tokyo. Supercell called it "the biggest event in Brawl Stars history" in its ticketing announcement.
Which teams have qualified for the 2026 World Finals?
Qualification follows BSC points earned from regional Monthly Finals placements across the season. EMEA gets four slots (one of them earned at the Brawl Cup). North America, South America and East Asia get two each, and two teams come from the LCQ.
Directly to the Playoffs (regional #1 seeds)
Rosters are from Liquipedia's participant list.
| Team | Region / seed | Roster |
|---|---|---|
| FUT Esports | EMEA #1 | Angelboy, Guesti, Nob? |
| Bounty Hunters | South America #1 | Prozy, Portox, Wesley |
| ZETA Division | East Asia #1 | Sitetampo, Sizuku, Batman |
| Tribe | North America #1 | Lxffy, Diegogamer, RBM |
Group A (Friday, Nov 20)
| Team | Seed |
|---|---|
| HMBLE | EMEA #2 |
| RED Canids | South America #2 |
| Totem Esports | EMEA #3 |
| LCQ #2 | Decided Oct 18 |
Group B (Friday, Nov 20)
| Team | Seed |
|---|---|
| Crazy Raccoon | East Asia #2 |
| Team Elektros | North America #2 |
| NOVO Esports | EMEA #4 |
| LCQ #1 | Decided Oct 18 |
The seeding matters a lot. The four regional #1 seeds skip Friday completely. The defending champions, Crazy Raccoon, finished second in East Asia behind ZETA Division this season. That means the 2025 winners have to survive a four-team group just to reach the bracket, and so does 2025 runner-up HMBLE, the EMEA #2 seed.
What's happening at the Last Chance Qualifier (Oct 17–18)?
The BSC 2026 Last Chance Qualifier is an offline event at the South China Agricultural University Sports Centre in Guangzhou. Eight teams play for two Tokyo spots plus an $18,000 prize pool (3rd place takes $6,000). The format mirrors the World Finals: two four-team GSL groups that start on October 17 and finish with their deciders on the morning of October 18, then a four-team double-elimination playoff later on day 2. The upper-bracket winner and the lower-bracket winner both qualify.
Day 1 results (October 17), per Liquipedia's LCQ match pages:
- Group A: Team Heretics beat Ace Xero 3–0, then KDS Esports 3–1, to win the group. KDS Esports edged FUT Esports Academy 3–2 in the opener. FUT Esports Academy eliminated Ace Xero 3–1.
- Group B: NAVI beat LOUD 3–1, then SKCalalas EA 3–2, to win the group. SKCalalas EA beat TOC 3–2. LOUD swept TOC 3–0 to eliminate them.
Day 2 (October 18, China Standard Time): the group deciders are SKCalalas EA vs LOUD (14:00) and KDS Esports vs FUT Esports Academy (15:00). The winners join Team Heretics and NAVI in the playoffs, which run from 16:00 to the final at 20:00 CST. Each match is a best-of-5 in sets, and each set is a best-of-3 on one map. The LCQ map pool includes Hard Rock Mine (Gem Grab), Pinhole Punt (Brawl Ball), Out in the Open (Knockout), Ring of Fire (Hot Zone), Kaboom Canyon (Heist) and Hideout (Bounty). Each round locks one mode out.
The full LCQ field and how each team got there:
| Team | How they qualified |
|---|---|
| Team Heretics | EMEA leaderboard #5 |
| NAVI | EMEA leaderboard #6 |
| KDS Esports | North America #3 |
| LOUD | South America #3 |
| SKCalalas EA | East Asia #3 |
| TOC | Chinese Mainland Finals #1 |
| Ace Xero | Chinese Mainland Finals #2 |
| FUT Esports Academy | Challengers Finals winner |
How does the World Finals format work?
Friday — Group Stage. Eight teams are split into two GSL groups of four. Each group starts with two opening matches. The winners meet in a winners' match, and the losers play an elimination match. A decider then settles the second qualifier. Two teams advance from each group, and two go home on day one. Every match is a best-of-5 of best-of-3 sets.
Saturday — Playoffs begin. The four group qualifiers join the four regional #1 seeds in an 8-team double-elimination bracket. One loss drops a team to the lower bracket. A second loss ends their season.
Sunday — Championship Day. Five more best-of-5 matches lead into the Grand Final, which is a best-of-7. As Supercell puts it: "The Grand Final will be played as a best-of-seven, with the Upper Bracket team starting with a 1-0 advantage." That one-set head start is a big edge. A lower-bracket team needs four set wins, while the upper-bracket team needs three.
How is the $1,000,000 prize pool split?
Liquipedia's prize table for the 2026 World Finals breaks it down like this:
| Place | Share | Prize |
|---|---|---|
| 1st | 45% | $450,000 |
| 2nd | 20% | $200,000 |
| 3rd | 10% | $100,000 |
| 4th | 8% | $80,000 |
| 5th–6th | 4% each | $40,000 |
| 7th–8th | 2% each | $20,000 |
| 9th–10th | 1.5% each | $15,000 |
| 11th–12th | 1% each | $10,000 |
The pool is the same as in 2025, but it's more top-heavy. Last year's champion got 40% ($400,000) out of a 16-team field. This year there are 12 teams, and the winner gets 45%, which is $50,000 more for first place.
Who won the Brawl Stars World Finals last year?
Crazy Raccoon won the 2025 World Finals (Liquipedia) at Stockholmsmässan in Stockholm (November 28–30, 2025). They beat HMBLE in the final, and Milkreo was named Grand Final MVP. CR took $400,000, HMBLE took $200,000, and SK Gaming and Revenant XSpark tied for 3rd–4th. Plenty of this year's field played in Stockholm too: Totem Esports, LOUD and FUT Esports finished 5th–8th, NOVO Esports and Tribe Gaming 9th–12th, and SKCalalas, Team Heretics and ZETA Division 13th–16th.

Who are the favorites to win in Tokyo?
This is our read of the bracket, not a guarantee. Brawl Stars esports is volatile, and a single map draft can flip a series.
- Crazy Raccoon (defending champion): They have the strongest recent title résumé in the field, and Milkreo is still on the roster. But they have to get through Group B first, and East Asia's #1 seed went to ZETA this year, not CR.
- ZETA Division: They're the East Asia #1 seed and will play in front of a home crowd in Tokyo, with a direct playoff spot. Skipping Friday means fresher legs and one less chance to be knocked out.
- HMBLE: The 2025 runner-up and EMEA #2. They're likely to come out of Group A, and their experience from last year's final counts for a lot in a best-of-7.
- FUT Esports, Tribe and Bounty Hunters: All three earned regional #1 seeds by winning across a full season of Monthly Finals, which is the most reliable consistency signal in BSC.
- Dark horses: whichever LCQ team comes out of the upper bracket on Oct 18. Team Heretics and NAVI both topped their groups on day 1 without dropping a series.
How do you watch the Brawl Stars World Finals 2026?

How do you get tickets, and what do VIP packages include?
General sale opened on August 1, 2026 at 17:00 JST. There are separate links for international fans (supr.cl/BSCWF26-Tickets) and Japanese fans (eplus.jp/brawlstars) (Supercell ticketing guide). Seats are reserved, you can buy up to eight tickets per purchase, and re-entry is allowed. All three VIP tiers are 3-day packages:

What brawlers will we see in Tokyo?
The pros draft with bans, so the strongest picks in the live game usually get banned or picked first. Going into the event, the ladder meta is led by Wendy: Brawl Planet puts her at about 64.9% as of mid-October. That figure is an equally weighted average of trophy-match win rates across the six modes used in Ranked, with rotating events excluded, so it isn't Ranked or pro data. Bolt, Shade, Amber and Nori join Wendy in Dexerto's October 12 S-tier. Expect the World Finals to be played on whatever balance patch is live in mid-November. Brawl Stars rebalances every few weeks, so the pro meta in Tokyo may look different from today's ladder. If you want to copy pro drafts in your own games, start with our Brawl Stars tier list and our guide to the best brawlers for Ranked. Ranked also uses a pick-and-ban draft, so it's the closest thing to pro play on the ladder.
