Monarcha, the November 2026 Fortnite Crew skin, in her default style next to her Cosmic Legacy style

Quick answer: The November 2026 Fortnite Crew skin is Monarcha, found in the game files with v42.40 (Epic hasn't formally announced her yet), a dark-queen Outfit from the Dark Monarch Set. She arrives in the November 2026 Crew Pack, dated 1 November 2026 (about 8 PM ET on 31 October in the Americas), together with the Chitinous Cape Back Bling and the Monarcha Chakram Pickaxe. To get her you need an active Fortnite Crew subscription ($11.99 a month) at some point in November. Each additional month you're subscribed afterwards unlocks one of five Crew Legacy styles. The current pack, until 31 October, is Osric the Uninvited (October 2026). Last checked 18 October 2026, during Chapter 7 Season 4 "Override".

This page updates every month with the newest Crew skin. It answers the three things people actually search for: what the next Crew skin is, what this month's pack includes, and whether Crew is still worth paying for after Epic cut the monthly V-Bucks.

What is the November 2026 Fortnite Crew skin?

The November 2026 Crew Outfit is Monarcha. Her in-game description, taken from the game files, reads: "Dark wings for a dark queen." The Fortnite Wiki's Monarcha page lists her as a Crew Series Outfit in the Dark Monarch Set, available to anyone who is a Fortnite Crew member during November 2026.

Epic hasn't formally announced her yet, but she is in the game files: she was added with the v42.40 update, and leakers HYPEX and Backers both posted her on 15 October 2026. The design began as a concept in one of Epic's cosmetic surveys, where Epic shows players unreleased ideas and asks for votes. That is why parts of the community already recognised her.

Timing note: 1 November 2026 is also the day Chapter 7 Season 4 ends, and the day Epic's v42.40 Known Issues post targets for v43.00 ("Fix targeted for v43.00 (November 1)", Epic, Unreal Engine forums). Epic's own Battle Pass page says the Override pass "Ends November 1, 2026 Eastern Time". Monarcha therefore lands with whatever replaces Override (leakers expect a Mini-Season; Epic hasn't announced it). The wiki currently files the pack under Chapter 7 Season 4, which may change once it goes live. For what replaces Override, see our explainer on whether the next season is a Mini-Season or Chapter 8.

When does the new Fortnite Crew skin come out?

At the start of every month, which means the evening of the last day in the Americas. Epic Player Support says new Crew content arrives at about 8 PM EDT / 7 PM EST on the last day of the month (Epic: When will I get the content from Fortnite Crew?), which is midnight UTC on the 1st either way. That is why the Fortnite Wiki's Item Shop history logs every Crew Pack from January 2025 to October 2026 on the 1st of its month, and Monarcha's pack is already filed under "Item Shop History/November 1st 2026".

Two timing details trip players up:

  • The skin and the V-Bucks arrive on different days. You get the Crew Pack cosmetics the moment the new month's pack goes live. Your 800 V-Bucks arrive on your personal billing date. If you subscribed on the 14th, you get the V-Bucks on the 14th every month.
  • November's rollover lands on a busy night. By Epic's schedule, Monarcha should unlock around 8 PM ET on 31 October (midnight UTC, 1 November), the same night Override winds down ahead of the v43.00 update. If the servers are down when the pack flips, it will be waiting in your locker when you log back in. Check our Chapter 7 Season 4 end time page for the downtime schedule.

What's the current Fortnite Crew skin (October 2026)?

Until 31 October, the Crew Pack is Osric the Uninvited. Epic's own Crew page describes it word for word: "October 2026's Crew Pack includes the Osric the Uninvited Outfit, Revenant's Coffin Back Bling, and Soulspark Lantern Pickaxe!" (fortnite.com/fortnite-crew-subscription). He belongs to the Moonlit Hunter Set.

This is your last chance at Osric in this rotation. Subscribe before the November pack goes live and you keep Osric permanently. Crew items can only come back inside a later Crew Pack, never the regular Item Shop. Because Crew bills in monthly periods, a subscription started before the rollover is still active when Monarcha arrives, so you get two Crew skins for one payment. That's the only real bargain in this system.

How do Crew Legacy styles work?

Crew Legacy styles reward staying subscribed. Every Crew Outfit since Shimmerdusk (October 2023, Chapter 4 Season 4) comes with five extra styles. One unlocks for each additional subscribed month after you receive that pack. The months don't have to be consecutive: if your subscription lapses, progress pauses and picks up again when you resubscribe, and any style you've already unlocked stays yours (Epic: Crew Legacy styles). The Back Bling and Pickaxe usually unlock styles on the same schedule. The Chitinous Cape gets all five Legacy names, while the Monarcha Chakram's five are listed as Dazzle, Gold, Holofoil, Ice and Galaxy. Monarcha's five, per the Fortnite Wiki's Crew Legacy Styles page:

Additional subscribed months after NovemberMonarcha style unlocked
+1 monthBlanca Legacy (unique to Monarcha)
+2 monthsAuric Legacy
+3 monthsPhase Legacy
+4 monthsRimebound Legacy
+5 monthsCosmic Legacy

The first style is unique to each skin. The last four (Auric, Phase, Rimebound and Cosmic) use the same names every month, though each skin gets its own version. The header image above shows Monarcha's default style next to her Cosmic Legacy style. That's what you get after five additional subscribed months.

The wiki notes that since December 2024 Epic has usually added Legacy styles during the month rather than before release. Monarcha's five are already in the game files, so expect them to unlock on schedule.

Which skins were Fortnite Crew skins in 2025 and 2026?

Fortnite Crew launched on 2 December 2020 with Galaxia, and there has been one featured Outfit every month since. These are the last 23. Each one is cross-checked against the Fortnite Wiki's monthly Crew Pack pages:

MonthCrew skin
November 2026Monarcha (from 1 Nov)

May 2025Kwame
April 2025Nyangelica
March 2025Bones
February 2025Haruka of the Masks

Community opinion on recent picks is split. In a r/FortNiteBR thread arguing that Crew skins are "lackluster," several replies pushed back. One player called Sakara ("especially the second style") and Mortuus "the two crazy good ones this year," and another wrote that "osric is one of the best male skins in game." Replies under the 15 October leak posts were just as mixed on Monarcha.

How much does Fortnite Crew cost, and what do you get?

Fortnite Crew costs $11.99 a month (local pricing varies). Each month it includes:

  • The monthly Crew Pack: Outfit, Back Bling and Pickaxe, kept forever.
  • 800 V-Bucks per billing cycle. It was 1,000 until 6 June 2026, when Epic cut the grant without cutting the price.
  • The current Battle Pass, OG Pass, Music Pass and LEGO Pass.
  • Rocket Pass Premium in Rocket League.
  • Crew Legacy styles for every month you stay subscribed.

The catch most players miss: for anyone who subscribed (or re-subscribed after a lapse) on or after 1 December 2024, premium Battle Pass rewards can only be claimed while Crew is active. For the Music Pass, LEGO Pass and other passes Crew grants, Epic applies that rule to every subscriber, new or existing (Epic's December 2024 Crew announcement). If you cancel, you can still claim premium Fortnite pass rewards until your current billing period ends, then they lock. Rocket Pass Premium is the exception: Epic keeps it active until the end of the current Rocket League season. Passes bought separately with V-Bucks don't have this restriction.

The 14-day rule: if you buy a pass with V-Bucks and then subscribe to Crew within 14 days, Epic refunds the V-Bucks you paid for that pass as a one-time grant. That pass then switches to the "needs an active subscription" rule. After 14 days there's no refund and no restriction.

Xbox players: since 18 November 2025, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes Fortnite Crew (Xbox Wire). Linking your Epic and Xbox accounts isn't enough on its own: Epic says you also need to sign in to Fortnite on an eligible Xbox platform at least once a month (Xbox console, Xbox on PC, Xbox Cloud Gaming or a supported handheld) to keep receiving the benefits.

How do you subscribe to Fortnite Crew?

  • Open Fortnite and go to the Passes tab in the lobby.
  • Select Fortnite Crew and choose the option to join.
  • Confirm the subscription. On console the payment goes through your platform store (PlayStation Store, Xbox, Nintendo eShop). On PC it goes through Epic.
  • The current month's Crew Pack is added to your locker immediately.

Players on Epic's restricted cabined accounts (under the age of digital consent in their country) need a parent or guardian to enable purchases through parental controls first. Crew renews every month until you cancel.

Is Fortnite Crew worth it in November 2026?

Here's the honest maths. On its own, the Battle Pass costs 800 V-Bucks. The smallest V-Bucks pack has given 800 V-Bucks for $8.99 since March 2026 (it was 1,000). The Music, LEGO and OG passes cost extra. If you'd buy the Battle Pass anyway and play at least one other pass mode, Crew beats buying separately. You also get a Crew skin you can't get any other way.

Crew is not worth it if you only want the 800 V-Bucks. A one-off V-Bucks pack is cheaper and doesn't renew. It's also a poor fit if you'd cancel mid-season, because of the premium-claim lock above.

Best timing: subscribe before a month change so your monthly billing period spans the rollover. Subscribing in the second half of the month is the safe way to get two Crew skins (this month's and next month's) on one payment. Stay subscribed only if you care about the Legacy styles.

Scam warning: Crew skins are only available through a Crew subscription. Epic does occasionally run official promotions with codes for one free, non-recurring month of Crew (Epic's Crew offer terms), and those are announced on Epic's own channels. There is no "free Crew" generator and no free-V-Bucks code. Any site promising free V-Bucks or a free Monarcha in exchange for your login is phishing for your Epic account. Our Fortnite codes explainer covers which codes are real.

FAQ

What is the next Fortnite Crew skin? The next Crew skin is Monarcha, in the November 2026 Crew Pack, which unlocks around 8 PM ET on 31 October (midnight UTC, 1 November 2026). Her set includes the Chitinous Cape Back Bling and the Monarcha Chakram Pickaxe.

What is the December 2026 Fortnite Crew skin? Epic hasn't revealed it, and as of 18 October 2026 no December Crew skin has been found in the game files. Recent Crew skins were added in the update two to four weeks before their month (Osric with v42.10 on 3 September, Monarcha with v42.40 on 15 October), so expect it in a November update. This page will be updated when it appears.

Can you get old Fortnite Crew skins? Not from the regular Item Shop. Crew cosmetics are exclusive to Fortnite Crew. The Fortnite Wiki notes they can only return inside a later Crew Pack. If you missed a month, there's no V-Bucks purchase that gets it back.

Do you keep the Crew skin if you cancel? Yes. The Outfit, Back Bling and Pickaxe from any month you were subscribed are yours permanently. Legacy styles you've already unlocked stay too; progress toward the rest pauses until you resubscribe. You lose the next month's pack and, once your billing period ends, premium rewards on the Fortnite passes Crew granted (for the Battle Pass, this applies to anyone who subscribed on or after 1 December 2024). Rocket Pass Premium stays active until the current Rocket League season ends.

When do you get Fortnite Crew V-Bucks? You get 800 straight away when you first subscribe, then 800 on each monthly renewal date, not on the 1st of the month. The Crew Pack cosmetics, by contrast, change at midnight UTC on the 1st, which is about 8 PM EDT or 7 PM EST on the last day of the previous month.

Is Fortnite Crew included with Xbox Game Pass? Yes. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate has included Fortnite Crew since 18 November 2025. Link your Epic and Xbox accounts and sign in to Fortnite on an eligible Xbox platform at least once a month to keep the benefits.
